Yesterday was our second time at this Dental Practice, and the staff was warm and very welcoming. The male hygienist was professional, kind, and engaging with my child. Completely put their mind at ease and made my child feel comfortable and relaxed. Dr. Brindha is exceptional! She explains things thoroughly and doesn’t rush you if you have a lot of questions. I even called her on a Saturday with a concern, and she not only took the call , but took her time and put my mind at ease! She is proactive about potential dental issues and truly cares about her patients. I highly recommend Towne Square Dental. They, as a whole, are top notch!

My husband has been going here for a couple of years and recommended this place after I had been going to my old dentist for 27 years and he finally passed away. My first conversation on the phone was a pleasure and upon entering, I had a very good vibe and everything was very clean. The dentist was so friendly and explained everything about what I needed to have done. She said she wanted to earn my trust, and the dental hygienist also really went into detail about new procedures and processes that would benefit me. I felt at ease and really look forward to find out what the next visit will be like. (That sounds weird, right!? Who looks forward to the dentist! Ha ha!) So far, I’m very impressed!

I recently went to Towne Square Dental for the first time, and I was very impressed. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The hygienist, Michelle was exceptional! She was very nice, extremely knowledgeable, and she explained everything. Michelle was also very attentive to my needs. Dr. Brinda was also very welcoming and picked up on some things that my previous dentist missed. I highly recommend this dental office.

Great experience! I’m not a fan of dental offices this one was bright and calming! My dental hygienist was super nice, down to earth! Dentist was thorough and knowledgeable and explained things in detail!

Amazing dental office. From the moment you step into the office, the receptionist is so welcoming. You feel like you’ve just come home. The doctors staff is professional and caring. They immediately put you at ease. The doctor is extraordinary, a top shelf practice for sure!

The staff is very friendly and easy to work with. Dr. Is very knowledgeable and gives advice to address your concerns when you ask. The hygienists are also very good at polishing, and gently flossing. I feel very catered-to after my visits there. I’ve been going there for years and the longest I’ve waiting for my appointment is about 3 minutes. I sometimes look forward to sitting down and playing with my phone for a bit, but I don’t here! 😃 Even a year later, experience is still the same. Hygienists and Dr are great and an overall great experience!

Towne Square Dental is amazing! I can’t recommend them enough! I have dental anxiety and had a mouth full of neglected work from my old dentist. When I moved to this area, I was apprehensive about finding someone who could work with my quirks! Dr Brindha was highly recommended by the FB Londonderry folks and they weren’t wrong! The hygienists are super gentle, and Dr Brindha’s compassion and care has been a refreshing and welcome change from the old school dental mentality. She takes her time and ensures you are comfortable and fully numb, unlike many of these “corporate” run offices. You won’t go wrong with this office! So very glad I found her!
