One of my favorite shopping places in Perinthalmanna. I am giving it 1 star due to the experience at the Hypermarket section. There are not enough staff members in the Hypermarket area, resulting in delays in billing the items. Additionally, the billing staff is also responsible for packing the items, which makes the process time-consuming. Furthermore, some billing counters lack sufficient staff, with only 1 or 2 staff members present. Please ensure that each billing counter is adequately staffed for packing purposes. I hope this issue can be addressed to enhance the overall shopping experience.
