    Went there to get some botox done, felt very uncomfortable starting from the first person I saw,Like I was doing them a favor or bothering them. They were not warm or friendly at ALL. After I was done they did not asked how i felted or if I needed any thing. Very nose up in the air.

    I had a mini facelift performed by Dr Shapiro in 2022. The entire process was very simple. I felt that the staff knew what they were doing and handled my paperwork and appointments well. Dr Shapiro is very talented. I have received many compliments from friends and family on my results. And people who didn't know me beforehand have no idea I'd had any work done. My mother says I look like a child now, lol. I would highly recommend him.

    Very friendly and professional. Judy listened to the results I was looking for (which was a subtle and natural look) and chose the filler that would give me those results. I am only 1 day post procedure but so far everything looks great. Hardly any swelling or bruising today (ice, ice, ice and Arnica tabs and gel). Will leave another review when everything settles with the final results

    I've recently started the weight loss injections and I am loving the weekly progress. I'm averaging about 1 1/2 to 2 lbs per week. The staff has been very supportive and helpful with my journey. My side effects have been minimal. Some constipation and burping. I'm managing with fiber supplements. My appetite has decreased dramatically. No more sugar cravings!! Thank you Youngs Medical Spa for keeping me young!!!

    Initial appointment was quick and the Dr and staff were so kind. I went back after a week for a touch up and was not charged, which surprised me. I also had inquired about Kybella and she told me it would not benefit me. Which impressed me because it showed me that this spa is not just out for a buck ☺️ I will definitely be returning!

    I couldn’t be happier with my lower blepharoplasty!! I searched for the perfect under eye cream and cold treatments to get rid of the bags under my eyes for years. THIS is what I needed!! Dr. Shapiro and the staff are fantastic!!

    The customer service is hands down the best in the area The procedure was amazing, the tech that did my dermabrasian was informative of everything she was doing, I highly recommend Youngs to anybody who is thinking of getting skin care procedures , they are a class act!!! I will definitely be returning

    HI I'm Kimberly my situations just keep on and on So I'm on the hospital bed and i was getting situated and all of a sudden the bottom part of the bed was going down I grabbed the bars and pulled to the front I am Paralyzed, Fallen on the floor is not an option Sunday. I called Monday Mr. Charles & Mr.Alex we're there before 10:00 a.m. Two really great guy's So they say whats going on and there gonna bring new ....for bed and they will be back Tuesday. Tuesday they came and they took care of hospital bed business next wheelchair Well .. another situation my wheelchair wheel Barrons were shot the chair was broke it could not be repaired.My legs gone just like that. I started to panic Mr.Charles . ..Alex... stated exactly what they were gonna do. I waited I waited .I thought that night i knew there, bringing it, i could barely walk . So it didn't come, and i thought them darn insusnxe companies well again. i called Mr.Charles that Wednesday and panic in my voice. i said you didn't bring the chair He stated .... it was there in 30 minutes Mr.Kenneth wheeled it in ... Someone order new wheelchair..of course its not mine that quick. The chair is my legs i expressed to young medical my needs and situation and they treated me with such kindness and the amount of time was amazing. So Mr.Charles Mr.Alex thank-you from the bottom of my ❤️ your response time was amazing customer service and everything ya ll did for me really showed me there are still people who do care..Kimberly Corley

    I have gone to other med spas.. but not like this one!… the front desk woman are beautiful and greet you with a warm smile and Hello! It can be very intimidating walking into any med spa ! Dr. Judy is AMAZING!!! She is knowledgeable .. easy to speak with and makes you feel comfortable . I look forward to my time with all of these woman! Especially Dr.Judy and Vanessa!     Judy does a great job listening and providing options to achieve your desired result. I prefer a subtle and natural look, and she delivers. I’m pleased with my filler in the tear troughs and mouth corners.

    I was a new customer, upon arrival the receptionist was so cold and rude. She barely looked at me and just said have a seat someone will be with you. Even colder on the way out very poor attitude. I was given a great consult with a skin care consultant and was given honest information regarding my issues. I did however end up buying skin care products that I really did not want to spend the money on. I would have rather saved that money for a procedure. In the end I did not feel comfortable with the front office staff. And it really was not a free consultation when I ended up spending 160.00 on skin care products.

    Amber did an amazing job with my Deluxe Facial! The next day my skin felt smooth and even. Everyone at work said I was glowing! I had a few breakouts that cleared up almost immediately the next day, and by day 3, my skin was completely clear!

    Dr. Young was easy going, professional and took his time to hear me out and explain all possible options thoroughly. The primary technician they assigned me Jenna is awesome, very skilled and knowledgeable. I am a huge Fan of this center from day one!

    I started my journey with Dr. Young back in January when I went in for my free consultation. The woman I spoke with was extremely knowledgeable and kind with any questions I had, she talked me through the process and told me what I could expect if I chose to move forward. She gave me the pricing and informed on the care credit system they accept. I was so thrilled with the information I was given and how kind and welcoming the office staff was that I called a few weeks later to schedule my appointments. I had two procedures one on my stomach and one on my waist. I'm now one week post-op from my second procedure and I'm seeing results I'm already thrilled with. I was so comfortable during the procedures and they went so smoothly, I constantly left out of the office happy. I'm excited to see what further results these procedures bring and I will absolutely be back for any future procedures I may be interested in, and I'll continue to recommend Dr. Young and his team in the future!

    I was disappointed about the service I received from both the front desk and the woman I did my virtual consultation with. The front desk sent me a link that I never received so I called a few minutes before my appt to get the link. The woman spent more time trying to validate that she sent the link vs just rectifying the situation. I looked through all my inboxes and I just plainly did not have it. The comment that was really frustrating was her saying to me “we send these all the time” while scoffing. Insinuating that I was the one that was the issue vs just solving the issue. I finally had to say “I’m sure you do but I don’t have the link. Can’t you just send me a new one?” Which she then did and I received that one. Then I get to my consultation virtually, about 3 minutes late, and I immediately apologized to the Dr I was meeting with, but she seemed annoyed right away. No greeting and her face like stone. “How can I help you” was her first statement. My issue with her was her overall demeanor with me. She seemed like my questions bothered her and her tone in her responses were like my questions were dumb. I have never done laser treatment and maybe my questions were remedial to her, but how can you treat someone like they’re a bother when you want their business? I even said to her “I’ve never done this type of treatment. That’s why I’m asking these questions.” The call lasted no more than 4-5 minutes. I couldn’t stay on any longer because I was so close to just telling her how rude she was coming off. It’s disappointing because I was really excited about the treatment and ready to book something. I ended the call, picked up the phone and called another laser place. I’ll take my business elsewhere, where I’m treated with respect and like my business is wanted and appreciated.

    Wonderful staff, kind, courteous, helpful, professional. Loved that this was a non-wait experience and having been referred to Judy, I felt she definitely had a depth of experience! So glad to have made the move from my previous corporate spa😊.
