Panera has made their menu nearly incomprehensible. They’ve also really lowered the quality while prices aren’t really in line with what you get. The flatbread pizza I had was disgusting. The white sandwich bread they claim is crust was barely warm (barely cooked?)… soft and doughy yet unyielding like it had been microwaved. The sauce was nearly nonexistent and super oily. The cheese was also nearly nonexistent and flavorless. The pepperoni and sausage were of low quality and in short supply. The aftertaste in my mouth after finishing it was absolutely revolting. Microwave a frozen budget pizza and you’ve got better product. TL-DR, the flatbread pizza is bad like a kids menu pizza but somehow not good enough that any kids would eat it.

Good, hopefully clean food. They make u like being a rabbit on account of their salads being so good and the variety is good. Lobster sandwich is good, fresh tasting, not old and fishy. The mac and cheese is always a hit with the kid and the servings are also good portions. -⭐ because the Chicken Alfredo Pasta just had chunks of chicken tossed on top, no effort made to dismantle the chunks, much less mix them in. Will this stop me from coming, nope. I just won't order the chicken alfredo again.

Panera bread on Old Country Rd. has the most amazing managers who have a marvelous personality when it comes to making their customers feel like they are important to their business brand. I will remain a loyal supporter and for the record the food is absolutely delicious.

I have been going to Panera for 10 plus years and I always get the mac and cheese. Lately the quality has been declining but today topped it. The first mac and cheese I received looked so unconsumable like a solid mass.. the second one appeared to be better but definitely was still overcooked it was not creamy it also seems like it had maybe been reheated. I specifically asked for a manager when getting this new one and the fact he thought it was acceptable to send this out is mind-boggling for someone who works in the hospitality / food service industry. Sadly I don't think I will be returning again.

Had lunch here today. The food and beverages were very good. The staff was professional and friendly & the restroom was clean. Nice place.

They give my orden incomplete and when I try ti ask to the staff..they just ignore was a said..terrible service

Great Panera Bread location. Folks are friendly, food is hot n’ fresh, pastries are good. What else can I say? They have the Craft Beverages that are made fresh daily. Favorite location in New York area thus far we have visited.

Panera has gone downhill since I visited last in the late 2000s. Breakfast food ok. Coffee very poor. Had a funny taste. Service less than special.

Thank you so much! I ordered on the app after my shift from work and I knew it was most likely to be the last order for pick up. The staff was super friendly and didn’t have an attitude. They were kind and even though I was tired and they were tired after a long day at work (I am a RN) made me smile when I picked up my order. The power of kindness 💕… oh yes and the food was delicious- obviously 😋

Cancelling my sip club because of consistent bad service from one middle aged male employee. It peaked when he KICKED my car to get my attention when bringing out my curbside order. He could’ve said hello and I would’ve heard him or tapped on the window. Seems like there are a lot of complaints about this one person on here. The rest of the team is sweet. Hoping Panera corporate is reading these reviews and takes corrective action.

Everything was fine except that when it said the order was ready in the pickup section it wasn't I waited a few min. Also the portion if the salads are way smaller than before. But the service overall was great.

It's what you'd expect from the chain, food is decent 6.5/10, personally I enjoy the cheddar broccoli soup there and their sandwiches are ok. Good place to eat on a lunch break if it's near where you work but I wouldn't go out of my way to eat at one!

The fountain drinks and coffee/ tea station are separate so if you want to make yourself an iced coffee, you're running from one end of the shop to the other, but otherwise it's a typical panera. It had a well stocked bakery selection, and the bathrooms were clean.

Great place for a quick bite. Delicious breads, soups, and salads.

Was there on Sunday approx 6pm, ordered 2 warm bowls, to stay and then a green goddess caprese melt to go. Both were ordered using the app. Since i was already there dining, i stood waiting until the guy finished my rapid pick up order to go, he did not realize that it was my order, In the end I asked him if that order is for ******, to which he replied yes and he continued "next time pls pick up on the shelf not here." I told him , I was dining in and already here so I waited, he was :never mind pick up on shelf," and he seemed angry. After my nephew whom i bought the sandwich for mentioned to me about how horrible the sandwich was, I understood why the guy insisted that I should have picked up from the shelf and not stood there. It's because there was hardly any chicken, the bread was stale and hard . This is so wrong, eventually ppl will realize what you guys are doing and stop patronizing your business. I will definitely re think patronizing any Panera Bread in the future because quality has definitely gone down hill. To bad he didn't take pictures.

I made a order of 6 lunch for my team work with Doordash delivery and the driver didn't delivery at the right place, I went to the Panera location personally and Matt was so professional and contact them for me not only that he resolve my problem and gave a new fresh whole order, great service! He saved our day!
