Really nice staff in this store. I visited looking for something for my girlfriend and even though I knew exactly what she wanted the staff member was able to give me several recommendations for matching jewelry that I could purchase alongside it. She was also very knowledgeable about the men's jewelry and watches which I have found lacks in other places.

Bought a number of watches from this shop over the years. Always had good service and after care and the prices are reasonable. Only loses a star as the store doesn't always have the full range from some brands but this is rare as well as understandable with so many brands on offer in a limited retail space.

I am a regular customer of H. Samuel. Me and other family members, frequently purchase gifts and presents for different occasions. There is quite good range of jewelleries for different taste and budgets. On my latest visit, I could have had a better customer service with smile. However, Its usually very pleasant experience.

Friendly staff and very efficient service. Had my rings polished, and they were ready a week early. Everything was very straightforward, and rings look like new.

I was gifted some beautiful pearl earrings for my 21st birthday bought from a different store. 2 weeks later they unfortunately broke and I did not have the receipt. Karen in this store was so so kind, and gave me a new pair which was incredibly understanding and sweet. Would definitely reccomend.

Visited the store this afternoon with my partner to return a watch that was a Christmas present that unfortunately wasn't to my taste. We had Darren deal with our return and to help choose another watch. His knowledge and customer service was exceptional , I ended up with the exact watch I wanted. Amazing staff knowledge and a huge thank you for fixing my watch

Overall i would have to say im dissapointed. I was absolutely in love with the disney ariel ring with amethist gem stone, when i first saw it and after my finacé gave it to me i was over the moon. However just after 3 months a stone has fallen out fue to a broken clasp. I am a desk worker and anytime i was doing anything strenuous or housework i would take it off and pop it back in the box it came in. Going into store after it broke only to be told its my fault and we will have to pay over £200!!! For the missing diamond and clasp which is ridiculous!! Especially as i was so careful it unfortunately has made me fall out of love with the disney rings as they all seem to have this issue and h samuels has not been massivley helpful with us just been pushed from pillar to post only for us yo call up 5 weeks later and be told we wouldn't get it back till after christmas and it hadn't even been sent to the work shop!! Fuming at the least!

Visited shop for watches with my daughter for her birthday on the first occasion . Mary was the sales adviser she was amazing very knowledgeable and patient. Excellent service from Darren. We were looking for a man’s waterproof watch that was suitable for everyday wear as well and that had a clear screen. Darren had an excellent knowledge of watches and was able to suggest watches we wouldn’t have otherwise looked at.
