We
came
through
the
drive
thru
and
asked
for
a
hot
drink.
The
person
making
our
drink
noticed
the
machine
did
not
have
enough
product.
She
kindly
told
the
manager
and
the
manager
responded
back
rudely
and
with
a
raising
voice
to
“make
it
happen
*in
Spanish*
“
I
asked
for
a
refund
and
the
manager
refused
to
give
me
the
refund.
And
I
repeated
myself
to
the
employee
and
told
her
that
I
wanted
my
refund.
With
hand
gestures
and
a
raising
voice
in
Spanish
the
manager
said
“too
bad
park
her”.
We
went
into
the
restaurant
and
the
manager
attended
everyone
and
was
lagging
to
help
us.
When
she
came
over
I
placed
my
card
on
the
counter
and
she
started
flipping
out
saying
we
had
to
stand
behind
the
line
and
I
said
“I
am
standing
behind
the
line
I
just
came
to
got
closer
to
give
you
my
card
or
you
expect
me
to
throw
it
at
you
or
what
are
you
suggesting?
I
placed
the
card
on
the
counter
because
I
need
my
refund”
she
was
raising
her
voice
very
rudely
and
I
asked
for
her
name
and
she
hesitated
to
give
me
her
name.
I
asked
the
employees
what
her
name
was
and
nobody
wanted
to
give
it
to
me.
Another
male
came
in
to
the
register
and
I
asked
him
for
her
name
and
he
asked
why
so
I
told
him.
He
said
her
name
was
“modesta”
but
I
know
that
is
not
her
name.
She
was
a
women
about
45
years
old
with
curly
hair
tied
back
in
a
pony
tail
not
even
in
a
bun
like
it
should
be
since
she
is
handling
food.
This
women
disrespects
not
even
the
customers
but
her
employees
as
well.
A
fast
food
restaurant
I
am
aware
is
stressful
but
she
has
no
right
to
disrespect
customers
or
her
employees.
(They
refused
to
give
me
back
my
refund,
to
provide
their
names,
and
to
provide
us
with
the
corporate
number)
Nobody
was
wearing
their
name
