First
let
me
say
I
have
no
idea
how
this
place
gets
such
a
high
rating
and
I
hate
that
we
based
our
reservations
on
such
scores.
The
only
thing
it
really
has
going
for
it
is
location,
although
don’t
expect
a
great
view.
It’s
more
of
a
harbor
peak.But
you
can
easily
walk
around
downtown
from
this
location
which
is
it’s
only
saving
grace.
At
check
in
we
were
excited
because
the
area
looked
renovated
and
up
to
date.
That
is
where
the
excitement
ended.
There
is
no
concierge,
so
no
one
could
answer
any
of
our
questions
about
places
to
go,
events
or
ANYTHING.
Not
even
a
map
of
the
area!
We
were
pointed
in
the
direction
of
the
city
visitor
services
which
is
about
a
block
walk
away
-
and
since
it
closes
at
5:00
we
had
to
scurry
there
(in
the
rain)
to
catch
them
before
closing.
Thank
goodness
they
had
a
city
map
which
was
invaluable
for
the
week.
Our
accommodations
(2
br)
looked
like
they
were
furnished
with
used
mis-matched
tired
flea
market
finds.
It’s
a
shame
because
our
living
room
was
the
largest
we
have
ever
had
at
Wyndham
(we’ve
been
with
them
since
the
90s)
so
they
really
missed
out
on
what
could
have
been
a
fabulous
room.
We
had
requested
a
room
with
a
washer/dryer
(not
all
rooms
have
them)
because
we
were
traveling
the
week
before
and
after.
Well
the
washer
was
broken
so
it
wasn’t
much
help.
At
least
the
mattress
was
comfortable
so
they
get
a
star
but
be
sure
to
take
slippers
for
walking
around
because
our
feet
stuck
to
the
tile
floor
as
we
walked
around
the
unit
each
day.
🤢
And
lastly,
they
decorated
the
hallway
in
our
building
with
bales
of
hay
for
the
fall.
While
cute,
it
made
the
hallway
smell
barnish
(thanks
from
those
of
us
with
allergies
or
asthma)
and
don’t
get
me
started
about
how
hay
bales
can
spontaneously
combust
and
catch
on
fire.
Fire
hazard.
🤦🏼♀️
Now
I
expect
the
pre-canned
version
of
Wyndham’s
response.
🙄
Just
clean
this
place
up!
