I don't understand all the negative reviews here on google? I know you cannot make everyone happy, but some of these reviews do not reflect my dealings with Roy's company. Gave them my 2004 Saber Cat 500 on consignment and they were 100% upfront, informative, and honest. Assisted me with having the right selling price and even worked a trade deal to make my sale happen at a price I wanted. Don't know how much better or easier you can ask for. The leg work they have to do on their end to make a deal like that happen is going above and beyond in my book. 5 Start PLUS is well deserved. Thank you Roy and crew!

They don't reply to any phone calls, or emails. I was interested in purchasing a dirt bike from them a month ago but they don't have the time to reply to potential customers. After seeing all the other poor reviews and foolish replies from the business i can now say that I'm glad they never replied to me as i know i would've made a mistake

Seems like a good spot for parts. Not much used inventory but lots of new. Mostly dirt bikes... Polaris... couple scooters.. few quads. .. see pics

Drove a long ways to pick up a Sea Doo. Was told the engine had been tested and had good compression etc. Literally put about 3 hours on it and the motor seized. No help from the dealer and they had to have known it had an issue. Local authorized dealer stated it had been sunk previously. After another additional $4500 it was back in the water. Reviews speak volumes about this place I would avoid it at all costs. If zero stars was an option I would be clicking that.

Tough business to be in, consignment and selling used things often leads to animosity as can be seen by some reviews. However from everything I have seen and all the times I’ve been in the store both Roy’s appear to be honest hard working guys. I haven’t been able to make it in time for close a number of times and they’ll leave stuff outside for me, special order some stuff. Nice people to deal with.

Twice I done business with Roy both times he's been honest I got a sled from him yesterday he showed me every imperfection on it he knows I like perfect sleds if you looking for a sled he's the guy if your gonna use a dealer

I recently purchased an atv from these guys and couldn't be happier. It was all they claimed it to be, extremely clean and no surprises. They even called a week later to inform me that they found the original owners manual and were more than happy to mail it out to me as I live an hour and a half away. Not sure what all the negative reviews are about, every conversation with these guys were very clear and informative. Thanks again!
