    I ordered in the app for pick up. My girlfriend picked up my order which included guacamole and chips. My guacamole was half full and they put a whole uncut chicken filet in my bowl. I was sick and hungry. They also didn't put a fork in the bag, which I didn't care much about because I had the chips, but an uncut piece of chicken breast and a half cup if guacamole? Then when she took my bowl back to complain, they said they would remake it, but put other customers who were in line before remaking my bowl. Then they didn't have all of the ingredients that were in my original bowl, they said the were out of fajitas gor the rest of the day at 3:46pm. Total disregard for customer service and I will never come to this Chipotle again. These guys have to do better.

    This is by far the worst chipotle in America they frequently miss order notes bad timing, portion sizes and will be out of many ingredients upon arrival they are severely understaffed and don’t work well as a team to complete orders will often have issues where you can’t use cash or have to use a card only. Everyone needs to be fired and new management needs to take over effective immediately

    Place is is filthy , table that’s being served food is not cleaned . Cashier is on tiktok laughing while I stand there waiting to be helped . No drinks except fountain drinks . I mean this is chipotle, I come for the house lemonade . Place is run by teens . Do better chipotle 0 stars .

    Walked in around 4pm today the server walked up asked what was I getting, I said a steak bowl with brown rice. After he placed rice he bowl he walked off to online order section. He came back and went over to the veggies to wait for me. I said can I get down pinto beans. (Normally sever asks) he put beans in bowl. I said do you guys have any fajitas coming? He said don’t you see they are over there on the grille and laughed. I continued to request items in my food and he walked away again. This time he came back and started arguing with me about not asking for specific things. Lastly I asked for sour cream after cheese and lettuce. He said I can put it on before because it will stick to the lid and fall on side. I said if it does that’s fine. I order it the same way and it’s never a issue. He said that he will not do it that way and asked if I “wanted the sour cream or not” . I said put it in a cup of the request is too much trouble. He did neither. I said this honestly not hard. He said loudly. That he will slap me and proceed to call me out of my name. I told him that he will not put his hands on me and he asked if I wanted to meet in the lot. I asked for my food to be rang up and then I asked to speak with the manager. He said that he will speak employee. I left to go and file a police report for threats made by the employee. This location needs to be shut down.

    The one thing I love about this location is its consistency. You can order safe knowing that 100% of the time they will ALWAYS forget something in your order. Utensils and napkins you ask? Well you better have your own because you'll never see any from this location. Don't order chips or a salad because you won't ever your chips or vinaigrette. Somehow everything just keeps getting more expensive and the quality keeps getting worse.

    I ordered online because I anticipated that they were only doing online orders at the time of night i decided to get food. When i walked in the store i was greeted with the fact that they were, in fact, only doing online orders. However, 15 minutes into waiting, customers are walking through the door and able to order (as long as they have exact cash or credit card payment only). Long story short, this place is VERY unorganized, UNPROFESSIONAL, and a huge disappointment to the black community. We can do better.

    I stopped in to get 2 bowls. This is the 1st time I've been to a VERY NASTY restaurant. The prep station was nasty, the meats were dried and old looking, and the dining room was barely clean. I couldn't believe a manager would think this is ok. Maybe it's always like this because of location. I don't know. This is the 1st time I was inside this one. The people was not professional or polite at all. Only the young woman that was doing the rice was. The second one was okay. But the cashier was horrible. She wasn't mean, but she wasn't polite either. Clearly she didn't want to do her job or offer anything close to professionalism.

    Food is a little salty but the customer services good today. Chipotle is always a good quick fix. Update: That was what I wrote a year ago. Today they ran out of rice before 9 o'clock. I'm doing a pick up and I've been sitting for about 20 minutes. They are backed up but they literally have one guy doing the orders. Everyone else is cleaning or making their own food. This is at 9:30pm. They've been sending people away since I got here, claiming closed.

    I never leave reviews but I have to, this is by far the most unprofessional chipotle i’ve been to. They were out of several ingredients, the staff was rude & leaving the line to talk to customers that were dining in. Terrible customer service.

    We order through Doordash and without fail there is always something missing. Chips missing, guacamole missing, dressing for salad missing. Clearly the receipt states the order. I don’t understand how this is possible to mess up every order we receive. At the end DoorDash does not refund the actual amount that was spent on said items that were not received.

    This Chipotle branch falls short in a lot of ways, but unfortunately I think it's mostly management issues. The team that was there wasn't really addressing the problems in front of them, but we're all seemingly in a task - just the wrong one. The food (although all 4 of our orders were wrong) was seemingly cooked fine.

