This location is fantastic service/quality food, and super accommodating. We frequently order here for work lunches and they flawlessly accommodate our large orders and help bring it to the car. Great location!!

UPDATE: I was contacted by someone named Emily from this Piezoni's, she wanted to reach out to discuss my review. She asked for my phone number (which I provided in my email back to her) Guess what, no response, no phone call. I guess a customers complaint isn't important enough to follow up on. Never again. We have ordered from this Piezonis 4 times and all 4 times in addition to pizza we have ordered a Ceasars salad and added mild Buffalo chicken to it and all 4 times they have failed to get it right. Same mistake everytime, they give us a regular salad with buffalo chicken with Ceasar dressing. Everytime we call we have them repeat the salad back to us to make sure they got it right but somewhere someone is not paying attention. Also, the pizza the first time was very good, but lately it is very soggy and very greasy, like it's undercooked. After the 3rd time we weren't going to order from there anymore but gave it one more try, should have stuck with 3 strikes and your out. Funny how reading the reviews of this place, only the good ones get a response

my pizza was undercooked i asked for a refund they wouldn't give it to me they redelivered my pizza and it was still the same way

I've been to this location several times, the staff is friendly. Salads are excellent, the Maderia salad has a nice mix of mixed greens. The fried chicken tenders are great. The pizza is somewhat different, very thin crust, heavy sauce, and delicious cheese. I would recommend ordering light sauce if you don't LOVE sauce.

Ive ordered from this location several times & its about a 10% chance they get your order right on top of it they do nothing to help you weather that be bringing you another pizza or anything I had someone tell me it was there mistake and that they arent making another pizza lol comical honestly stay away from this place if you like customer service trust me

Good place for solid pizzas. Downfall is most of their coupons either don't work at all or other coupon sites have better deals on their product. Deals seem to be more based on take out which is fine most of the time. But deliveries are lacking in that area. Chicken Maderia salad is my go to order but sometimes lack portion consistency. My kids favorite pizza spot so just the coupon and portion control issues but pizza consistency is good bordering on great.

Plainville shop is the one we use. The staff is always so extremely kind and helpful. Food is always fresh and hot. Best boneless Buffalo tenders and hot chili tenders. The hand made chicken is the beat not frozen from a box. Absolutely the best.

We love Piezonis. My 6yr old has declared them “The best Pizza in the world!!” They also have great subs and salads & the service is always great too.

Great pizza. Don't sleep on the chicken tenders though... Great menu. Every time we go we try to get something new on the menu with our pizza order. We have never been disappointed...
