We just renewed our lease for a third year. Don't listen to the bad reviews. The grounds are clean, very well kept and the maintenance team is always around if you need something. Anytime we've had a minor issue Denise in the office was very friendly and prompt in getting back to us, and a maintenance worker came out that day to handle it. When they ripped up the old parking lot and repaved it a few months back (which most places won't even do), ants naturally came out of the ground and found their way into our surrounding buildings. They immediately sent out an exterminator and took care of the problem. It's also very quiet (we're probably the loudest ones in our building, lol), and the neighbors we have are very friendly. Another reviewer mentioned there not being much in the area... Well, yeah. It's kind of in the middle of no where but the rent is way cheaper than other parts of the state, so you get what you pay for location wise. I'd definitely recommend renting here, especially to fellow 20 and 30 somethings trying to get ahead. I mean, heat and hot water are included in the rent... Yay!

The office staff is trash. The place is noisy and mold is everywhere. you can hear every neighbor. Between maintenance and the office it took an hour to have someone let me into my apartment in the freezing cold. #SLUMLORDS this place was great when it was owned by the previous group...this.one is just out to milk you for money

Someone I know has not had heat fir several days the past week and today . Some days , no hot water and difficult to get management ! Totally unacceptable! In my option endangering the life of children and elderly. To add to this the paint is parking off the walls and they wanted to just paint over the “spots”, no scraping, just cover up. It took them over 2 weeks to put a lightbulb in the hallway. Her bathroom is 3 different colors, pink👏, bule and multi. Where is management?

Our maintenance team Mike and Jeff and Sal are very efficient and always tries to address any issue we have asap. With respect and kindness . we have been here 17 years and absolutely love it office worker Denise does her job well and listens to whatever we need and is very respectful and understanding! We wouldn’t want to live anyway else our needs are always met . Grounds always well taken care even in the winter 👍🏻 again a job well done on my leaky faucet quick response by Jeff 💯 11/1/22👍🏻

I went to see the apartment February 21st. False advertisement the place is nothing to the pictures provided and, the woman Denise was not kind at all. The rent was supposed to have been $1.375. I was told that the rent was $1,390. Nothing was close by for the laundry and just horrible. The kind person was Joanne that was it.

I have lived here since April 2023, and I must say my experience is nothing but positive! It is extremely quiet here, and very relaxing. I love my place and enjoy spending time on my balcony, with lots of sunlight throughout the day. My apartment is my own little sanctuary, my safety net. Whenever there is a problem at the complex it is dealt with immediately, with the office staff and maintenance tending to it right away. They are all very friendly, and therefore I have no complaints here whatsoever!

The whole staff is very professional and the repair staff is good at there job and very friendly.

This complex is great. Whenever I have an issue which is rarely the office and crew are Johnny on the spot. I have been here 4 years and I am extremely satisfied.. Kudos to all. Larry
