I already had a bad experience from the Gandhipuram store where they over quoted the price and charged me 10x more for poor quality Kundan stones. I visited the Raja street store for the second time for a pair of earrings. The owner whoever that is made no sense. They said kundan and Polki are the same - the poor quality kundan stones were as expensive as Polki in the jewellery! Not sure if this is the knowledge with which they run the business or if they are attempting to deceive customers! I decided to not buy it this time. Secondly, the owner lacked any gentleness and tried to only say how long they have been in the buisness, how good they perform in the market - honestly, we didn't ask and we don't care. All that I took away was how bossy and boastful his behaviour was, towards my elderly grandmother and father.

They don't the customers with equality. They serve coffee to customers who are in diamond section. But , when I asked for a coffee They told me we don't provide . Then I asked for water bottle she said we don't provide water . Equality of treating customers is very poor. Though I purchased jewellery . I was treated badly.