    Some selections of food unavailable. Some payment methods were unavailable as Employee screams out payment selection. Employees can be seen but not helping with rush as lobby fills with customers the wait was long and our food sat after being prepared as the same employee was trying to complete all orders. Lobby was filthy and napkins and forks containers were empty. Service was 👎🏿

    They literally never seem to have the fajita vegetables or steak ready no matter what time you go there. The workers are not the friendliest and they are extremely messy with everything. If I have the time I usually drive to a different Chipotle location just to avoid going here even though it's walking distance from my house

    Ordered through door dash. My order was HILARIOUSLY incorrect. Ordered brown rice, double chicken, double steak, corn salsa, lettuce, sour cream. Got white rice, half order of steak, tomato salsa, lettuce sour cream. The bag was still sealed when handed to me by the door dasher. Did not have my chips and salsa, side of guac, OR any napkins or utensils which were all on the receipt. Paid $22 for a $2 meal. Never again. Just look at this picture of what an embarrassing representation this specific restaurant is to the chipotle chain. I was forced to give 1 star in order to leave a review but it's a 0 for me.

    The entire kitchen staff was outside talking and smoking when they were out of white rice, corn, sour cream, cheese. All the workers were constantly swearing which I don’t have a problem with but families may. Just an all around terrible experience. Food was okay. Ice was also down as well. This spot needs new management asap.

    When I arrived at the store 3 employee were outside smoking. No one was inside assisting customers. The 4 customers already inside kept looking around waiting for an employee to acknowledge them. Finally the manager comes up front and starts taking orders. They are out of this and that. It’s always an excuse. They were even out of tops to close bowls. Good old aluminum foil saves the day. SMH Do better…

    Great customer service for such a very young staff. However the food area was a little messy. They could have the area more organized and clean, like the young man area who was doing online orders. He was very neat and organized. Food was great.

    They didn't have the ingredients available no sour cream, I waited over 5 mins for anyone to ring up my order, once I got home there was a piece of under cooked chicken ( a big piece) , the customer service sucks. The place was dirty , there was hardly any utensils available. Go to the one in highland hills , they are more professional and the food is cooked.

    Very understaffed on a Sunday night. Only 3 people working. Good thing the line wasn’t long so the wait was bearable. Food was all over the counters and floors. Definitely worried about the cleanliness of the place. They were also out of fajitas and sour cream. Steak looks way overcooked, food tasted good when I took it home, but I most likely will not order from this location again.

    3 yrs later I’m back to revise my previous 5 star review. Chipotle has fallen off, some locations are worse than others but in general…. Always running out of ingredients (lettuce, rice, cheese etc!!!), food dropped and left all over the serving area, and having to stand in line and wait while they make 5 or 6 orders for DoorDashers, Uber Eats etc. shouldn’t those orders be made at a different station, they have one. But yes, I still get that craving and I go…praying that they have what I want.

    This location is just awful. The food is flavorless, the workers are incredibly slow, and there's little to no communication skill between customers. I waited 30 min to get my half wrapped burrito because the majority of the ingredients were out. The workers didn't let us know that, so they had everyone waiting on them to prep the food. The food was awful to a point where I threw half of it away.

    I decided to ignore all of the reviews for this restaurant. And I'm glad I did. The staff was fine and efficient. The food is exactly what you'd expect from a Chipotle. The only problem was they were out of vinaigrette.

    Not the greatest chipotle compared to others, would recommend making the extra drive to go to another location. They seem to always be out of an item or two when I visit, and I've gone at least a half dozen times. The line is always long and slow. The solon location, for example, usually has a line twice as long, but somehow it goes twice as quick (or 4 times as quick since the line is 2x longer). The parking is pretty horrendous as well, and is especially bad because of the current roadwork being done- but even before that, it was a tight fit. It seems like the area overall has been improving the last year or so, but I won't hold by breath on this location to improve at the same pace.

    The WORST! Ordered online for pick-up at their drive thru, which is cool in theory, but the line was so bad and the service so slow it still took 45mins past the scheduled time to get my food. This was made worse by some of the rudest staff I ever met in my life. If you hate your job and people so much, do me a favor and just go on unemployment...I would rather pay to support you than pay to deal with you. The only reason I gave "atmosphere" 5 ⭐️s is because at least I got to spend the wait in my own car with good music and A/C.

    The worst chipotle I ordered from.. They just opened and rice had no flavor no lime juice or cilantro. 😡😡 it was just sticky rice. I could have made that myself.. the chicken was cooked wayy to long. Some pieces were burnt. Very disappointed.. the only reason why I did not take it back beacuse my lunch was almost over.

    I gotta say, some of these employees should never be working anywhere. I walk in here with zero people waiting and it still takes 10 minutes to get my food. Sometimes the employees are literally acting like high schoolers and clearly don’t care what the customer thinks. Whoever manages this chipotle needs to be replaced by someone who can get this place under control. It’s crazy how bad and slow these workers are, with no care for what the customers right in front of them think. Embarrassing.

    They just slap the food in the bowl. The rim of the bowl is messy from the carelessness in preparation. The vinaigrette tasted like it’s made with mayonnaise. The dining room has no order. The steak was burnt. He charged for vinaigrette. There was also plastic in my food. Plastic from the bag of cheese they open and dump into the serving containers. I asked for. Refund and he only offered me a bowl remake as I clearly chewed on a piece of plastic. Like at least refund m. That place was just dirty for real.
