Service was terribly slow and prices are too high. We waited 20 minutes for our ice cream to come out, even though we were the only people that had placed an order, and it when it did, it was melty. The ice cream was fine, but was not at all worth the wait. My sundae that I ordered with Reese’s PB Cups came out with a single PB Cup that wasn’t even crushed. I would recommend a local ice cream place instead.

The very nice waitress seemed to take forever to bring our food then finally arrived only to tell us that she dropped one of the plates. We then waited another 20 minutes for the two sandwiches. No one from management even came over to apologize.

I left a review about a year ago or so, saying that the sevice was extremely slow on a day the restaurant was practically empty. It happened again today. I thought after a year they would have fixed this. Been waiting for an hour and still no word on the food... Edit about 20 minutes later: We left. We're not waiting forever.

One waitress watched us walk in and proceeded to start an ongoing conversation (borderline argument ) with another waitress without greeting us and making us wait. The same waitress brought our food to our table, rudely… despite the fact that she was not our actual waiter. Friendly’s has gotten rid of the usual mozzarella sticks. Ice cream tasted great although not sized correctly. This was the order of fries… should tell you enough.

My husband and I got an ad for friendly’s in the paper and decided to check it out. I ordered the fish and chips and asked my server for recommendations for dessert, she recommended the strawberry shortcake sundae and it was amazing! So yummy!

I’ve come here for the last 9 years , but today will be my last time . We got seated and waited for 15 mins. I watched two more families come in and was accommodated without any delay . Total of 6 families that was seated the rest of the restaurant was empty . I’ve heard the service wasn’t the best and now i witnessed it myself .

I got to say prices are going sky high on me yes these days! Even friendlys there is no value! Lunch people, lunch for 3, just entrees and drinks cost me $55! Are you kidding me! My daughter got 5 chicken fingers and onion rings and that was $16.99 and the portion was pitiful! Super disappointed, the chicken finger were so small it was comical! I had a chicken bbq sandwich which was great but these prices makes me want to stay in! I can understand iff they were big chicken fingers, but look at the pics! Terrible! The service was good, but they got to do something with the. Pricing!

Food wasn't great 😕 Our waitress was though. Not worth the money for sure.

A rare experience now that so few Friendly's are left. I had a burger and sundae, and they were as good as ever.

Why are they not open in the morning? They don't open till 12:00. Really?!! My experience there is usually good, including the food, service, everything. And would give them 4 or 5 stars. But not opening till 12:00? I've had breakfast already by 12:00 and don't eat there for lunch or dinner hardly ever. I love their breakfast, but it's not relevant for me at 12:00. That's if they're even still serving it at that time.

My pick up order was ready quick, the server was nice and greeted me right away. The food was delicious, just as I ordered. 🙂

Its a shame this company is overlooked. The food is good and place is clean and people are great. They have everything for a great affordable meal.
