Had a really good experience.. Beautiful place and location.. .The staffs were polite, friendly and cooperative.. Had a small family function too.. the size of the hall is big enough in size for any kind of functions. they are punctual at their timings.. The stage can hold about 10 to 15 member.. No questions on parking space there is ample area for parking...

They are giving a warm welcome to the hotel. Explaining the hotel rules, payment terms are very good. The rooms are very good, big and the views are great. Restaurant here giving food with good quality and different varieties. The gym is also a big size. The swimming pool with a view of the hotel and Gym is very pleasant. It's wonderful stay here.

BIRTHDAY SURPRISE My husband planned my birthday surprise at four seasons. I want to thank for the hospitality that we received at the hotel. The Decoration they did on such a short notice is worth appreciation. Rooms are so clean, and room service is very good. Although we did not have dinner in the hotel but inhouse Cheesecake was delicious. Thanks and would love to visit again for special occasion.

We went there only for High tea. I have lived and travelled to UK many times and also have High tea in places like Dubai and Bangkok. This is very poor imitation for a high cost. The visit was such a disappointment which we shared with the chef and he agreed with us. Possibly the organization makes an assumption that we are not knowledgeable enough for them to get away with. Surprisingly for a 5 star hotel the bread used for a sandwich was stale, maybe a couple of days old. While most the young girls who were serving were polite and nice, one of them was snotty sending us a message what you ignorant middle class old guys are having high tea here. Her anger was visible when we were not behaving up to her "standard". This clearly shows poor training by the organization. Again we found other girls were very nice and polite. We don't expect such treatment from a 5 star hotel or after spending a large sum of money.

Wow first time I visited this new hotel and the location is very good and this huge hotel Four Seasons Hotel bangalore Embassy one is surrounded with cafe LOUNGE , Restaurant and big swimming pool there i tried their special Vegetables Garden Pizza 🍕 😋 and was amazing very well presented and yummy and their evening Dessert 🍨 😋 😍 loved it I was glad to be there. Would love to visit again and explore more and take advantage of it 😁😃❤🤭. Anyone would love to be there having pizza 🍕 sitting in glass lounge facing beautiful view of the swimming pool and hotel girls are swimming 🏊‍♂️ 😅

Visited the place for a office gathering. It was my first visit to this place. The hotel is amazing. The interior, the reception decorum was absolutely stunning. We booked the place at the basement. The dining area there was huge, also the conference room with lunch/dinner arrangement was beautiful with eye catching chandeliers. The dining area having open space too which was having seating arrangements. The buffet spread was huge. There are so much varieties that I did not even explore all. The food was great, specially the salads. The breads were too good. Overall nice experience, as it was a office party, can not comment on the pricing but it's worth to visit there.

I stayed in the apartment with two other friends of mine. I think it was big enough, kitchen well equipped, private bathroom, a plus, clean and quiet. The staff was really nice and welcoming. The breakfast wasn't anything special and quite small but more then enough, considering also the price, the location and the city. Perfectly located, in front of the airport shuttle bus stop but also metro and bus stops for the city. Within walkin distance from many attraction and city center (around 20 min). If you don't have high expectations, it has everything you need.

Visited recently for the first time for Tea. It was late afternoon on Sunday and we had pre booked an Italian tea package for our group. We were seated in a comfortable place with a view of the pool. The ambience is really very nice. The presentation of the tea was really something. The crockery was impeccable and the service excellent. The staff explained everything well. The masala tea was excellent 👌🏼 Loved how the masala flavors were infused so delicately. The food was also amazing. We were given a selection of finger foods. The freshly baked scones stole the show 👍🏼 Overall excellent experience. Would love to try out the other restaurants here now.

I went for a brunch and although the place is nice and you have a wide choice of dishes, I was negatively surprised by the fact that the non-alcoholic formula does not include any drink, not even water which is billed between 350 and 650 rupees per bottle.

In India 5-star hotels give a 7-star feel. It was really good quality and properly serviced. We would have breakfast in the morning at it's Cur8 and it has been the best breakfast I've had up until now. Room cleaning was also done in time. I was there for 3 days and 2 nights, used the gym too and it was the best experience!! I loved how the gym was equipped with good and variety instruments. Four seasons didn't disappoint in any way except that the rooms have very low sound suppressing quality through the walls. For a 5-star that was a slight disappointment .

I visited Spa @ Four Seasons hotel, Bengaluru today for a 90 minutes massage. The therapist, completed massage of 90 minutes in 80 minutes only! I asked her what's the time she replied almost 5:30, came out and checked time it was 5:22 only, which means she cut short 10 minutes. This is fine, I can accept some times therapists cut short, may be due to tiredness! But the attitude of Spa Manager was completely un-professional. She was kind of defending this and tried to tell me next time she will compensate! I asked why not now only, may be by reducing the charges proportionately. She not only refused without any valid reasons but also tried to defend. I just said, stop, paid money and walked out.

