Came in to have a procedure done with gastroenterologist today. The appointment time stated to me was 3:20pm and after sitting and waiting for 30 min I asked to be rescheduled when the secretary shaina now told me my appointment was actually 4:30pm. I know nothing was wrong with my ears the day I booked the appointment and because of my OCD and profession I triple checked with her before getting off the phone, hence why I wrote her name down. The secretary even proceeded to argue with me which is bad customer service and never once apologized. I called and asked my PCP to switch the location of my procedure. Their level of treatment was highly unsatisfactory and I refuse to be booked her again.

I saw Dr Morin and I really enjoyed the visit . She asked me what my concerns were and took notes made sure we covered everything and still looked through my record to check my history all in the small little window they give doctors to see patients. She was kind and very professional . I don’t know how she can do of that plus a full exam all in 30 minutes. There also was no wait really and her medical assistant knew my blood sugar was a little low and got me water and a snack . It’s the little and big things that matter in healthcare but I really appreciate how I was treated. I hope atrius values them and will do things to make it easier for their amazing staff. They are really doing the best they can and I’m grateful !

DO NOT SEE DR. NANCY LOUGHRIDGE!!! I have been a patient of Atrius / Harvard vanguard OBGYN for at least 12 years. And yesterday I had the WORST experience I’ve ever had with Dr. Nancy Loughridge. She was new to me as my doctor left the practice. She walked in the room first starting the conversation with “if you want to see your old doctor you know she’s close by” … if I wanted to leave the practice I will on my terms… then she proceeded to be extremely passive through the entire 10-15 minute conversation I was TRYING to have with her. She literally suggested I look up my disease on WEB MD because “she didn’t have time to cover it with me my last doctor should have” … she then stated I was only allowed a 30 minute appointment… since when is it okay for a doctor to stop you mid convo to tell you your appointment is over basically? Then it came time for my *minor* procedure and the annoyance and lack of gentleness she gave was baffling. I have had horrible experiences with OBGYN in the past. But this takes the cake. I will NEVER recommend Dr. Loughridge to any of my family or friends. I am truly disgusted with this experience. Shame on her for treating patients with such neglect and carelessness.

Communication was terrible with doc Mannie s staff . Mother had severe back pain call to get referral for an MRI for the cortisone shot for her . They never sent request 2. Two times she ended having to get an MRI took 4 more days then 3 more days to get shot . She is 89 years old ...! No excuse for this group .highly do Not recommend this group . They seem to care too much on appts for money over follow up .!!!!

Got new insurance found a doctor here and after a few months have come to the conclusion the main objective of Atrius Health is to make money not care for people Maybe they will help an ailing patient in the process, but the number one Priority is to accumulate as many appointments as many tests and as many pointless visits so the can charge as much money as possible. and at the end do absolutely nothing to help. I'm sure not all the doctors are corrupt but it really feels like they are just money hungry "healthcare" professionals. its business' like this that push people further away from trusting in this scam of a healthcare system

Not even sure how to start so I will start with I have been waiting for over a week to get my medicine refilled and the pharmacy told me I had no refills so they have been calling Kathy Barry’s office to get refills with no returned calls for over a week. I am now completely out of medicine. I called this morning and was told she doesn’t work there anymore. After calling I figured out what the strange letter I received about changing my fake appointment and new appointment with out any info about meeting my new doctor or that my doctor has left. Not sure why they wouldn’t just tell me my doctor left was being changed. I won’t even go into the 2 year wait for a sleep study. Kathy’s lack of professionalism and bed side manner is appalling and the follow through from Harvard Vanguard/Atrius a total disappointment! Up date I called the number and left a voicemail but no one has called back not surprised

I have been a patient of harvard vanguard for over twenty years. Some doctors are better than others But have been with my provider for thirteen years. I receive very compassionate care. I have chronic illness and this is important to have stability And compassion in care. I've also raised three children in their pediatric services.
