Amazing service. These two served us at lunch. They couldn’t have been more friendly, polite and efficient. Good food was a bonus but it was the staff that made it for me. Thanks guys. Just sorry we’re on holiday here or this would be our regular.

A popular burger joint with plenty of burger options amongst other more or less healthy non-burger options. The less healthy options on the menu are like the American style fried and fatty fast food, but this is a burger joint. The burgers here are decent though and the chicken that went with the waffles was tender and juicy. The food also comes out pretty fast making it a good for a quick and casual meal. There's a credit card surcharge of 1.5%.

Popular place to dine and chill in this side of town. Enjoyed their chicken royal burger and chips, refillable iced tea. Great service and friendly staff. Definitely enjoyed our first time experience. Nice clean place. Will return to try other dishes.

Great experience. Burgers are always fantastic, fries and onion rings perfectly done. In the last year, they had moved across the street and further down into a newer building, with more space and even better atmosphere and wall art! Service was great and friendly. Hot Tip: definitely go for their famous bottomless ice tea!

Always amazing and caters for gluten free including their buttermilk chicken and onion rings which makes a refreshing change from the usual burger joints. Highly recommend! New larger venue is great for dine-in too

- The Shmelt Burger - Fries with Chipotle Mayo Even though I couldn't taste the presence of mushrooms, the burger was quality, well cooked beef patty's, and nice tasty cheese and bacon. The Fries were also good, nice and crispy, and well seasoned. The atmosphere was comfortable, music playing in the background. I like the new spacious location with plenty more seating. The service was fast and friendly. Had my order in less than 20 minutes.

I recently tried the Frankenstein burger at Royals Chicken and Burger Joint, and I must say, the flavors were outstanding! The patty was perfectly seasoned, juicy, and cooked to perfection. The toppings were fresh and added a delightful crunch. However, the only downside was that the bun was a bit dry, which slightly affected the overall experience. Despite this minor flaw, the delicious combination of ingredients still made it a memorable burger worth trying.

Had a lovely lunch yesterday meeting the owners and staff. So accomodating and resto-bar has the best food offered for guests and friends. Thanks.

Food great. Friendly service. It was after lunch rush time only three groups in the restaurant. I had to wait almost half an hour for two Stanley burgers. ....It was a slightly disappointing first time for me. Will give them another chance on another day.

Our food exceeded our expectations. The burgers were full of flavour and juicy. I got the jerk chicken with no slaw. They actually offered me a different salad instead. Who does that? The staff were attentive, friendly and helpful. Hats off for next level customer service. It did cost a bit but for the food and service we got well worth every cent. I have paid more for less.
