They started a Howlin willies hot chicken. I’ve ordered from here twice now after seeing come up on Uber eats. Willies can literally stop selling the Mexican food and just completely switch to the fried chicken. 12/10

My coworker suggested this place because of the spice level they offer for their chicken. I had the 8 pc wing combo with a side of baked beans. I asked for the hottest level which is "howlin". The restaurant is located inside Willy's Mexican restaurant. It's minimal seating cause Willys is always busy due to the airline employees that come through. There's also a outside patio area but it was too hot to sit outside that day. The chicken came out hot but the spice level wasn't hot to me. I eat hot food all the time and was looking forward to see if the spice level was up to par. I do appreciate the chicken bring cooked to order. The baked beans tasted like they were out of a can. Not a fan of them at all plus they were room temp. Next time I'll try to tacos or tenders and fries. Customer service was good. I will be back. Parking is tight too cause it shares a lot with Johnny's Pizza and Willys.

Now don't get me wrong I love eating at Willy's but just standing in line and looking at these knives which they cutting up vegetables with or whatever and then stick it right back in between the metal trays who knows what kind of build!! Up and old food.🤮🤮

I took my nephews here for lunch because they had never been before. The employess were so nice and friendly. They were very patient while my nephews figured out what they wanted and even offered suggestions! At no point did they rush us. You can dine inside out outside at umbrella tables. The food was delicious and tasteful. A definite place you should try.

Shanya Gordon was very kind and outstanding with my order and my food. It felt great to see a black female queen to show professionalism and have respect towards her guest and community. She also showed great communication skills towards her Co - workers as well. Great experience bravo to Ms.Gordon.

Had a huge order when I got there I was rushed to move everything out of the dining room! Felt like they didn't want me there there to pick up the food even though it was a catering order it's a catering order! Definitely will never be going back there to pick up any orders for anyone from that place ! You would think spending hundreds dollars you'd be at least treated with respect but not me! Guys gotta do better with customer service just because somebody's picking up a lot of food doesn't mean they work for you I I treat everybody with with respect like you would like to be treated. I don't think that any of the people or staff there haven't taught how to give Good customer service.

Crunchy, and super buttery / oily. Just a little too much artery clogging for my taste. Service was friendly, and of course the food was delicious.

I do apologize for not getting more detailed pictures of the ingredient sections, menu selections, and even the nacho to go plate I chose (the good stuff is under the veggies). That being said you can choose from beef, steak, and different flavors of chicken 🐔. Not shown there are several sauces: hot, mild, green, and spicy. The team members were nice, service was great, selection was fresh, and for roughly around $12 the portions were good 👍😁

Food is good. But gave me major gas. Like my farts have never smelled that way before. I made my co workers gag in the truck. It was definitely a gut bomb. Other than that it was very good.

This is my favorite Willys location to go too! The customer service is amazing, their manager Esther is so lovely, and her customer service is superb. The staff are sweet and work effectively and fast whenever it’s lunch time, I’m always in and out when I go. The restaurant is clean and the food is always good!!

I love Willys but this location isn't my favorite. I did not like that when I got my nachos my toppings were unusually cool to the touch by the time I sat down. This is telling me that the holding temperature is not high enough and i will not be surprised if someone gets sick eventually. Other Willys I've gone to you can see the steam coming off the rice and beans on the line. Not this one. Go in, and you'll see what i mean.The restaurant also isn't the cleanest, and I don't even attempt to use the bathroom. The employees are nice and do their job well but I do not have 100% confidence that I won't get sick here so I've ticked it off my list for now.

The Nashville chicken that they serve is some of the best I've ever had. It's all freshly made to order . It's crispy and juicy and got a kick. I would caution you to be wary of the Howlin level unless you're a Pro.

Willy's is the best I've been to.... but the chicken side was horrible and overpriced. The chicken was undercooked, and there was no seasoning on it at all (that was my first time trying it ...hope it's better if you go)

Everyone was nice and friendly. The table that I sat at was not clean, but as I was eating there was an associate walking around cleaning the tables. The bathrooms were nice and clean.

Nice place, first time going there. The food was great, customer service was great also. Willy's put you in the mine of, Moe's and chipotle only with a better selection with their menu. Out of the three choices Willy's will be my number one from now on. Pricing, I would say it's somewhat affordable and a little bit up there but so is every other restaurant/ fast food out here.

i have been coming to this location for years and i am always very pleased.... BUT tonight i have gotten the best customer service i had in a long time, from the young lady with the shiny teeth ;)... i wish i would have asked her name!! She served me and my family with a smile!! Thank you guys so much for your service

Idk what's going on with the service these days but this is my 3rd time in a row getting, bad and slow service. Saw for myself the line balloon from 3 ppl to 10 just bc all of the staff was in slow motion. Been coming to this location at least 15 years. Will not be back for certain

Willy’s hapeville is the best Willy’s restaurant I have ever been to. They always have food hot fresh and ready and I eat there a couple times every week !! Love this place!!

The hot chicken is great, but incredibly slow. Half of the time there's nobody at the register to take your order and once they finally do, it can take 30-45 minutes to get your food. I once witnessed them bring out a guy's chicken sandwich without the chicken in it.

I think place a little overrated. Service was great, very warm welcome. I ordered the baha chicken. The burritos was mixed with seasoned bell peppers, spicy chicken (was good) , cheese sauce and a red sauce. I must employee informed me that it would be a lot of food in the bowel in addition to the burrito. Lettuce, pico, rice (that had no flavor). I’m from Florida (Spanish& Black folks season their black bean). It was a lot of black beans but not flavor, corn tasted grilled no much taste. The guacamole was actually good, mild salsa was ok. I wasted a lot of food! If I return I would probably get a burrito with only spicy chicken, peppers, lettuce, queso, pico, guacamole and sour cream. The bowl was a lot of food. I used what I could to make a burrito which was good, but the rest of the food went to the garbage. The picture is what I threw away.

Service was great, but the wings are terrible. I may have missed something but I wasn't expecting breaded wings. But then they were sooooo oily, I immediately was sick. I couldn't even finish them after paying $15. And they were pink on the inside.!!! And yes, that is 5 cups of oil in the right corner of the picture. I hate wasting my money.

It's hard to figure out what you want to eat sometimes but how can you go wrong with a salad? I had the Southwest Adobe Chicken Salad. It was so good and very fresh. The lettuce was not brown, it was crisp. The grilled chicken was well seasoned and plentiful. The salad also includes black beans, pico de gallo, corn salsa, jack cheese, guacamole, and tortilla strips. I was surprised they included guacamole because chains usually charge to add it on to an entree. I have to say that they are not stingy with the Chipotle Ranch salad dressing and salsa. Do yourself a favor and get Queso. It's not too thick and not too loose. It's just right. Freshly made chips and salsa are included with all meals. They are very addictive.

I will ALWAYS go back to this Willys and I live about 45 min away. When I walk in they greet you and they always know what I get. The food is fresh and the lemonade is ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. I'm going to another contract however I will definitely be back to see them.

Willy's managed the long line for lunch very well today, with the queue moving quickly. My burrito was tasty, generously portioned, and of course came with complimentary chips & salsa. First time to this location and would definitely return.

Hey I came here with my daughter last night and tried to new howlin’ side for the first time. I was very skeptical at first but the young lady assured me it was good, she was so professional and kind and my daughter loved her. We waited no more then 10 minutes for our food, I’ll definitely be coming back and looking forward to ordering with the nice young lady with pink hair.
