I have actually just arrived after spending all day in airports. But I walk into a dirty room. Literally looks like someone had lunch on the desk, crumbs and dirt all over. The fridge - iced over so barely cool. The bed. A stained pillow case and no fitted sheet, mattress way outdated. This room is NOT worth 91 a night. The TV stand has not been wiped down in some time, so much dust. The bathroom - well you can tell by the faucets, mirrors and such that they haven't actually CLEANED this room in some time. The whole place is dusty and dirty. Ugh. Too tired to go and complain so yes I am doing it here for now, maybe after I am rested I will address to the front desk. I wish I had read the reviews, obviously the management has NOT addressed any of the issues for ,well looks like years by the reviews. Obviously automated. The previous reviews are spot on, I wish I could say different. I can't. And I will add photos momentarily, except the desk. I already cleaned it so I could sit down and use it.

This place is so. Freaking. Disgusting. The office itself the floor isn't even flat, we go into our room reeks of cigarettes, blood, white crust on our blankets, blankets had burn marks in them, the toilet clearly hasn't been cleaned, there was pee on the outside of the toilet, I called to complain about the cigarette smell, they didn't offer us another room didn't apologize, same thing with the blankets I went to get new blankets they only had one left when I needed 2, rolled his eyes when I complained about the blankets having blood and being dirty, they don't have fitted sheets so when you lay down the sheets move around and you can see how disgusting the mattress is, they don't give you enough pillows and the bed is so uncomfortable I woke up w back and neck pain I could of easily felt nicer sleeping on a hard floor, I had no choice to take a shower in the morning and there was 2 used bar soaps in the bathroom. Also the toilet paper that was supplied to us was wet from the last people. It was truly disgusting I wish I could get my money back

I reserved a nonsmoking room, but it reeked of cigarettes. First they lied and said they had no other rooms, then showed me another room that smelled not quite as terrible. They tried to charge me for the "upgrade," then when I refused offered me another room right next to the smoking room. At this point I'd already wasted more than 30 minutes, it was late at night, and we were dead tired, so I noped out. This place will try to scam you, charge you extra for what you'd reserved, and treat you rudely. All this on top of trying to get me to sign a contract with no rate specified and one employee coughing mask-free in one of the rooms offered. Stay literally anywhere else you can.

I checked in on a Saturday at 2pm was charged a $25 early check-in fee got to the room it was disgusting It's a smoking room with burn holes in furniture, bedding, curtains. I curtain looked like blood stains on one curtain. Toilet leaked. Asked for a refund on the first night was told no. So I put up with it for to night's then the fire alarm was getting tested without any notice. They show a coffee bar in there pictures on priceline and other booking sites but they don't have any. Very unclean will never stay there again.

I must say the rooms are clean, I walk around with no shoes(brave I know) and my feet stay clean. The bathroom was spotless. Wonderful area lots of shopping and yummy foods around. Good family environment. No housekeeping knocking on door at 8/9am! Felt very respectful and friendly and safe! Would bring my family. Slept like a baby with clean sheets and a wonderfully soft cozy blanket!

I stayed there with my fiancé recently. The longer we stayed the worse it got. This place is dirty they give you stained sheets and towels. If you complain the owner will tell you to just leave. We finally left after three different rooms had bedbugs. We ran out of there fast! Beware of this place and stay clear if you know what's good for your health.

I truly advise you against this place! We arrived to a dirty room, infested of cockroaches and we first asked the front desk for some bug spray and they didn't have any. We switched to a different room but honestly I don't know what was worse: the stench of smoke in the walls and bedsheets (we were in a non-smoker room), the heavily stained comforter and pillows, or the fact that we still had cockroaches in the bathroom. We were there for a wedding and it was the last place available after our airbnb canceled a few days ago. If we had any other place to stay we would've ran out of there- which is what we did at check-out. When we asked the housekeeping guy for new bedsheets because ours were stained he yelled at us saying they don't change the pillow ones- obviously. So we showed him the dirtiness of them and he kept giving us attitude. Like the fact that the room and bed were disgusting wasn't enough. I travel regularly on a low budget and I don't mind certain things when I stay in low cost lodging, but this was unacceptable and I have no idea how they're allowed to operate like this. Anyways, the guy at the front was nice but they don't care about your stay... This place is literally a dumpster.

Most expensive room we have stayed at during this road trip… and unfortunately the worst one. While we didn’t find the room to be completely unclean and gross as some have stated, everything is just super cheap quality (shredded up cheap toilet paper left on the roll that needed to be changed before new guests arrived, shower is a small stand up shower and instead of appropriately sized shower curtains they have taken regular sized one and cut (tore?) them down to size, shower itself was “clean” but so stained the floor was literally brown, just overall not great.) Room was probably 100 degrees when we walked in and after sleeping all night with AC on highest setting, it was barely starting to cool down to maybe the mid-80’s (no actual thermostat in room but judging from how we keep our home set to mid 70’s and how sweaty, sticky and hot this room was that would be our estimate.) Definitely the cheapest room we could find within a large travel radius ($165 for a Friday night) but sure didn’t feel worth that price regardless.

This is the worst place to stay at, please book somewhere else. For the price you would think they would at least have a clean room. Sadly, we arrived and our room was absolutely disgusting, it reeked of cigarettes, the sheets had from what it looked like burn holes from cigarettes, the sheets were dirty and the room you could tell has not been cleaned in months!!! Every counter, desk, table had built up dust and the bathroom looked like a trap house. I went down to the front desk and requested a new room and was charged $12 extra for a new room which was no different. They were very rude and didn’t seem to care about the cleanliness or hospitality. PLEASE DO NOT book here, the beds were sunken in and had visible stains on sheets and pillows, absolutely disgusting. I can’t believe they are able to operate, our friends room was also in the same condition I don’t think those rooms have been cleaned in months it’s terrifying and should be reported. The worst experience ever absolutely disgusting.

