Bad experience with a rude and unfriendly associate named Tasnia. Gave me too much ice in my drink, I politely asked for less, she got all huffy puffy and I had to ask her twice to do it. If you don't like people don't get a customer service job. Either way they made good coffee... But I am a stickler for a poor employee ruining my experience and I will always give one star for that. If it helps I went in evening perhaps morning is better.

This is the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to! They handed me a coffee only 3/4 full with coffee spilled all over the side. They did fill it up all the way when I asked, however it was extremely watered down tasting so I had to throw it out- sadly I already drove away. Also the employees were not properly wearing masks, and they put their hands all over the top of the cup- disgusting…

The coffee has really hit rock bottom. Service is slow and terrible.

Was glad to see a nearly all gay male staff. One server was eye flirting with me. Made my day. 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍🌈

Rude employees, one girl rolled her eyes at me when I asked for a straw. I was very disappointed, and the workers did not want to be there.

They are supposed to be open at 5:30am.. irs what their app says, ads say and website. The owner is this nasty piece of garbage who apparently decides what the hours will be at random! He walks to the register, I’m outside and it’s raining and he holds up one hands showing 5 fingers and his other showing 3 fingers…. 8am. I believe in karma!!

Latte Machine seems to be broken. Young lady who helped me cared more about getting back to the corner to get on her phone then making my drive the way I asked. Such as sugar in my tea or milk in the coffee. I asked for basic drinks.

Ordered a small hot chocolate. Got it and as can happen the powder was running low so I returned to let them see and instead of fixing the machine with more powder and dispensing a fresh cup of hot chocolate, the lady at the counter added more mix so the color was “darker”. This was for my toddler as I had ordered a decaf coffee and a regular coffee for my husband (plus donuts). The worker at this shift time made some less than good choices, ruining a regular Dunkin snack experience for us. Love Dunkin but not this location.

Friendly staff. Makes me a perfect cappuccino every morning! Love their squishy doughnuts.

Employees have a unpleasant attitude and they don't let paying customers use the bathroom

I frequent this DD as it’s nearby to my home and usually it’s a good experience. I recently placed a mobile order and while picking it up I decided to ask for ketchup. The young server gave me such a sarcastic rude remark. All I asked for was ketchup! Perhaps this isn’t the greatest place if you are a POC. Or perhaps management should place condiments for consumers to take on their own so as not bother workers. Whatever the reason it was off putting.

I am a resident of the area but have not been to this location in a bit and honestly won’t go back if those two employees are there. I asked if one type of drink could be made decaf and was answered so rude. They made both of the drinks incorrectly and gave attitude when I asked for whipped cream on the drink. They over heard my mom and I speaking about something else with my son and one of the employees proceeded to curse at my mother and told her not to bother asking for a manager because she had one more week employed there. I don’t get upset about much but to curse at and in front of customers and a toddler is disgusting.

Can’t say I’m a big fan of this particular location. It’s always dirty, and the children who work there are usually more interested in flirting with each other or talking to their friends than they are with helping you. Today, there were two people working and one other person in there and it took 10 minutes to get a cup of coffee, which was cold, the wrong size, and not made how I like it! I was so disgusted, I just took it and walked out. Honestly how can you run a business with only two teenagers working and no adult supervision; ridiculous!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dunkin' and it was an amazing experience. The coffee was delicious and the donuts were fresh and flavorful. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making sure that my order was prepared exactly as I wanted it. They also offered great recommendations for different menu items and were happy to answer any questions I had. One thing I really appreciated about Dunkin' was the convenience. They had many locations throughout the city, making it easy to grab a quick cup of coffee or a bite to eat on the go. The prices were also very reasonable, especially considering the high quality of the food and drinks. It was a great value for such a delicious and satisfying meal. Overall, I highly recommend Dunkin' to anyone looking for great coffee and delicious donuts. The staff, food, and convenience were all fantastic. Five stars!

This is the best Dunkin’ I’ve ever been in, the staff are literally the nicest people on the planet. They pay attention to your order, I’ve been to many branches & a lot of them don’t give you what you asked for (drink-wise). 100/10!!!

The guy at the register today was attentive and patient. The lady making the drinks was quick. I liked coming here. The Dunkin in my Franklin Square area on Dogwood Ave has such grouchy women. This place is a breath of fresh air.

A fantastic spot if you never want to be helped..ever.
