After reading the reviews, I decided to make an appointment with Jessica to wax my eyebrows. Worst experience of my life, she was not friendly at all, had 2 clients at the same time, waxed me in 5' with her headphones, not a word was said to me except to pay. It was an awfull experience and it cost 30$ which is absolutely not worth it. I will never go there again!

Jessica is amazing. She listened intently and carefully explained the different brow techniques. We evaluated which would deliver the best results per my desired goal and decided on nano brow. I am extremely happy with her technical precision, color artistry, and natural look of the brows. Wish I'd done them sooner and highly recommend her services!

After having my powder brow styling by Jessica, I decided to also have my upper eyeliner done. We booked my eyeliner appointment to follow my complimentary eyebrow touch-up. I truly love how skilled she is at what she does. Waking up in the morning to see myself with eyebrows, and "awake" eyes is amazing, I love her work!

I originally received combo brows at JK Lash & Brow in May 2021. I’ve received two touch-ups since (touch-up as of last week). My eyebrows were almost non-existent and extremely hard to color match with any pencil. Not only did Jessica match my color perfectly, but finally, I have eyebrows I love! She’s super professional and friendly. I was super worried about how they would look since I am very particular about my eyebrows. They look so natural & I couldn’t be happier. Aftercare instructions and products are provided, which will help guide you through your healing process. I will keep returning! Well worth it!

I initially responded to a post from JK PMU Studio offering a discount on nano brows for it to be used as advertising. I sent all the requested information and an appointment was made. At no time was shape, fullness nor being told I did not qualify for the discount discussed. Upon drawing out my eyebrows and looking at that (which was very hard to make out with all the lines) I told her I did not like how far down and close to my inner eyes she made it. She assured me it would be fine. Afterwards upon looking I was right. Looked stupid. Told her I did not like. She said they would look fine and touch ups would be made in 2 weeks. Then proceed ed to charge me full price. So instead of $150 it was $650. After returning nothing was really done. Wanted her to remove the inner rediculous looking parts but she said she couldn’t. So apparently did not have the necessary equipment. I would not recommend this place. I’m very upset how the whole thing went and what I’m left with. If you are someone like me that totally puts your trust in someone who is a professional this isn’t the place to go.
