There's not much to complain about here, Cheese curds are good, Ice Cream will always be good. Service is what you expected out of a bit better fast food service. Good choice but not inexpensive.

Wow, the portions are half what they used to be. Remember when you got three scoops of ice cream and a whole banan? Yeah, not anymore. Maybe one scoop an half a banana for the same price. Very disappointing.

After dinner on this night I found myself not quite wanting to go home yet and also sort of craving something sweet. As I ended up driving North on Elmore Avenue, I saw this particular Dairy Queen Grill & Chill. This was perfect - I like me some Dairy Queen blizzards. This is precisely what I ended up getting - a small butterfinger blizzard. I think this is the only way I ever end up consuming this particular candy bar - blended into ice cream. This was ready within two minutes, after which I took it to a nearby booth to ponder life and the space I was occupying. This particular Dairy Queen has only been here since 2019. The newness shows - all the booths and tables are still very clean and not worn in the least. 1 foot square ceramic tile floors of a variety of beige/brown fill the space, inviting the eyes upward. I guess looking up there's not much more to really take in - the lighting is a combination of recessed fixtures in the 2 foot square drop ceiling and several red glass suspended fixtures in the center of the space. Large light tan tile lines one wall, with a bright blue tile of the same size along the wall containing the refrigerators with the ice cream cakes. Light pop from the 80s to current offerings played throughout the visit. I can't really criticize at all; everything functions well and comes together to say "I'm a franchise ice cream shop". There's a certain comfort to it all. Not sure I'd go to this location soon again, only owing to the fact that there's a Dairy Queen much closer to my home and ice cream is usually a drive thru affair for me. Still, if you live close by, I wouldn't disuade you from trying this location. It is a Dairy Queen, and a clean one at that. Thanks Dairy Queen!

Great grandson and i at lunch outing. He got a perfect burger his size small.And a chocolate mint ice cream. And we both liked the fries.

All I wanted was a chili dog with not too much chili on it. I asked if they could put the chili on the side and I can put it on myself and I was told flat out no. I kind of scoffed a little bit so the girl behind the counter brought someone from the back to discuss it, I guess it was such a complex request that they just did not know how to deal with it . The young woman who came up from behind the back, just looked at me, grumbled and said no we’re not going to do that. so to be clear. Putting a little chili in a cup, and not on a hotdog is way on their ability here.

A very polite employee at the drive-up window and the ice cream was great!

came 9/2/23 8:30ish they had a attitude instantly over the speaker, also they gave me a small portion of food once i addressed the way the girl was talking to me i like dq and all but idk about the service i received im very disappointed!

EVERY time I go to dairy Queen there’s this lady named Holly…she is the rudest person I’ve EVER came across. She always gets the dumbest, nastiest, ugliest, rudest, raunchiest, scariest, meanest, most annoying attitude ever. I will NOT be coming there again I am so so sick of her attitude…

I dont know what ever happened to people being kind or even just saying hello. The employee came up and said what do you want? Every time I've gone to this location, the employees are just plain rude. Itss just disappointing.

Not only messed up one order but messed up both orders that weren’t even close to what we actually ordered. Thank god we aren’t allergic to peanut butter because that’s what we received instead of a brownie royal

I somehow totally spaced on getting my wife a birthday cake. She loves the blizzard cakes, especially chocolate chip cookie dough with chocolate ice cream. I ordered it that morning and they had it ready by 3pm. I expected I'd have to get one of the shelf ready ones but they pulled through!

Young ladies that work here have terrible customer service skills. Never give you a minute to place your order in full. They rush you through. Then act as if they are better than you. We have come here several times and everytime is the same experience. I think we will just go to the Northpark location from now on. Management needs to step up and start holding these girls accountable and retrain how to speak to people.

Very friendly & cheerful staff working tonight. Our order was taken right away. She said she will bring it out shortly. We had the chili dog combos, I upgraded to the cheese curds. Everything was hot & good. Got ice cream to go. 👏🏻

A Dairy Queen that doesn’t have any hard shell dip for their wafer cone ice cream? What? Went through the drive through and was told that only dilly bars. But don’t you need to dip them in the chocol… never mind….

Compared to the Last time we were there it has definitely improved. I like it know. Was fresh and moist and the fries stayed crispy.

We love this location, we have a good experience everytime we visit!

Had the spicy bacon cheeseburger meal….sandwich wasn’t spicy at all. Plus didn’t get any napkins. Would have been nice to get at least one…for my fingers I did get crumbs on them from the fries.

DQ is always my go to for ice cream. Place was clean and the burgers we had were good.

We went thru serve car. We liked the food but twice the customer service was disrespect, some of them needs to control their frustration and be profesional when they speak to you, unfortunately even if we like the food we will not return back.

I quite enjoy their ice cream, of course, but also this is a great stop for a hot dog or cheeseburger at lunch. Friendly staff & decent pricing.

I don’t know why I keep going to this place except that it’s closest to my house. Went through drive-through told herI had a coupon,ordered a large chocolate malt. Got to window they charged me full price. I told them again I had a coupon. They gave me one malt. I had to wait an extended amount of time for them to give me the second one?! They just tried to hand them to me I said can I please have a bag or a tray. They gave me a tray. I set it in the seat next to me. When I got home the two malts were not secure in the tray one of them spilled all over my driver seat, the work and notes that I had were ruined. The second malt went all over me, my driver seat, driveway. I paid for nothing. I called back to the manager she said she’d send me a coupon. I told her I just paid to have the interior of my car cleaned and now it was a complete sticky mess. She tried to put the blame on me that maybe I had stopped too quickly or that I had a child in the car neither of which was true. Very disappointing. Now I have a sticky mess that I’m going to have to clean up or take back to the cleaners and pay to have them redo what they did. she did not care when I try to explain this to her, Brittany, told me that I wasn’t trying to work with her. Sorry, a coupon is not adequate.

I hate sprinkles and love Halloween. So this was a must! Quick update, they don't clean their fountain spigots, third time I've found a black floaty while just getting plain water, no ice. 2nd edit: t's been months and there is still parts of mold coming off from the spigots. And more times then I care to count I've walked in, for no one to be manning the front desk or window. Waited 5+ minutes for no one to appear.

We had the bbq chicken strips and fries basket. This is very good. I usually get ice cream. Update: I had turtle pecan blizzard and it was mmmmgood. Husband had brownie extreme blizzard. That was good also.

Food was hot and good and the ice cream was fantastic nothing wrong about our visit!

Did the drive thru for icecreams and fast and yummy service! Love the DQ! Keep the outside clean and parking lots good please.