The non-smoking room smelled so bad of cigarettes it was nauseating. I asked for a different room and the second one smelled worse. It smelled like decades-worth of cigarettes. I have never ever written a google review but felt this hotel was misleading and pricey for the condition of the place and the rooms. The front desk refunded me after I looked at the rooms without question so that was a plus.

I've never written a review in my life but I feel like I had to on this one. This hotel is absolutely horrifying. I'm not the cleanest or pickiest person in the world but oh my lord this place is disgusting. Like some other guest the room was very hot when I got in. The air did work fine after a while but it was just so dirty! Hair everywhere. Stains on the sheets. After working a 10 hour day and driving nearly 3 hours I was so exhausted I couldn't find the energy to go to the front desk but this place should be condemned. So gross!

This place is a dump. Highly recommend staying away. They do not respect privacy. Rooms had bedbugs and roaches. They go in your room without permission or consent. Owner says he can do whatever he wants. Room had bed bugs (room 151) when we complained they automatically blamed it on us. We stayed at a previous hotel with no issues with bed bugs. They changed our room (147) only for our privacy constantly invaded daily. This room had roaches and couldn't complain cause they blame us for that also. Then a week before our check out day they kicked us out claiming our children were being to loud cause we had someone under us constantly calling for every little noise. Also refused to refund for the remainder of the month. I have contacted LT. Governors office plus a few other agencies to report these matters and hope an investigation is done. Edited to reply to comment. Sam you're a complete liar. The city and state are well aware of the issues going on in your motel. We're not the first people to complain about these issue to the government. It's ignorant for you to blame the customer for your bug infestations. The bugs we found were way to big for someone being there 3 weeks to bring in. Learn about pest control before accusing customers that they brought them in. Also only had 2 adults and 3 kids in room at max. We originally had a larger room before we were getting bite by bed bugs. So you putting us in a smaller room is on you. As for the cat your employee which you fired said it was ok long as it wasn't a dog.

Pictures online were very deceiving. Booked a suite for a nice weekend getaway. When we arrived, the outside looked run down with construction. Clerk who checked us in said to lock our doors, that was the second red flag. When we got to our over $300 a night suite , the front window was broken, the bed looked like it had been slept in. No toilet paper and bathroom looked like it wasn't cleaned. And the tub didn't even have a stopper to work properly. Not that I wanted to use it after seeing the state of the room. Nope! Not staying here especially with that price tag! Luckily we were able to get a full refund no problem.

This place is a DUMP!!! They're RUDE, they said they didn't have a room until they saw cash and then they didn't even have me fill out a form or anything. They charged me a higher price than it should have been. They wouldn't give me creamer for my coffee and told me if I wanted it to go to MOTEL 6. IF I had a car I would have gone there. They have 🪳 ROACHES!!! They don't clean the microwaves, the floors, or the top blankets . The owner and his wife are SCUM BAGS!!! The male house keeper tries to pick up women and tells them he'll pay them. It's very uncomfortable. Don't go there, go to a different hotel. There are hotels down the street that's that will.treat you better.

I only stayed here because my company paid for it but I don’t recommend at all. There was a roach in the tub my first night and the room was that all clean same with the towels. The mattress underneath had stains and was gross. The second room I had the chain lock was missing and just overall smelled and looked gross. Location wise it’s decent with shopping plaza across the road but whole place looks sketchy with sketchy people.

I had an awful experience, I had an unforgettable circumstance and needed a room for 1 night with my 4 yr old child. Not only were we charged $225 for 1 night, the t.v volume didn't work for 3 hours. In that 3 hours several different employees came to try to fix the problem, I called the front desk with my problem and asked for another room with a working t.v. he told me " no, no open rooms" so I had no choice to thug it out. Then after 740 the t.v issue was finally resolved, my child went to sleep. I was startled by a loud noise outside my room, it was a possy of the biggest rats 🐀. They're eating well! I went to leave the next day and asked the same guy for some money off my bill since I paid cash, he told me no. Nothing off your bill, we have no policies in effect for discounts. The health department was notified and I'll never come here again!

Crack pipe under the heater, bandaids holding dirty burnt ripped curtain closed. Dirty bathroom, leaky toilet, sticky floor, drug deal going down next door. Door looked dented n had tape on it. It was stunningly awful and they did not care. Did not bat an eye about the Crack pipe. I took pics of everything and I tried to call the manager but the staff didn't put my call through. This motel should be banned from any and all sites

The filthiest place I have ever stay please do yourself a favor don’t go sleep in this place. I am a man I even find a woman shoes under the bed. But that’s nothing compare to how trashy this place is: used masks sticky floors with dark stuff. Just to tell you I have sleep with everything on me. To finish the Nehad crumbs on it and the blanket have cigarettes burn on them

Update on review. We complained to management, they brought us to two more rooms. All 3 had stained sheets and hairs in the bed. Floors were a sticky mess. They do not own fitted sheets but I guess you don’t need them if you’re not washing them. We asked for our money back and didn’t get very far, suddenly they didn’t know how to do that. We were assured we would see a refund within the week. I’m not optimistic and will be contacting corporate. This hotel is absolutely disgusting and a Petri dish of germs and bodily fluids.
