I ordered a cold brew and got a burnt tasting regular coffee and It happened multiple times won’t go back

I always come to this one. Usually is good. The last two times my sandwich, the bacon is was so chewy I had to take the bacon off.

I just love this place it's a adrenaline I can't get enough of Dunkin I'm loving it.

Best DD location. The ladies seems so happy and they are so friendly. The service was fast . Loved my coffee … please keep that good energy we need more people like you guys

Do not use their app if you plan on getting food there. If you use it to order ahead to pick up when you get there the staff will not even have looked at the order until after you arrive. "Oh, you are waiting for something?" In fact, you are better off not using the app at all (especially if any promotions are involved i.e. National Coffee Day) or going to the Dunkin Donuts on Center Street.

This place is so slow and the lady let me sit at the speaker for 5 minutes before I said hello. Then she said what I get you? Not hello how may I take your order? 5 minutes waiting at the speaker is ridiculous! Its not like you can just drive around and leave the drive thru either its 1 car space. Even when you go in they are very slow too. Its like they don't care. I work right beside here too and will not go here before or after work. I had time to today that was a mistake. The coffee was gross too.

This place is really bad at customer service ! Three times in a row they got my order wrong . First time I had to drive around ! This is ridiculous! DO BETTER . The drive through service is horrible

Typical drive-thru experience. Ask for ketchup and then you're asked to look in the bag to see if you have any. You don't of course. The window cashier gives you three packets - one for the sandwich and one for the hash browns.
