Great cheesesteak, will be back!

If you’re a Cheesesteak lover, Philly style, I highly recommend Prados in Newark! I love everything about this place, only drawback the inside could have more room for additional tables but the food, Serb ice and atmosphere- oh and prices- are spot on! I had onion rings with my cheesesteak they were good too! No parking lot but there was plenty of on-street parking and the guts that work there are super helpful and pleasant! Don’t go to Prados - Run to Prados!! Highly recommended!

Food is always delicious, always same quality same great taste... my go to when, I want something quick and delicious... and one of the most important things clean and good customer service never been here and one of the employees had an attitude of some kind or try to argue with you because it was something you didn't like and that I appreciate in a business

Super delicious, best cheesesteak and salads, and the french fries and wings, wow you will want to eat everything!!! Super delicioso, no podras parar de comer, te lo recomiendo

I ate here today for the first time. I had two Carnitas Tacos and Two shrimps and they were so good. Definitely coming back ..

I love this place gets my food quick and very delicious....they are friendly and they treat you with alot of respect and kindness .......i love all the food and options they have to offer. I recommend it to all.

I've been going here for years they never disappoint,they have Excellent customer service and every thing on the menu is delicious and made with love,you can taste it in every bite!

Only short 1 star because it was a little pricey and pretty hot inside the place. The cheese steaks are on point here, had the brick city and a regular one . It came on a Christmas plate in August which if you know anything about the hood that's the best sign you could get a place cause you know the food is gonna be on point. It was best cheese steak around, hands down I don't live in Newark but I'll drive out there again if I got a craving because they really do delivery. The workers are friendly, the cheese steaks themselves are huge, a half is like a whole sandwich.

Food was really good. Service was great. It actually deserves 5 stars but there is always room to improve.

First time visiting this place ordered the cheese steak,the breakfast sandwich and tried empanadas definitely my new spot 👍👍

Exceptional and timely service on site and when ordering through a delivery app. If you're a fan of Philadelphia cheese steaks - PRADOS is the local go-to for what I consider to be as good as any original cheese steak you get in Philly!!! Delicious - and more exceptional if you order with extra meat---YUM!!! The side deserts are always fresh.

They are the nicest people with some absolutely delicious empanadas. Parking is kind of hard to find, but that's no their fault. I get in and out in about 10 minutes everytime I come up to Newark.

It's a small spot and there's only street parking. Very much a hole in the wall. But you don't go here for to enjoy a dining experience. You go for the food......although, there is a ledge to eat on which is great for people watching. I ordered the Brick City Sub and it was really good. Best sub I've had in awhile. Plenty of meat and cooked to perfection. Wifey got the Cheese steak sub and she loved it. Service wasn't the best around, but it was decent and they were fast. They even have some desserts. Got the tres leches and it was solid. Definitely coming back.

Got to the place at 15 minutes before the posted closing time, the open sign was still on, But the place was locked. The people inside saw us and obviously knew we had come to eat, but didn't reopen and did nothing. I traveled all the way from Texas to eat this cheesesteak, and the workers couldn't even keep it open till closing time. I run a business, and I make my customers king. Clearly, this restaurant doesn't take the same approach. BOOOO!

LOVE their tacos al pastor with little pineapple bits. Real tacos with onion and cilantro but you have the option to add lettuce, tomato, and cheese if you want. The best tacos in Newark IMO. Hoping their cheese steaks are just as good.

Used to be the best. I won't go back for a while to give it another chance. The cheese tasted like what I imagine cheese wiz would aside from the whole cheeseateak juat being sub-par. Too bad..

Food was sooooooo good! We drove 35 minutes to get this food! We got cheesesteaks and tacos. And yes they are open on Mondays!

Always love this spot, its a bit tight inside. But I'm a big guy so don't pay that no mind 😅But the owner is good people, employees are respectful and always know how to hook it up. They have great sandwiches, empinadas and they are priced good. This location is a staple in the Northward of Newark and will continue to be for a very long time.

it was so good. I don't eat beef or pork so they gave me the chicken style and it was so good. gotta try if you are close by.

From the bread to the filling the cheesesteaks are great! The Prados cheesesteak is my go to

Had high hopes for this place after I kept passing by it day after day, when I got off of work, but when I first tried their Italian cheese steak sandwich, I thought u would make me salivate but after a few bites, I was very disappointed, so much to the point that I force fed half of the sandwich and gave the other half away to the family. Maybe come back but definitely to try another item. 3 stars at least for now.
