Giving this location a 2 because it is very clean but how can it not be- it’s empty! I’ve come back a few times since it opened and it disappoints every single time! Coming from a retail background you can tell this was a very rushed opening- first impressions were always important to me and If you don’t get it together here you are going to lose a lot of customers due to the lack of products. Pictures are what the majority of the sections look like, of coarse there are shelves with some products but the quality of what’s here isn’t even that good. Sorry but I won’t be coming back for a very long time, hopefully they’ll get it together by then! Good luck!

The store's shopping carts lock at the door which is completely unfriendly to parents, people with disabilities, and anyone buying more than one shopping bag's worth of items. I didn't realize this when I was there last week. I bought 3 bags worth of items, including some fragile glassware. When I asked the store manager how I was supposed to get my 2 year old safely to my car while carrying 3 bags without a shopping cart, she shrugged. She offered to watch my shopping cart while I pulled my car up to the front door, but then if I wanted to visit any other stores in the shopping center I would have to find another parking spot and get my toddler back out of the car. I feel bad for anyone with more than one child or someone with a disability that would make it difficult to carry their bags through the parking lot. This store also sells large furniture items. I hope that people are aware that they're on their own getting those things to their car. I understand that shopping cart theft is an issue, or maybe Burlington doesn't want to devote the staff to collecting carts from the parking lot... But it's hurting their customers.

Just to say.... BABABOOM place for shopping. Very affordable 👌 saving a lot when you shop at Burlington stores. The varieties of items are awesome. For your home decor to anything you may need for your kitchen, bathrooms , and everything else, Burlington is the place! The clothes are so affordable ( brand names for affordable price). Burlington also has crazy weird 😳 ( just like me) awesome snacks! You will not be found in other stores at affordable prices. The service is excellent. The staff is always there to assist you in anything you may need in your shopping experience 😀 I recommend 100% Burlington at this location. Sending like always positive energy all around. The manager there Toni Ann Kelly is rude and verbally abusive too her staff. I was recently there and the way she was treating her staff made my stomach turn. I will also be reaching our to corporate, absolute disgusting.

Always find something. Just have to be careful when ringing out. Prices don't always seem to match for some reason. Lots of items with more that one price ticket on it. Wind getting charged twice for the same thing. Didn't realize till I was already home.

Nice staff, low prices but very unorganized. Merchandise thrown in various spots, hard to locate specific sizes.

A couple days ago I bought a Bluetooth speaker. I recycled the box thinking I was going to keep it. The sound quality is not as good as I was expecting and half of the light doesn't work on it so it looks weird when you have it on. Well they told me that it's they're policy that you have to have the box even though I have the receipt. I will never buy anything electronic item from Burlington.

We really had a great experience here. Was probably there well over an hour. I got a pair of pants, 2 shorts, boxers, body wash, and dog toys for $70. My most expensive item was shorts at $14. I’m really pretty picky about clothes and was able to find what I wanted at a great price. Probably the best selection and value by far. I don’t know if they have more men’s clothes or she was just more interested in home goods as she didn’t really find any clothes she liked.
