    Food quality is good overall. Service quality could be improved as some minor mistakes or other types of inconvenience could easily be corrected with training drills, increasing customer satisfaction and decreasing their wait while shopping.

    This location SUCKS!! Every time I go in there, even when it isn’t busy, they make my drink after customers in line behind me. The food is stale. All I want is a plain bagel as is and it is as hard as a rock. Take your business elsewhere. It will be worth the drive.

    Service was great. I don't reccomend the blueberry crisp latte. Tasted strange to me Jelly and blueberry donuts were good. A week later: Went there at 8:20pm to get a hot chocolate. The doors were locked and the employee inside shook his head that they were closed. The hours on the door said they close at 9pm. Not the best service

    Waiting at the drive thru menu to order for over 5 minutes and no one answered. So we drove up to the drive thru window and the drive thru personell said they their headset isn’t on, sorry. Then we gave our order and he couldn’t comprehend our order and repeated it 4 times to him. Then another person came over and said they are really busy, that’s why the headset isn’t on. Then we were asked to pull to the side at the second window to wait for our order. Took over 25 minutes in the drive thru line for a coffee and omelet bites!!

    Even though Angel and Chris were busy scrubbing the floor and making the place look spotless before closing, they were attentive enough to know people needed their coffees. Wish I had a staff like that!!!! Thank you so much

    I tried to come in and buy me a lunch. Got behind a guy who seemed to be in line already for a while. Waited for like 5 minutes behind him and no one service the guy. They was only concerned about servicing the drive-thru. As we waited for another 5 minutes for someone to even acknowledge we were there, it never happened. Two customers walked out without ever being greeted or acknowledged after 10 minutes of waiting in line.

    Every Dunks gets a good rating from me. This is a small shop with a small parking lot and drive-thru so at times in the early AM the line will back up onto Belmont St. Avoid the early AM times and you'll be fine. Nice, friendly staff that remember repeat customers like myself.
