I was worried after reading some reviews, but it was awesome. It’s in a residential building 4th floor. It was hard to find.. The amenities like pool, locker room, sauna and jacuzzi belong to the building, not spa o so it’s not private but it’s not crowded. There were only four guests using it with my party .The place is super clean, and the amenities were awesome. Make sure they have a lifeguard on duty. The waiting area became our private room and it was awesome. Bev took care of us and she was doting and wonderful . The masseuse staff was awesome. Food.. ok they make you use their caterers and they are expensive. I get the impression they like bougie and instagram worthy presentation so this comes with a big price tag, and it’s gorgeous but you don’t get a lot for your money. There were mini roses in the ice cubes., decorated with flowers and the Chacuterie board , fruit and veggies were fresh and delicious but we paid $495 for the presentation showed in the picture . That prices included a mamosa bar. We ran out of champagne early on so it wasn’t enough for my party and we didn’t over consume. Overall the experience was excellent. The one negative was that we originally booked Eveeats catering. Days before my event she backed out and said she couldn’t do it. She claimed to have gotten the date wrong even though one of those days was Mother’s Day and the date was mentioned several times . Luckily, I noticed on the invoice she had listed the wrong date and caught it before I paid the invoice . Her attitude about it was very nonchalant . She apologized but I was forced days before to look for another cater and that’s when we used Chacuterie couture who did our party.. It’s too bad Eve was unreliable because her prices were better.but still high for what you’re getting. The lack of the fifth star was the fact that they need to deal with caterers that are more reasonable or reliable . It’s the buildings policy that you cannot bring your own food, so they should have a variety of different options. I would go back but next time I would hit up a restaurant before you go! Xo

Spa O was relaxing and clean. They took me on a last minute appointment before valentine's day. Owner was friendly and gave a great massage. Will definitely be back.

I stumbled upon this hidden gem because I needed a last minute facial right before my wedding, and it's now my permanent go-to! The spa is beautifully serene and impeccably maintained, tucked away right near my workplace. The staff is incredibly friendly and genuine. My facial by Lisa was fantastic, and I can't wait to go back every 6 weeks. I’m so excited!

AMAZING experience!! Scheduled a 50 min massage and the spa exceeded all expectations. Very clean and nice environment. Kasy did an excellent job and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. I definitely recommend booking a massage here👏🏻

I’m a business owner myself and I can appreciate an amazing experience and quality Customer Service. The facial felt like a massage. The aroma in the spa forces you to relax. It was a hour well spent. My face was glowing after the hydrated lift! The Spa is beyond beautiful! It’s a MUST that you try her out! I think every women needs this once in a while! What a treat!

Our daughter booked a couple’s session for me and my hubby❤️And let me just tell you it was such a relaxing pleasant zen! She booked the package with the wine, refreshments, pool, sauna, robes and massage 🧖🏽‍♀️ We had the absolute best relaxing time! It was well needed and the staff was incredibly nice 😊

Magic hands!! I love massages! And because I get them when I can, I’m always on the hunt for the masseuse that will make me a loyal woman… and I found exactly that at Spa O on the Go! Like most of us, I sit at a desk 5 days a week and began accepting the neck, shoulder, back and hip discomfort as a part of aging and life… I went to the spa because of a New Year special and 2 massages later, my neck has more mobility, my hips have less pain… I now have a membership and I’m looking forward to fully integrating Spa O into my wellness routine!!

Despite getting a message an hour before my appt that it was being rescheduled to an hour later the massage was great Kasy was very good and my neck and back pain feel much much better.

The worst experience ever without getting any service done. I booked an appointment online at the location mentioned and when I reached the location, I was told by the concierge that the Spa location has changed. I wasn’t informed about the location change, I called the number provided online a 100 times but no response and yet I was charged for the service I never got. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING AT SUCH AN IRRESPONSIBLE PLACE EVER!!!

Absolutely LOVE this place. It was my second time there and It did not disappoint. Super convenient as I live down the street. Staff is super friendly and welcoming. Looking forward to booking a little girls spa day for my girlfriends and I. Thank you again for making this mama feel rejuvenated

I have been going to SpaO for about two years now and have loved my services! I am particular about getting facials done since my skin is very reactive. However, I tried a facial here and felt it was the best one that I have received. My skin did not have a stong reaction reaction and I did not scar from the extractions. I also get a massage when I go which is an added bonus. The price of the services is also perfect for my budget, the staff is friendly and giving, they are bilingual (Spanish), and you have access to a pool and hot tub after your service. I highly recommend SpaO!
