The MOST unique flavors I have ever experienced - but they were all so good. Would HIGHLY recommend the flight, includes six flavors for only $8, an absolute bargain.

Who doesn’t like ice cream, and especially if it’s Ample Hills? When you enter this ice cream parlor, you are in for a treat. It is bright and airy, with a Vermont country-style ambience. There is a generous selection of the Ample-Hills flavors, as well as milk shakes, coffee, tea, take-out pints, and lovely Ample Hills merchandise. Nice indoor seating is available, as well as outdoor benches and chairs. Not too crowded until about 6pm, when the evening crowds come for their ice cream dessert. Very crowded on Friday and Saturday evenings. There can be a long line of hungry customers out onto the street. But don’t let that deter you.

Awesome ice cream shop! Just caught them right when they reopened! Love all the flavors. Definitely try all the variations of cookies and cream including the Au Lait. They also have a raspberry croissant ice cream that is amazing and pairs well with any other scoop but the sherbet!

Decent ice cream but horrible flavor planning. Who the hell is coming up with these combinations? Even makes salt and straws flavor choices seem normal. Really hard to read their menu too. Make it bigger! inconsistent scoop sizes. friend and I both got 2 scoops. what they received was maybe 1.5x what I did

My husband and I stopped in tonight (July 15, 2023) for Saturday evening dessert. Wide selection of icecream. I got the salted caramel. It was very sweet. My husband got cookies and cream. It was very chocolately. One of the ladies was making Freshly baked waffle cones but with no gloves. Another lady served my cone with no gloves. I told her to give me a new cone after she used gloves or a napkin. Lots of people were there. Very hippy shop. We sat, ate our very sweet icecream and left.

Great ice cream with tons of options (24 with 3 vegan), many with mix-ins. Wonderful texture (slightly stretchy), perfect sweetness and robust flavors. Prices are decent ($7 for 2 scoops), with flight being the best deal (6 smaller scoops for $8). They allow sampling. Our favorites were the cotton candy (spirulina so natural color), ooey gooey butter cake and guava. All of them were pretty good.

Delicious ice cream. Not as creamy as I’ve had at other places but still as equally delectable. The dark chocolate is so dense and fulfilling, the king of mangoes it irresistibly lucious like I’m literally scooping a frozen mango, and the oatmeal lace is seriously amazing.

I won't discuss the behind the scened politics and ownership issues that have been going on for years here. I will simply say this has consistently been my absolutely favorite local ice cream company since moving to Brooklyn 5+ years ago. Well thought out flavors never dissapoint. Currently I'm gorging on a pint of brown sugar pecan pie- scrumptious!

The place was packed…and I mean crowded. There was about a 15 minute wait. And in all honesty, the ice cream is mediocre. I would not have wait. The ice cream is also expensive. Cold Stone Creamery” it is not. It is not better than “Häagen-Dazs” “Bryers” or “Turkey Hill.” Overrated AF! The servers were pretty friendly and moved as fast as can be to address the needs of the crowd. Yes, crowd lol.

Best spot for ice cream in this part of Brooklyn . The outside sitting is lovely and all their ice cream flavors are amazing . They even have a pretzel cone which I had never seen before . Staff is friendly and they even let you taste some flavors to help you choose . Lovely place
