This place is in a great location. Walking distance to restaurants and the transportation center which has a bus that takes you to the mansions and the Cliff Walk. Only about 12 minutes from Fort Adam's. The rooms are dated and definitely need a refresh. Our room had cracked tile and very old appliances. I would go there again though.

Always great service. Love the location. Rooms are always clean and kitchen supplies are good quality.

This was beyond our expectations. Everything was open, there's water in all directions, and the weather was beautiful. There are many coffee shops, shopping, and things to do.

Great stay, helpful staff. Pool deck could use some attention, loose stones. Would stay again, great location.

One of our favorite place to stay when we visit Newport. The timeshare is well equipped and very nice location.

Pretty good, the receptionist talked trash about me to my husband not knowing it was my husband, kinda unprofessional. Had a few ants and spider in the room during winter but overall clean. Activities were great and that staff was very friendly

Beautiful hotel in the perfect Newport location. Close to the waterfront but tucked away enough to be quite. Rooms were clean, much bigger than what I had expected, 2 full bathrooms, 2 bedrooms with plenty of area for a family. The check in was quick and easy, staff was friendly, pool and hot tubs clean and operational. We lucked out in going off season but will happily go again!

Very clean hotel and great customer service. I was able to text the front desk several times and received prompt communication. They offer a few different activities for families ( 2 movies a day in their theatre room, pool, craft area, and mini game room). My biggest complaint would be that the floors in the pool area are so rough and rocky to walk on barefooted. So we didn’t use the pool as much as I would have liked. Overall, great hotel and great stay.

The hvac was not working and we had 2 room AC units that vented out the windows. It worked but was not ideal. The views from the room were of a parking lot. When you are on vacation you want views of the water. Parking is limited and the parking spaces were extremely tight. If you are traveling to this area take a very small car as this seemed to be the trend.

Family had a great time here and we returned for a second visit. Nice timeshare, clean, different options for kids to stay engaged. Pools, hot tubs, sauna all very nice. This is a 4 star hotel, given the prices versus staying in a hotel this is a great option for families. 3BR unit had a washer dryer in our room, 4 tvs, kitchen had all the utensils, nice sheets and towels, clean bathroom. Very nice short walk to downtown.

We stayed at Club Wyndham Long Warf for our annual Christmas trip to Newport. Our two-bedroom suite had over 900 sqft. There was plenty of space for our family of four. The unit had a fully stocked kitchen which was a nice surprise. Although the weather didn't cooperate, we thoroughly enjoyed the indoor/outdoor pool, hot tubs, and lounge with the fireplace. We will definitely be back!

LOCATION - 5 Star - a couple features were insulting. We had an excellent view in a one-bedroom at the building adjacent to the large hotel. I say 3 star because of the internet and TV set up compared to what we are used to having. Most aggravating was that their internet Network was rejected by our security system because it was not certified. I spent hours trying to figure out how to circumvent this blocking, and had to reset it everyday. Maybe ordinary Security system would not be so picky, but we have a rather strong one. Just as poor, was that the handful of "live TV" choices was pitiful, and anything else, had to be accessed though Chromecast. First of all, you have to go to a Playstore and download the app, which we did from three different offerings trying to find one with the free Basic choice, using the same icon as what was on the TV screen in the room. I finally called the front desk and was told that was not available any longer, and we would have to pay, not Windham, but a third party, meaning we had to sign up for a monthly charge for an app we wouldn't be using again. Again, there are probably enough people who live on apps that this doens't matter. Of more minor irrataion was the tiny kiitchen a bar sink so small you that you had a water mess. Not sure if we would go there again despite the excellent location.

Beautiful location that's right on the water. The room was nice! My only issue was the kitchen sink was super tiny and difficult to use. Other than that we had a great time and loved the room.

A nice getaway from reality. Perfectly located. Low tide is only issue with smell but expected when so close to the water

We had a reservation along with 5 email confirmations (the most current coming the day before check-in). We arrived at the property at 4:45PM on 9/29/22 for a 4:00PM checkin only to be told by Helena (the manager) that the reservation had been cancelled. We were NOT notified and there was really no other explanation other than they canceled it 9-10 days prior with the "owner" Again we were not notified and were turned away. She said there were no other vacancies at any of their properties, so she could do NOTHING to help us. We had nowhere to go, as Newport was super busy that Weekend. Helena was not accommodating at all and almost seemed as if she enjoyed the power of putting us in a situation where we had no place to spend the 4 days. We did end up eventually finding a place a day later, however we had no place to spend the first night. Shame on you Wyndham Club!

First let me say I have no idea how this place gets such a high rating and I hate that we based our reservations on such scores. The only thing it really has going for it is location, although don’t expect a great view. It’s more of a harbor peak. But you can easily walk around downtown from this location which is it’s only saving grace. At check in we were excited because the area looked renovated and up to date. That is where the excitement ended. There is no concierge, so no one could answer any of our questions about places to go, events or ANYTHING. Not even a map of the area! We were pointed in the direction of the city visitor services which is about a block walk away - and since it closes at 5:00 we had to scurry there (in the rain) to catch them before closing. Thank goodness they had a city map which was invaluable for the week. Our accommodations (2 br) looked like they were furnished with used mis-matched tired flea market finds. It’s a shame because our living room was the largest we have ever had at Wyndham (we’ve been with them since the 90s) so they really missed out on what could have been a fabulous room. We had requested a room with a washer/dryer (not all rooms have them) because we were traveling the week before and after. Well the washer was broken so it wasn’t much help. At least the mattress was comfortable so they get a star but be sure to take slippers for walking around because our feet stuck to the tile floor as we walked around the unit each day. 🤢 And lastly, they decorated the hallway in our building with bales of hay for the fall. While cute, it made the hallway smell barnish (thanks from those of us with allergies or asthma) and don’t get me started about how hay bales can spontaneously combust and catch on fire. Fire hazard. 🤦🏼‍♀️ Now I expect the pre-canned version of Wyndham’s response. 🙄 Just clean this place up!

The location could not be better. Decent rooms. One of the pools needed cleaning bit thenother was really nice. Only 1ncar per 2 bedrooms so prepare. Our room had lovely views of the harbor.

I just checked into Long Wharf Resort at 5 Washington Street and I was so impressed by the ease of the check-in. Emily was professional, friendly and efficient. The grounds and unit are clean and the staff is warm and friend. I've been coming to Long Wharf for over 20 years and I continue to be amazed. The availability of the staff, especially Lauren keep me coming back. If you have never stayed here I highly recommend you try it. Patricia Diniz

The kitchen is tiny. Very limited pots and no counter space. The bedrooms and bathrooms are fine. It has a nice grilling area with several grills. There are 2 pools and 2 hot tubs. Best feature is proximity to wharf, historic district and restaurants/shopping.
