I used to go here ALL the time and they were incredible. Recently, the service and customer service has been terrible. I just got back from there with my mom and the woman who did her pedicure was SO nasty. We were getting our nails done for my brothers wedding and wanted our nails to match our dresses. We asked the woman to help us match our gel nails to our toe polish. I thought the color the woman chose might have been too bright on my moms toes after she painted one of her toes. When I mentioned as much, my mom asked her to stop so I could make sure the color was right. The woman violently screwed the cap back on the polish and said "Fine! Then YOU pick color!" While pointing to the nail polish. My mom and I just looked at each other shocked. We won't be back.

I don’t usually go to this nail salon but I got a gift certificate for the holidays and figured I would give it a try. The woman who greeted me was not friendly at all and I waited at least a half an hour before someone finally started my nails ( granted, I did not have an appointment). It wasn’t busy at all. The nail attendant did a nice job. The massage at the end was very short. At the end my gel manicure cost $30. I asked if I could use part of the balance of the gift certificate for a tip and was told that I could not. I took a $20 bill out of my wallet and asked for change. She put the $20 bill in her apron and said “have a nice day“ !! I was shocked and too embarrassed to ask for change again so I just left. It was then that I realized I had tipped $20 for a $30 service! $6 would’ve been appropriate ( I was planning on giving $10). The smirk on her face told me that she knew exactly what she was doing.I will stick with my tried and true Sunny D Nails.

I went here 2 weeks ago on a Friday and the next day my dip power was dull, bumpy, and breaking left and right. I work and go to school during the week so the next time I was able to go back was 7 days after they were done, but I called and told them the situation. When I walked in I talked to the guy there and told him that my nails started to break the minute that I left and I had spoken to him earlier in the week. He was visibly annoyed and told me to “go speak to someone else” so I did. I told her that this was the worst nails I’ve ever had and that they stated breaking the minute that I left. I had to file them all down myself because the ends were breaking off everyday. She suggested fixing the worst 3 nails but I politely told her that they are all cracked so they all need to be redone. So finally the guy that I spoke to at first came and did my nails, he told me to pick a color from the wrong spot and so when he had a hard time removing what was on he screamed at me to pick a color from a different spot in the salon. He screamed at me so loud, it was humiliating and the entire salon looked at me. He was so rough, I felt like he was hitting me with the drill on purpose, slamming his tools down, and sure enough they began to break again within days. I’ve been getting my nails done for 15 years at nails salons all across long island, and never have I ever been treated so badly or have had a worse experience. Just don’t do it.

My nails look very bad, she couldn’t even clean them up. Would not recommend I would’ve given a zero star if I could have. She smudged one of the nails and overall look bad.

I've always gone to this salon for over 3 years. It's incredibly clean and well maintained. However, last night I paid $ 45 for an upgraded pedicure, which included callous remover and a 15 minute massage. I didn't feel like she was very thorough. I came home and realized I still had many calluses. In addition the 15 minute massage was nothing as I loved while being serviced by were co-workers. I was very disappointed.

They treat you horrible they’re not satisfied with $10 tips and five dollar tips they tell you that’s all you’re going to leave me that’s all the tip you’re going to give me their nails come off after three days. Very bad service very rude very mean and very upset they’re looking for a $20 tip and they’ll tell you to your face you didn’t give me enough money for tip.

It's fine for a pedicure but be prepared to wait every time. I went last week for a pedicure; it was not crowded, they told me to sit right away. They then left me soaking for a half hour before I got up and walked out (and so did the woman next to me.) I don't mind waiting, but they won't tell you there is a wait ahead of time, they just make you sit.

Gel peels off within a day or two, then tried them for powder and than cracked with in 24hours! I don't know what they are doing wrong or if it's the product they use, but it's awful! Don't waste your time & money.
