Finally, a Dunkin' reopened at the mall. It's located a few stores down from the AMC theatre. A nice, clean and modern look, although quite a small selection of donuts. I guess that's why they removed 'donuts' from their name. Perhaps the biggest negative (and basis for my star reduction) is that there is no seating nearby. It's grab and go.

The old lady is so rude, terrible customer service, she rushes the customer to make the order and the customer can barely make the order,when i complained why she was so rude, she decided not to sell me the drink,if there would be a zero star, i'll give it zero, horrible attitude from that old lady.

Half good/half bad. Very consistent location with a mostly friendly staff! Anna and the younger girl are very friendly and fast, makes me wish I could hit that 5 star button.... BUT. 3 stars in reality- The other older woman in the morning is seemingly consistently bossy and short to others behind the counter (and borderline rude to customers and coworkers) whenever I'm in there. Makes me second guess giving my business to this location.

So, I want to start off with... There are a few kind employees.. Theres this one girl with a hijab that is so kind... but there are two employees there that are so unprofessional... Theres a girl all over this guy.. If they are dating thats cool.. but dont do PDA right in front of customers in front of the register. Next, the drinks are OK. I feel like there is more ice than the drink. Simple fix just put less ice.. But chill out with the PDA.

No seating it is horrible you cannot sit and enjoy your beverage.

Drinks taste good but they need to pay more attention to orders, they either forget something or a drink is wrong, but they are very apologetic and correct the issue right away. Last time I was there I order ahead of time and the drink order was wrong, they fix it and let me have the other drink for free but notice the attendant was on a video call while on the counter, while preparing the orders. Not very professional when the orders are getting mistaken.

I wish there were no stars. Horrible experience. The most unprofessional rudest people. They are super Miserable and their drinks are horrible, reflects their attitude. I go to Dunkin yet I’ll never come back to this one. DO NOT RECOMMEND, DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Worst dunkins. The manager(looks Asian) today told me in rude way that they dont have any hot latte. They are only serving cold. And in a extremly rude way that she just want me to leave asap.

The food came quick and fast. And you're able to get napkins and straws quickly aswell. And many donuts you can pick out 😋

Hema and Atul where amazing great customer service I recommend everyone to come here they treat you not like a customer but like family.

Hot coffee cups constantly leaking. When they run out of the bagel that you requested on your online order, they just change it without checking with you or letting you know that they've changed it. luckily, I'm not allergic to blueberries. but if I asked for a cinnamon raisin and got blueberry and had been allergic that would have been a very bad day for them.
