I've been a business owner in the fitness industry for over 20 years and ConnectFit is by far the best equipment vendor I've ever worked with (possibly the best vendor period). Their service is unparalleled and Norm and his team are always professional and reponsive. I can't imagine going anywhere else for my equipment needs (and I won't!).

We love our new ECORE flooring! It looks beautiful, is easy to clean, and feels so good on under our feet - no shoes or mats necessary! Clients always comment on the difference between the ECORE and the old rubber rolls. Our neighbors also love it because of the noise reduction. Grateful for the team at Connect Fit for steering our studio in this direction. If I were to build out or renovate another space, I would use Connect Fit and ECORE without question.

My experience with Justin and Norm at ConnectFit was excellent. I remember Norm from his previous business on Needham Street - he is still a great guy! It was time to replace a 20 year old elliptical and both were helpful in guiding me to what I needed today, new technology, and how to get what I needed within the budget I wanted to spend. The follow-up from Justin was attentive and the delivery and set-up top notch. I have no excuses now not to work out everyday!

I received excellent and informative customer service in the showroom from Norm who helped me pick the right piece of equipment that would meet my needs (size of room, medical limitations, exercise goals) within my available budget. There are no slick car salesman-like gimmicks, just someone passionate about their products who want to sell you something you'll be happy with. As a therapist myself, I see BS a mile away and i didn't get any of that at this store. The service delivery was impeccable. The staff were polite, friendly, knowledgeable and careful. They took the time to make sure I was happy with the setup of equipment in my space and willing to take the time to arrange it in different directions to ensure I was happy. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I have never written a Google review before, but I feel compelled to let others know about my experience. I ordered Gym flooring and installation from Connectfit and was given an 8-week ETA from order to install. I finally cancelled my order after 18 (!!) weeks, and a long frustrating email chain with the owner where he repeatedly promised and then reneged on information and dates. I've never felt more neglected and disappointed as a customer of any business than I have been with this experience.
