    The staff on duty when I went in to buy an item were off hand,rude and unpleasant. Reminded me why I NEVER go into Central Bristol shops but there is not one at Bath.

    Used for it's DHL drop off. Misinformed entirely by a rude and incompetent member of staff that we needed to fill in a long form in the DHL website. This was despite showing him we already had the waybill number and sticker attached. Once we'd filled it in another member of staff told us he could just scan the label. Inconveniently located and anything but a useful drop off location. Avoid!

    Atrocious first (and last) experience. I ordered an item from their online store and had to chase it's status on several occasions. Assured I would receive the order on 7th July, I contacted them again on the 13th, to then be told that the item was damaged in transit and I would be issued a refund? Firstly, how would they know the item was damaged unless the courier opened it? Also, why wasn't I contacted when the damage came to light? None of what they said made any sense and I was dubious to say the least. Zero customer service and left very frustrated by the whole experience. Be wary..

    Placed an order and was broken on delivery. Contacted them the first day open after Xmas to return item for a refund. Its taken 1 month and still no refund. Have ordered in the past and broken on delivery with replacement straight away (plastic storage boxes). I ordered an expensive item this time. They are saying the suppliers has no contact number (well don't use them then). At present moment talking to citizens advice about them. AVOID AT ALL COST !!!

    The location is inconvenient, the staff wouldn’t let us look at the products and they were hurrying us out of the door, so they could close up…and they did so just before 1700…pressured shopping experience and poor service. Just go to Argos opposite or use Amazon, there really is little to recommend this branch. Avoid it.

    Run an absolute mile. I recently left there because of bullying and discrimination while being forced out the company by the store assistant manager and another store manager because of my mental health. Don't work there period. As for the prices it was the biggest ripoff I've ever seen. You're better off elsewhere. Reputable isn't a word that should be link with that company.

    Ordered online and have been sent completely the wrong item. They are in no rush to sort it out and they have now left it too late to sort this out in time for my sons birthday. Won’t be using this company again in future.

    As expected for a physical store in central Bristol it's a bit overpriced but if you're in a rush and can't order online it's one of the few places in town where you can find certain items for DIY etc.

    Such terribly rude customer service. God forbid you ask them a basic question on whether an item is in stock, you'll just get met with a rude response as though you've asked them to move heaven and earth.

    I shopped in this store from time to time. My first purchased item here was a discounted Christmas tree which was even cheaper than in any online store. However, not until today I feel really satisfied with the store, especially the service the staff provided. I came to the store today to return a failed air fryer which I purchased in Robert Dyas. It went smoothly, they just replaced it with a brand new one completely, no much unnecessary explanations needed to just to convince the old product failed. I really appreciate the help they provide and highly recommend the place.

    WORST STORE EVER. I went in today to buy a spray bottle, I was so excited when I found one because it's been hard to find one. I get home and I put some water into it to clean it and use it for the first time. Nothing comes out of the nozzle... I cannot even go back to the store to get it checked because it costs me more to travel to Bristol than the whole bottle actually cost. So disappointed in this product.

    Good array of products available which are delivered quickly. Some of their prices are high and a similar product can be found cheaper elsewhere however in the main I find them very reasonable and like an Aladins cave when it comes to choice. Certainly a company I shall use again in the future as I've had no issues with them at all.

    Recently had a problem with a two seater victorian bench I purchased, went in to discuss this with Laura and an assistant they phoned customer services, who said for me to send a photo, but on arriving home thrre was a message saying no photo needed and to pack up bench and they would send a new one.New one arrived first so was able to put other one in that packaging ! Very impressed.Thankyou.

    Worst experience trying to buy an item ever. It has been 6 months since I paid for my item. Only some of the parts of my bench were delivered and the rest i have been trying to get for 6 months through numerous emails. Action to send the remaining parts only started once i asked for a refund. No compensation or refund offered and still waiting to receive my remaining parts, I'm sure this is against consumer rights!

    I'm still trying to return a TV that arrived broken on the 25th November, and after finally being given a collection date (today), I then get an email saying it won't be until Monday now. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. No phone number to contact so have to rely on emails and webchat which I have done multiple times a week to get to this point and still not resolved.
