Very unprofessional in every aspect. Do not try the groupon deal it's a complete waste of your money. But if you do and come out to your home they will first try to sell you additional bs services for $100 or more. If you decline they will begin work by using a shampoo vacuum cleaner that will soak your carpet with nothing but water

I found them on Groupon. I should have known this would be bad when the company prints in the description that they EXPECT their customers to tip them on the full amount of the service. Does anyone else tip their carpet cleaners?!? I was willing to pay extra for stairs and Berber, but when they showed up and said he refused to clean my carpets without doing a deep cleaning which was $140 extra, I said no. He ARGUED AGGRESSIVELY with me in my own home for over 30 minutes and I finally sent him away. I was uncomfortable with his lack of character and the level of unprofessionalism and I would strongly caution anyone from using his service. I would have been uncomfortable with him in my home for any extended period of time. I also should have read the Google reviews first. I don’t see a single review that is not a “1”. They were also extremely late and I had to call them to even find out where they were. Every call was “45 minutes, 25 minutes...traffic”. So disappointed in wasting my time with this company.

TERRIBLE. Don’t use this Groupon deal because you’ll regret it. Joe arrived at my house and went through each room with me to determine what I needed. Even though I bought the $85 deal, he tried to up charge me by another $200. When he saw I wasn’t willing to pay that, he became really agitated and abrasive. I told him he could leave and when I called the owner to tell him I wanted a refund, he proceeded to tell me how good a guy Joe was and that he cleans 5-6 houses everyday. He continued to tell me how much money Joe makes for him because he’s so good at what he does. After repeating myself 3 more times, he finally agreed to give me a refund. I contacted Groupon to let them know I wanted a refund (because I didn’t for one second believe this guy was going to refund me the money) and they tried to sell me another deal. Only after telling them I would dispute it with my cc company if they did not refund my money, the person agreed to issue one. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY !!!!! Please just spend the money and either buy a carpet cleaner for your own use, anytime, or go with a reputable company like Stanley Steamer.

Do not do business with Pro Carpet...they are not PROs but have bad attitudes and customer service. They inform you after you paid and made your appointmt that they don't move furniture. Then they will give you a 4hr time frame 8am-12pm, only to tell you the day of that it was the later 4hrs (12pm -4pm), and then call you to tell you they will be at your home at 4:15pm. Skip this company that don't deserve your time or money.

Poor customer service. They never showed up to my appointment. When I called, they kept saying that the technician was 45min away. I reached out to Groupon and got a refund.

Not professionals by any means! Didn’t get any of the stains out of carpet. Three days later and the stains are still there. Broke one of my pictures and ruined my $500 dining room rug. Their treatment caused the glue on the rug to melt and created yellow spots everywhere. Owner and helper are incredibly rude.

Didn't get any of the stains out and wouldn't call me back when trying to reach them to fix it. Do your research and find another company!

Do not waste your time and money!!! My husband purchased their Groupon deal for seven rooms a week prior to our appointment. They stated that they will be there at 12 pm. I waited at an empty house for 3 hours and nothing. My husband called them to see if they are going to show up. He sounded surprised like he forgot about our appointment. They never called the day before or the day of to confirm. When my husband spoke to him he stated that they are a half our away. 45 minutes more they finally showed up. The guy tried to up charge almost $200 more. When we refused his demeanor changed negatively. He asked us to use our water. We have had carpets cleaned before and never once had we been asked that. My husband told him that if he uses our water we will charge him. They went back and forth and he up and said he is leaving. They left part of our living room carpet soaked and worse than it was. I wasted almost 4 hours out of my work day at an empty house waiting for them. (Move out cleaning). Now we have to hire another company to fix what they messed up in 10 minutes. I don’t see how he is still in business. To top it off their transmission went out in our driveway and he blamed us for his transmission going out. We should have read the reviews prior to this experience but it’s a lesson learned. We also filmed them in our driveway awkwardly trying to push their van out. I was worried that they would scratch my vehicle in the manner that they left...angry and aggressive. Lastly, we called Groupon ourselves to be reimbursed because we did not trust them at all! You’ve been warned! Buyer beware.
