We used to drive from Connecticut for the donuts and the experience, That's right, The experience to be able to go inside and see, choose, smell and look . The Owners took that experience away and regardless how good the donuts are We aren't coming back, Ever... Very Disappointed

Agree with recent reviews. No, the drive through shack is not the same as being able to walk in and order whatever assortment of donuts you wanted. Yes, the line down the road is annoying. Still, I’d rather have Mrs. Murphy’s than have them close shop. Southwick is a small town, and I can’t imagine it’s easy finding help in the surrounding areas, especially after COVID. I do hope they’re able re-open the shop itself, though - the drive through just isn’t the same.

Incredible donut shop. Drive thru only. Line down the side of the road, they moved cars through faster than any chain drive thru. Great staff and the best donuts and breakfast options around. Will definitely return.

I got to the store approximately 10 minutes before they closed. The staff was super friendly and patient while I tried to figure out what kind of goodies I wanted to purchase. Great customer service and I give their donuts a 10 out of 10

Fantastic doughnuts, super nice staff, fast service, decent prices. Only a drive thru, and if you have trouble deciding, I'd recommend checking the website for flavors before you go since everything moves pretty quickly. Definitely go though! Highly recommend Boston creme and maple bacon!

I’ve been a ride or die for Donut Dip my whole life. Until I had Mrs. Murphy’s. From where I live, it’s an hour drive just for some donuts, but these are not just donuts. They are elegantly crafted, perfectly balancing the ingredients and creating an incredible result.

These are the greatest donuts I've ever had and I've lived all over the country. Worth the 20 min drive every time and the kids love the characters.
