    Horrible experience. Needs new management. No chicken available. Told it was 15 minute wait but waited 45 minutes before I received my food in the drive through.

    Terrible worst chicken ever. Couldn't eat not because of grease but it was bloody inside so couldn't eat. Messenged KFC said they would handle it. Got 10$ gift certificate for next purchase. Don't go.... You were warned 2nd picture is rest of a 12 piece minus this one breast. They dumped greasy pan into bucket

    I didn't even want to give one star but that was the only way for me to leave a review. Absolutely terrible. Every single time we go there, there seems to be a problem. This one takes the cake. It took them forever to answer the intercom in the drive-thru. I placed the order, got to the window and the order was wrong. They fixed it after 2 more tries. The girl at the window was very rude. Giving me looks like I had no right to ask her to correct their mistake. We get home and the fries and popcorn chicken look and smell like they were cooked in grease that went bad AT LEAST a week ago. Tried calling to speak to a manager. No answer. This was their last chance. Will be driving to Morton or Peoria from now on.

    Got 2 of the spicy mac and cheese bowls . Very disappointed. They put corn in with the mac and cheese. I looked it up it says nothing about there being corn in it. And there was a ridiculous amount of grease filling the bowl. I couldn't even tast the mac and cheese because there was so much grease. Iv tried calling to let them know but there phone line never rings it just gives me the busy sound. The picture us just some of the grease.

    Ordered in the app (dumb decision #1), showed up at the time the app told me (dumb decision #2), chicken just went in to cook so I have a 20 minute wait (waiting was dumb decision #3). After 20 minutes I returned expecting my order to be done (dumb expectation #1), order is not ready even though they tried to pretend it was (checking the bag was 1st smart decision I had during this debacle), was told remainder of my order will be another 20 minutes (yay for cold dinner). Decided to cancel order, manager on duty advised that they cannot refund app orders confirming dumb decision #1. Told I have 3 options; take part of my order and thank them, wait another 20 minutes but they will not remake the part of the order that will sit on the counter for 20 minutes, or leave and just give up because there is no getting a refund from the app as they just mark it complete whether I take it or not. Turns out the manager was right. After looking a little I found a contact number. That guy was really nice and took my complaint stating he'd give me a case number and the refund line. Called refund line, waited on hold 20 minutes before the automated system said their phone lines cannot handle the current call volume (shocking!). So.... don't go here, thr place sucks and the management sucks more.

    Don't bother going here. Well I guess you could order dinner at lunch time and your order would be done on time. Chicken takes 13 mins (I've worked restaurants). A half hour is too long to wait. NO EXCUSE for extreme wait times here! *5/19/22 @ 8:00 pm. addendum--- subsequent visit resulted in same wait time....as FIVE EMPLOYEES STOOD OUTSIDE SMOKING. Went inside to encourage faster service. Noticed employee with hands on hips, no gloves on. I'm calling corporate.

    I'm not sure what happened here but things have gone off the rails. 1 month ago things were fresh and made properly now the chicken is hard the fries are harder. I used to get a spicy chicken sandwich right after work occasionally if fresh I'd get fries. That's changed after the blue-haired girl was no longer seen at the window. Today I got a spicy chicken sandwich and threw 85% away the sandwich couldn't be chewed as it was too hard also someone added mayonnaise where it shouldn't be. I'm the spicy chicken with no pickles you've got 1 more failure then no more retries.

    Got sick after eating a famous bowl. It literally tasted like it was cooked in really old oil. Will never eat there again. Clean up your store and employees!

    I have to be honest the ratings were off-putting so I was skeptical, but our experience was great. Sheryl waited on us and she was very kind. The service was super fast. Our order was perfect. Everything was cooked fresh and boxed nicely. We will visit again. Hopefully people will give this KFC another shot as they went above and beyond today.

    DISGUSTING. You feed this to people? There's no skin on my chicken, and the chicken that has skin is soggy. Walmart has better fried chicken than this.

    Just got home to see they didn’t give me 12 chicken tenders with the $30 fill up, when I called to let them know they said they can’t do anything about it because they can’t keep track of people’s names when they screw up orders. Pretty much says it all. I’m expected to trust the food prepared by people who are so incompetent they aren’t able to place things in a bag so consistently that they can’t maintain a list.

    Went there to pick up an order. There were 3 employees in there at the time. The girl was running around on her phone video chatting and complaining about how hard her life is. Making orders with her hands. Didn’t wash or use one glove. I watched her grab cheese and put it on peoples food with her hand after touching all over her phone. Handling money and credit cards. The one male employee didn’t was so high he wouldn’t know his left hand if you asked him. On top of not wearing any gloves or washing his hands once after handling many items The younger kid in there was just trying to do stuff correct. Seems like it’s his first job. No gloves or anything handling food wrong but I blame the manager I’d stay 1000feet from this place at all times. Seems they never have an employee worth a dam ever and it’s always disgusting in there. No pride in there work.

    The chicken I received was inedible due to being severely overcooked in oil that was either burnt or rancid and had obviously been sitting for a very long time before being served to me.

    I pulled into lot and there is a large banner advertising a $6 2 piece meal. Went in and ordered the meal as offered. It rang up to $8 something so I asked the ok cashier, “so it isn’t $6? She stated , “well I guess not because it’s ringing up $7.99” I told her then I don’t want it I’ll go somewhere else and she said, well ok. I left, and after seeing other reviews I’m glad I did. Won’t be back again.

