Delicious coffee with a friendly and helpful staff. There are lots of tables and seating. The drinks were good and there is a decent selection of pastries as well. Street parking and municipal lots in the area.

This was my first time at this nice little coffee shop in Farmingdale. The coffee was excellent, as was the service and modern atmosphere. It is a great place to do some work or just relax with a coffe, hot or cold. I will suggest that they need to include croissants and muffins and/or gluten free selections to the current menu.

Excellent local roaster in Farmingdale. They're passionate about what they do and it shows. Great beans, exquisite roasts, always evolving selection, comfy and accommodating seating, with an awesome patio out back. The staff are very friendly and answer weird questions about coffee with a smile. Try their seasonal and ever changing specials when you can. The espresso lemonade was weirdly delicious, and their new Ground Control machine makes exquisite small batch brews of their in-house single origin beans that are delicious, cold and refreshing, and still retain some of the nuanced flavor notes and profiles you might like in a pour over of your favorite roast.

Coffee: 4/5 (good, but not 5/5) Service: 5/5 Coffee was okay. It did not wow me, but it was better than most! The staff and service were extremely friendly and offered recommendations. The atmosphere is cozy and there is a good amount of seating available. Recommendations: Latte and Peanut Butter Jelly thing.

I simply stopped by for an espresso and I was delighted that it came with some sparkling water and an orange slice. The coffee was fantastic and the ambiance was exactly what you’d expect from a nice but unpretentious cafe.

The coffee was excellent. Ambiance was calming and soothing. The structure was mostly wood and beam, and had a farmhouse feel to it with string lights on the ceiling. I recommend this place for a relaxing journal day or coffee date.

Super hip and traditional coffee place, the inside decor is super cute and the coffee is perfect. I got a Mistletoe latte and it was not too sweet and also not overly sweet, it was a great balance. We got some hot drinks as well and they did some fun latte art on the drinks which was adorable, I came a bit too late for any food but nonetheless it was amazing!

I've had a ton of friends rave about this place for a long time and I am so glad I finally got around to stopping in. I had the seasonal Mistletoe Latte and I also tried their flat white. This was some of the smoothest coffee I've ever had the pleasure of consuming. On top of it being delicious, the atmosphere is very cozy and the staff is very friendly. There isn't too much seating available in the small place, so just be wary if you come looking for a place to hangout for a bit. Plenty of parking in the municipal lots nearby though.

I’m from out of state and every time I’m in Farmingdale to visit family, I love coming here. Staff is nice every time and great coffee. I generally just get a drip coffee, but my family says the lattes and matcha is fantastic as well. Thanks, Flux!

After trying to look for a coffee shop that wasn't a Starbucks or Dunkin, I found out about this place since it was near my college. I couldn't believe the vibes once I took a step inside. The music was chill, the staff was friendly, and my drink was delicious! I had the smoked maple latte, and while some would think it's on the expensive side, I could taste the difference in quality compared to Starbucks despite being about the same price. I think this will be my go-to place from now on once the semester starts again. Cheers!

One of my favorite coffee spots on LI. The coffee is delish, the music is always great, the staff is probably the most kind group of individuals all working under one roof. The vibe is a blend of people coming to hang, and people coming to get work done. It's the best.

My friends and I went this coffee shop last week was great taste of espresso. You could have deep, richer taste of espresso at here.

This little cafe if warm and inviting. Soft music is playing from a chosen vinyl album, the barista was pleasant, and the coffee was good. Really good. I had the smoke maple latte. It's all a bit pricey, but the attention to detail is exquisite. I can't recommend this place for a quick coffee run, but as a once in a while treat, definitely worth it.

The coffee is outstanding, both brewed and espresso drinks AND their own beans to take home. The staff is incredible. It's one of those places where you'll leave in a better state of mind than you came in with.... Seasonal drink flavors are always on point and they don't do the same boring stuff everyone else does. The baked goods are 🤤 they once made pistachio cakes that changed my life. But everything is good.

Great staff, awesome coffee and a great place to sit and chill for a bit. Cheddar scallion scone is my favorite there, but their doughnuts and muffins are great too!

If you love a light roast this place is great. I personally don’t care for dark roast. The staff was friendly and the coffee was fantastic. While in town over the last month I have tried at least 4 or 5 different. My favorite has been the Columbia! Highly recommend!

I love my coffee strong and not that water down coffee from other coffee shops. They make excellent coffee here. It is always consistent with the taste. If you don't know what to get, you can ask any of the baristas, ¹and they are more than happy to help you with an option.

Was impressed with the baristas' coffee coffee expertise and skill. If you love great artisan roasted espresso with a touch of milk I recommend the Shakerato with a bit of milk.

The warm lighting, fresh and clean interior, and softly-playing music contribute to a study atmosphere that surpasses any Long Island coffee shop that I've been to. The people are kind and the coffee is delicious, like -- is there anything wrong with this place? That being said, not every table has outlets so it's worth it to come early or be prepared to prowl a little if you are working on electricity dependent. The location is complete with group study/longer tables, single person tables, and even a couch -- truly a rarity in most coffee shops. Also, there's not much in the way of food, but light snacks (pastries and sweets) are available. I would return here if I ever passed by the area and highly recommend for coffee-drinkers and students alike.

Fantastic coffee and service here. Nicest people working here as well. Today I ordered just a 16oz drip and because it wasn't ready they gave me a free small coffee while I waited and 2 free cookies. Wildly unnecessary but extremely kind!

I've been here twice with excellent experiences both times. I had a hot Rwandan pourover on my first visit and an iced Peruvian Natural pourover the second time. Both coffees were prepared right in front of me. The barista was happy to talk about the coffees and his techniques. I'm making better coffee at home now thanks to some of his suggestions. Anytime I'm in the area I'll be back!

Flux Coffee is a super hip coffee shop that sells it's own beans and merchandise. It's one of the nicest coffee shops on the island. I tried their honey caradom latte and it was so delectable. Their seasonal items tend to have an unique blend of ingredients.

This was my second time here. The first time is when Covid restricted indoor seating and it was too cold to sit out. Today was absolutely perfect. The staff and cleanliness of the cafe maintained Covid protocol. On the note of staff, everyone here was absolutely wonderful. Five starts isn’t enough for their service. I wish you could give more. Everyone was so kind and lovely overall. It was a bit crowded because of the good weather and holiday. I’ll def. come back to study here. There’s outlets on a wall. Couches too. Very lax and comfy! Def try the maple flavored latte.

Best matcha latte in long island, no powder at the bottom, give it too you nice and hot, and it doesn't come presweetened. Plus after a piece of a whisk broke off into my first matcha, they made me another one, very generous of them.

If you want the best cup of coffee go here. Every blend is just so good and fresh. I've bought the beans from here to bring home and it is some of the best tasting blends ever. Highly recommend going here for coffee.

High quality in every sip! Delicious Costa Rica pourover, excellent cortado where the milk did not overpower the coffee, and Mexican Chiapas is unbelievable on espresso. Oat milk is gluten-free.

Amazing lattes, great cookies and an awesome atmosphere! Overall a high quality, local business. The parking lot behind the building is also very convenient. What more do you need to know?

Fine coffee. Nothing spectacular. Rather overpriced. WiFi is very bad for a coffee shop where many come looking to do work / school tasks
