our stay at this hotel was an overall pleasant experience. the sea view rooms offered breathtaking vistas through their expansive windows, evoking a delightful sense of cruise ship luxury. the rooms themselves were aesthetically pleasing and exceptionally comfortable. however, there was one minor disappointment - the absence of a minibar in the room, which would have been convenient for stocking up on beverages and snacks. while the hotel’s beachfront location was undeniably beautiful, it came with a trade-off. the property is somewhat secluded, with limited access to nearby restaurants or supermarkets. this isolation might not be ideal for those seeking a variety of dining options or convenient shopping. regrettably, even the hotel’s own restaurant left something to be desired. the cuisine didn’t quite meet our expectations, and the prices were on the higher side. we found ourselves exploring other dining options off-site to satisfy our culinary cravings. in conclusion, this hotel provides a serene seaside escape with stunning views and comfortable accommodations. however, guests should be prepared for a lack of nearby amenities and consider exploring dining alternatives beyond the on-site restaurant.

Had a pleasant 2-nights stay here. Their seaview room is a must pick. Free early check in at 12 pm local time. They have 2 massage chair on the 1st floor that we can use any time. The foods are good and some are very tasty but kinda repetitive and sometimes too salty. There is a hairdryer on the top of safe-box but sadly no fridge. All the staff are very friendly and active. Definitely will stay back for next occasion at Kupang.

The room I stayed in had ac problem at first in which it didn't even feel cool at all, then I contacted the receptionist, not long after, the technician came to check and solved the problem. Another thing, I think the shower need maintenance, whether there are clogged ones etc. Nonetheless, I enjoyed my stay.

The location is rather easy to missed, since the entrance gate does not have any sign "Swissbel Court" The room is quite spacious and my recommendation is you choose the ocean view since it located exactly on the sea shores. The breakfast is tasty enough but it does not have wide selection of menu.

I am very dissatisfied with the way their restaurant is doing. last night I decided to eat there at first we ordered but because one of the food menus we ordered was out of stock, we had to change our order. long story short when we were about to pay the bill, it was divided into two receipts and that means we paid twice for the tax and twice for their services which were never done in other restaurants, it's very illogical for us to come and be billed for taxes and services for two visits. So even though the food is ok, I give a very unsatisfactory rating for the restaurant

The hotel offered shuttle transport but only one time either pick up or take you from Hotel to Airport. You should pay 50% in advance for room reservation by reason high peak season and room tend to fully occupied. The breakfast was good ana various menu. The room was big particularly in seaview and internet connection was awesone. The only thing needs to be improved is the service from receptions. Many time there were miscommunication e.g. we already transferred the payment but they need to double check to accountant. It took time. There were still many examples for that kind of thing. Overall good and comfortable hotel.

The place is wonderful, situated right by the beach. It is a good place to enjoy your stay, eat your breakfast, and get relaxed looking at the waves. Staff service is excellent, friendly and helpful. Mr. Pandu at the receptionist was very helpful and attentive.

Really good value hotel, not too far from Kupang airport. Rooms are spacious and clean - the only negative is the bedding is sometimes quite stained. If possible get a room on floors 3 or 4. Staff are very friendly and helpful - they helped sort a scooter for us to hire. Would stay here again if visiting Kupang.

I feels like at home when I' staying at Swiss-belcourt Kupang. The staff are very friendly and polite...... And I got the room with a very best view to the sea....... I can watch beautiful sunset from my bed....... The location closed to one of the best restaurant at Kupang..... Just a walking distance.....

Stayed here for a business trip and I’d say it’s a decent hotel with good sized room, beautiful view (I chose the sea view), complete amenities, great service and yummy breakfast. Got an early check in option with affordable price and also airport transfer with breakfast packed that was so delicious. Love the lounge area overlooking at the ocean, cozy benches and sofas. Their membership also has many benefit, I used the free drinks coupon and 20% discount for food at dinner. Their tom yum was not authentic Thai, but it’s quite good. Loved their salted caramel iced coffee as well. There are still some room for improvement, such as finishing for bathroom counter, adding shower curtain / glass door, better packing for the breakfast takeaway (sandwich almost fell apart on the way to airport). And the membership information regarding earning miles was not confirmed, but it was on the brochure. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and the location is superb. I could walk to nearest beach and some food options nearby. Thank you Swissbel Kupang for the hospitality, the staffs were helpful and friendly :)

I stayed at deluxe room with city view for a night here (not much of view since the building itself is only 3 stories, if available you should always choose ocean view). Service was good. The room & the bathroom was clean, breakfast menu variations and taste were acceptable. Overall great value for money, will opt this hotel again in the future should there is occasion.

Definitely 5 stars for this hotel. The food was delicious and had NTT taste, the room and the service were great, friendly welcoming me and my family. Would choose to stay again here for next occasion. Thank you for the very well hospitality and nice staff.

I’ve stayed in this hotel before it was a Swiss-bel and I have to say the change is so much better. The rooms are still a bit small (I guess you can’t change that) but it has been totally remodeled and well appointed. The lobby has been remodeling as well and has this really cool bar in the center. The lounge could use more seating though. Breakfast was really good too. I think I’ve found my new to-go-to hotel while in Kupang, even if it’s just for the breakfast.

The hotel is new renovate (on going in some part especially outdoor part), luxury, Clean with sea and City view, but unfortunately the service from concierge, front office not meet to the name and reputation of swissbell hotel yet, less of hospitality, freeze it could be less of staff experience, if do so refreshner training or briefing is deswrve to be conducted

Good value for money, friendly staff and awesome coffee bar. The room itself was relatively good, offering ocean view but not really soundproff then you can still noisy from outside.

i'll never get tired of watching the sunset from behind this hotel. good service, very friendly hotel staff, and also the food is very good. but one thing that made me a little uncomfortable is the water heater. if we turn the faucet a little more to the left, the water will get very hot. i think it's enough to make my skin turn red

The rooms are spacious and the views are wonderful. The staff in the cafeteria and at the reception are very friendly and pleasant Perfect quality and price. Breakfast is very varied and delicious. The location is perfect. We will definitely come back next time.

This is my third accomodation i ever tried at Kupang and this one is the best for me. Kamarnya pas untuk solo trip, pegawainya ramah, lokasinya tepat di pinggir jalan, mudah dijangkau, furniturenya suits me so well and most importantly, it has beach view and I love it ❤️ Even if you're not book for room with beach view you can still enjoying that from the restaurant.

Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room is good, well maintained and clean. The staff was excellent in service. I unintentionally left my ID card here and ask their staff assistance through phone whether they could deliver it to me through courier or something else, and fortunately they accept my request with prompt response. Definitely will return here again if I have a chance to go to Kupang again.

Reception service was very very bad . She kept us wait for 3 hours in lobby for our 5 nights Family room booking. Veey bad service ever we had for 42 years travel over the countries.