    Ordered a 12 piece tender meal with the drink bucket, French fries, coleslaw, mashed with gravy and biscuits. The tenders, fries, mashed and the gravy had either been reheated or sat in the warmer far too long. The tenders were rock hard and could barely be considered edible. The mashed were edible but the gravy was thick like it sat for hours before being put in the container. The fries were just reheated and you could tell by true and inconsistent temperature. Biscuits were bricks. Coleslaw while not my favorite dish was the best part of this meal. Not sure what changed in the few months since the last time I had been here.

    While everyone that worked there was super nice, this is easily the filthiest place I've ever stepped foot in. Everything from the floor to the signs to the counters were disgusting and looked like they hadn't been cleaned in years.

    I tried to do the drive thru last week. Whatever is going on over there it's bad, thier menu is missing.. I don't mean that they were out of everything.. thier drive thru menu is literally just a box, with lights. I wish I had picture but didn't have my phone with me. Last time we where there most everything was burnt or dry like it had been sitting.. I didn't bother going in last week, I'll likely not be back.

    Delicious. They were very busy. Started off as a bad first impression. Was inside and got ignored by a short older lady so I went through the drive through to make our large order and the young girl working the window was great. We waited. It took longer than quoted. A few people did get mad. But my 4 kids wanted kfc so we waited patiently. Got fresh chicken out of the oven and our sides and away we went! It was delicious! The drumsticks were a little skimpy which is sad so my kids did eat more than expected so us adults nibbled on the scraps haha. Is it worth the wait when my kids request kfc yes. However next time I would order at an earlier time to avoid the dinner rush. The young girl at the window deserves some credit under the pressure of being so busy. Unlike the shorter older lady who was straight up ignoring everyone and then yelling she’s going to quick in the back… we saw your tude a mile away lol. I can’t take pictures because it’s been devoured. I’m happy with the quality of food here.

    We placed an online order, waited through the process, and proceeded to the store once the app said it was ready. We attempted to use the drive thru but another gentleman was waiting before us for quite some time. We then chose to go inside, as did the gentleman from the drive thru. He told my boyfriend that he'd been waiting for over 5 or more minutes after being told they would be with him in just a moment. My boyfriend was then told by the employee that our order hadn't even been started yet. He had to sit and wait for over 15 or more minutes for it to finally be ready. It seems like every time we go to this store it's never a good experience. Which is actually really sad. I hope they either get some more employees to help or something that can turn around the service there.

    I haven't been to KFC for years. I went to try the fill-up box. They were busy so the wait was expected. The nuggets were overcooked & hard.The fried chicken, fries, & biscuits were pretty good.

    AVOID!!!AVOID!!!AVOID!! Went through drive through and was told our chicken would take 20 minutes. So we paid and came back 20 minutes later and it wasn’t ready. We were then told a fryer was down and they were out of breasts. No other explanation or apology was given. When we finally got our food an additional 30 minutes later the chicken was completely burnt and inedible. It went straight into the garbage. Waste of time & money! This place needs to close because they don’t care and anybody that has no problem serving chicken like that doesn’t need to be in the food industry at all!!!

    So we went through the drive through tonight and the chick working it was so rude. She interrupted me constantly, threw a fit just because I checked our soda so I gave my child the right one to drink. She messed up our order and got upset when I asked her to read the order back. Then she talked about how sidetracked she got when doing our order. Then she slammed the drive through door in our face. That was by far the rudest and bizarre behavior I’ve witnessed in food service.

    I ordered a family meal online at 4p for pick op at 5p. We got here and our order was not only not ready but we have been waiting 25 minutes because “wings needed to cook for 8.5 minutes.” Ridiculous! If I hadn’t already paid, I would drive off. No offer of I make things better for us…just pull up and wait! What horrible service!!

    I felt like the worker didn't understand how to use the order screen and the place just seemed run down, flies everywhere. The cost floored me. Don't think you can walk out of this place without spending at least $30 a meal for 2 adults and a kid was $37. My wife's meal was cold and the bacon didn't even seem cooked. All and all, I'm sure this will be my last time here.

    Wow, has this place ever gone downhill...chicken was super small pieces and overcooked, corn tasted like it sat all day. Waited several minutes just to get silverware which had not been given with my order. Paid 4.00 for an individual side of cole slaw. This will be my last visit.

    I will not be coming back to this location to say the least. The last time I visited their soda machine was down. I understand that stuff happens all the time. So they offered to substitute either a cookie or a biscuit. Well after I drive away they forgot to give me my cookie and biscuit. So I basically got nothing in return. I try eating there again last night and this is where it ended for me. There were several workers just sitting outside. Thought nothing of it until I received my food. No ice in my drink. You could have just warned me and I would have got a drink elsewhere. Also the macaroni and cheese was the driest Mac and cheese I have ever seen. And I got really sick from the popcorn chicken box that I ordered. Employees looked unhappy to be there and something needs to change.

    Nasty. Fix your ice machine. Clean your fryers and your whole store. The whole store is caked with an inch of grease. I used to love KFC back in the day. Now the biscuits and meat are usually dry. Food is cold and past the serving time. They promoted young adults with no experience to be managers and leave them to run the store alone. I can continue to complain. There's much more. They do not know how to handle these situations. Stop being greedy and clean up your stores. The higher ups drive nice cars, while employees make hardly anything. No wonder they don't care about serving quality food. GET IT TOGETHER KFC!!! PEOPLE ARE SICK OF IT! You're going to lose more $$ by being greedy and losing customers.
