I'm
writing
to
represent
the
experience
of
someone
who
did
not
have
a
successful
pregnancy/birth
at
this
clinic.
I
think
there
are
many
of
us
who
don't
come
forward
to
post
reviews,
because
it's
challenging
to
summarize
the
experience
in
words.
Here
are
some
things
I
would
have
wanted
to
know
myself
before
starting
at
FS.
If
I
could
do
it
over
again,
I
would
choose
a
different
practice
that
has
a
better
patient
platform
and
more
of
a
holistic/progressive
focus
on
patient
well-being.
Pros:
1.
you
can
communicate
directly
through
the
portal
to
a
doctor
and
get
a
response
the
same
day,
2.
if
you
have
a
more
typical
cause
for
infertility
the
process
is
likely
to
work
for
you.
Cons:
1.
the
online
patient
portal
is
absolutely
awful,
non-intuitive,
and
exacerbates
communication
challenges
(e.g.,
no
"reply"
button
so
you
start
every
message
fresh,
doctors
have
to
check
a
box
to
send
you
a
text
notification
and
sometimes
forget
so
you
don't
know
you
have
a
message
[I
waited
2
weeks
to
see
genetic
results
because
of
this],
2.
you
can't
message
a
doctor
if
they
are
OOO
because
their
name
disappears
from
the
list
--
so
you
have
to
wait
or
message
someone
random,
and
on
and
on),
3.
if
you
have
an
atypical
case
they
are
inflexible
about
considering
supplements
or
other
options
unless
their
is
a
body
of
hard
evidence,
4.
there
is
zero
mention
of
wellness
or
well-being
throughout
the
process
(very
clinical
and
all
about
treating
symptoms),
5.
doctors
did
not
call
me
to
follow-up
after
negative
pregnancy
tests
to
discuss
next
steps
--
I
had
to
drive
the
whole
process
which
makes
you
feel
forgotten
in
the
shuffle,
6.
multiple
times
I
received
the
wrong
medical
instructions
or
no
instructions
at
all.
they
sometimes
give
instructions
verbally
and
other
times
written
-
but
nothing
is
consistent.
it's
very
challenging
when
you
are
trying
to
remember
very
specific
instructions
with
huge
costs
associated.