This place is great. The staff is very friendly, well trained and always try to read your wishes from your lips. The different restaurants and bars have all kind of dishes and drinks you need and it is a nice mix from all places over the world. The staff will remember you and is more than willing to make your stay as comfortable das possible. The rooms are big and always clean. I enjoyed my stay very second.

We stayed for 1 week in this beautiful hotel. The staff from, reception, housekeeping, restaurant, pool, spa and entrance were amazing! They really made the stay unforgettable. The property and mainly the staff were wonderful. The perfect space and people for conducting an event. We were taken care of EXTREMELY WELL by Mithun, Niramjan, Suraj, Balwant, Brijesh, Nandakishor and Sathyam. The head chef for the banquet hall was very good offering a lot of alternatives as per our requirement and made an extra effort to incorporate our requirements. The banquet staff were FABULOUS and sailed through our event. The quality of food was very good. Specially the Khowsey and Waterchestnut with Lotus root. All the staff there were excellent leaving alone Ms. ASTHA who really made things difficult. She refused to help our event team with the basic details such as plug points at the venue. After she received the advance payment for the event, she went back on all her commitments. She promised us 2 rooms on the day of the event, but until the day of the event absolutely refused. With a lot of pressure and persuasion, she finally gave us the room only for 3 hours. She kept my decor team hanging about when they could start set up until a few hours before the event. Due to this, we were forced to start the event later than scheduled. It was extremely difficult and unpleasant working with Astha. She was arrogant and unaccommodating with her own commitments. Keeping her aside ALL the staff was wonderful and extremely helpful. If you plan to have an event at the venue it's definitely the best choice, just ensure you don't deal with Astha, and I'm sure you'll be the happiest with your choice. You won't need to think twice about the banquet staff and quality of food and service. Overall wonderful experience and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I stayed here for three nights with my kittens, Thunder and Lightning. All three of us agree that it is the nicest hotel in the country to stay at with your pets!! The staff were all super friendly and accommodating. They showered the kittens with love and kindness and didn't treat me too badly either! The room was beautifully decorated, bed was like sleeping on a cloud, food was delicious, and the bathtub was heaven-sent. I can't wait to return for another staycation soon! Thank you all x

As a Event manager, we done lots of events in many five star hotels. But here we got worst experience that they doesn't allowed to eat food for workers even in basement also. Area of the hotel is huge but they doesn't have 10x10 space for workers to eat food. My workers ate their dinner sitting in roadside that too in rain. It was horrible experience.

Very professional and courteous and they go out of their way to assist you. Ajit from the front desk literally ran out with me and ensured my luggage is kept in the boot with his own hands, just so I can be on time. The rooms, the food and the entire vibe of the hotel is top drawer. It makes me come back to the city just to experience this all over again. Keep it up guys, there’s a lot to learn from you’ll. I had a great time at the Four Seasons hotel in Bengaluru. The rooms, food and range of cuisines and treats, hospitality, and care provided by the staff was great — they were always on hand to take on requests. I celebrated my cousin's wedding there and it was a great experience to celebrate this special occasion with family. In particular, the help I received from Pulkit (part of the Front desk team) was exceptional. I needed to arrange a parcel of clothes at short notice, and he managed the whole process on my behalf. It was a big weight lifted off my shoulders, which made me feel at ease. Aishwarya in the luggage team, was also really helpful in moving our luggage down to the lobby area, after the wedding events had finished. Overall, I would highly recommend staying at the Four Seasons in Bengaluru!

A highly pet friendly place with a very generous and courteous staff. Four Seasons staff has a proper dresscode which makes it all the way more professional. Numerous dishes for buffet available. Food at the live counter has all my heart. Very vivid area for seating and enjoying the meal, while enjoying the Bengaluru weather. Don't forget to stroll around the premises and the green parks it has maintained beautifully.

The property is a haven in the bustle of the city. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The pool, spa and lounge is well-maintained. Cur8 restaurant has wide options on the menu with delectable dishes. Staff is polite and welcoming. Definitely a place suitable both for business and leisure stay. And this property is Pet-friendly!

We ordered room service and the food took over an hour and was cold. Apart from that i had a ₹1000 credit with them yet they made me pay by calling me at 11:30 at night and waking me up. They called the room 3 rooms asking me to pay when i told them i will clear any due amount in the morning. The due amount was around ₹250 but i had to clear my full bill at night. Only good thing was the room, which was clean and well sized. Beware the rooms aren’t sound proof, so any mildly loud conversations can be heard from outside the room.

Went to a business dinner party. The entrance to the property is not from the main road even if it is situated on the main road. Also, the valet is absent at the main gate. It's a bit confusing with no attendees to take care of the car parking. The dinner spread is very good and has lots of options but mostly tastes bland. The indian dessert was ok type. The ambiance and service were very good. Overall decent experience.

The Hotel is amazing and the interior and stuff is also pretty good. The service is good,the management is very polite and coming to the restaurant. We went to the north indian one where the food is excellent and the best one which I liked was the four seasons pizza as it was totally like the one hand tossed in Naples,Italy. Overall it was good but Vegetarian options were a bit less compared to non vegetarian so If vegetarian options would be more then it would be more helpful
