Ordered
in
the
app
(dumb
decision
#1),
showed
up
at
the
time
the
app
told
me
(dumb
decision
#2),
chicken
just
went
in
to
cook
so
I
have
a
20
minute
wait
(waiting
was
dumb
decision
#3).
After
20
minutes
I
returned
expecting
my
order
to
be
done
(dumb
expectation
#1),
order
is
not
ready
even
though
they
tried
to
pretend
it
was
(checking
the
bag
was
1st
smart
decision
I
had
during
this
debacle),
was
told
remainder
of
my
order
will
be
another
20
minutes
(yay
for
cold
dinner).
Decided
to
cancel
order,
manager
on
duty
advised
that
they
cannot
refund
app
orders
confirming
dumb
decision
#1.
Told
I
have
3
options;
take
part
of
my
order
and
thank
them,
wait
another
20
minutes
but
they
will
not
remake
the
part
of
the
order
that
will
sit
on
the
counter
for
20
minutes,
or
leave
and
just
give
up
because
there
is
no
getting
a
refund
from
the
app
as
they
just
mark
it
complete
whether
I
take
it
or
not.
Turns
out
the
manager
was
right.
After
looking
a
little
I
found
a
contact
number.
That
guy
was
really
nice
and
took
my
complaint
stating
he'd
give
me
a
case
number
and
the
refund
line.
Called
refund
line,
waited
on
hold
20
minutes
before
the
automated
system
said
their
phone
lines
cannot
handle
the
current
call
volume
(shocking!).
So....
don't
go
here,
thr
place
sucks
and
the
management
sucks
more.
