I have been buying takeout for the past two years, and until recently I have been more than satisfied with the food and service to order 2 to 3 times a month. Both the service and the food quality of the takeout was very good, but it has greatly declined in the past two months. Service: Sitting at the sign saying “Stay here and we will bring it out to you.” After 15 minutes at the curb and ten minutes past the 'Ready by time" I went inside and interrupted the three employees having a good time telling jokes. I ask if my food is ready, they ask my name, and say sure, it's been here a bit. So yah, annoying. Then it happened again. I gave it one more chance and parked in the pickup spot in plain sight of the employees in the front. I went in as soon as the expected time arrived, asked if it was ready and sure, right here. I asked why they did not bring it out to the car waiting right in front of their door and in their pickup area, they kind of shrugged and said they did not know I was there for a pickup. I asked for the manager who came out, heard my complaint and started making excuses. New employees, new system. They didn't check the cars in their pickup area because sometimes people from the mall park there. It almost felt like a script so I am going to bet I am not the first to complain. Food: I got home, opened the food, opened the garlic spinach container and it had maybe one full scoop of the appetizer. Barely 3 bites of cold leaves. (And I live close and the car was quite warm.) Hopefully this review gets back to the management at this restaurant and they will work to improve the current poor food and service for takeout. Anyhow, 3 strikes and their out. Hopefully this poor service is short lived, and I will order again in a few months with fingers crossed they are back to the decent level of food I enjoyed in the past.

This was the first time I’ve ever been here. Matter of fact, this is the first time I ate out for Italian food (other than pizza haha), and let me tell you, this place should be everyone’s first! My table did the family dinner, meant for four. The four of us couldn’t finish everything and got to take the leftovers home with heating instructions. The best thing here for me was the artichoke dip with bread and the alfredo fettuccine pasta. The wait for some of our meals was a little long and they ran out of calamari, but they were busy so it was understandable. The ambiance is also pretty great!

We love this place, especially at Christmas time! Perfect decorations! Perfect old fashioned Christmas music! My husband and son both got steaks, perfection! I got mushroom ravioli, fabulous! Love! Love! Love!

This place was AMAZING! My wife and I initially intended to go elsewhere but left after terrible atmosphere and a grotesque smell. So we found this place and had zero wait when we walked in. It was a Thursday night and the restaurant was semi-busy. Our server, Sarah, immediately approached us after being seated and got our drink orders. She was down to earth, funny and not pushy at all. We started with the meatballs and zucchini fritta. Uhmmm can you say HUGE!!! We then got our entrees, chicken parm and a chicken dish with manicotti. Both HUGE and amazing. We also had desserts could barely touch them. At one point, one of the managers, Mr. T, stopped by. He was super nice and easy to talk to. We left with 5 to go boxes from how much food we had left! This place is amazing and I’ll happily come back when we are back in town.

OMG We were blown away! Amazing service and taste! Ordered the appetizer sampler and wow! Perfect We were so full, I had asked if I could delete my soup. Sous chef Corey came out personally with my soup packed to go at no charge and to chat with us. I ordered the Parmesan cod and hubby got the lemon francese. Both were cooked perfect! Tom and Jose rocked the service for our table. Attentive, smiling and great! Manager Ryan came out to talk to us and was very nice as he and hubby talked chef training and other cooking skills! Ryan sent over a dessert sampler! Again WOW! AMAZING! I’d give 10 stars for service and food if possible! Will 💯 return when in the area and recommend to our friends!

Friday night, thus waiting was around 45 minutes. Server was doing his best but was very busy and overwhelmed. Food was tasty as always with consistent taste. Not sure if this is the only branch serving sour dough breads, but I've never found others (2 that I visited) serving them on house

Went here for an event of 15+ people. The room was reserved, its outside of the main seating so nice and private. 4 courses that was served to the table. Delicious food. Can't split checks but roughly around $35 per food. I love the chicken parm.

One of the worst Mother's Day dinners ever! Ruined my Mother’s Day with my family! Drove 1 hour and half to this location. The prix-fixe menu was a terrible idea. There were four of us for dinner. The salad serving was for one person. All of the food came out dry and at room temperature. Our waiter was nonexistent. We had to ask for refills. I ordered a cappuccino that never came. The bill was $280. I felt robbed! Never again. Such a horrible experience. This Maggiano’s location needs work! Oh and the drinks had little to no alcohol. I ordered a Cosmo that tasted like medicinal fruit juice.

The experience was really awesome. We started with a Caesar salad and a Maggiano’s salad; both salads were tasty and delightful. We ordered spaghetti and meatballs and fettuccine, which were delicious. We finished with the decadent Cheesecake for dessert. It’s plenty for two! But what I really want to commend is the service. It began with the host, greeting us with an enormous smile and lots of friendliness. It continued with our waiter, taking our orders very promptly. Finally, the manager was just awesome; she checked on us a few times to make sure that our food was good and that we were satisfied. I definitely recommend this Maggiano’s and I am sure that we will be repeat customers.

Our family decided to break tradition and go out for thanksgiving this year. We usually love Maggianos so we figured this was the place to go. My son is 11 and has Tourette’s so sometimes he can be a little rude without meaning to. He loves the bread and olive oil here, so he immediately asked the waitress for it and she rudely said to him “ You’re missing a word, how do you ask ?” It’s not her place to correct my son! I said “Can you please get him some bread” . She was very rude, however we did notice how attentive she was to a party of 2 across from our table. During the course of the meal, we didn’t get our drinks refilled properly, She was rude. Her name was Karen, and she was rude the entire time to our party of 12. We didn’t get gravy or cranberry sauce served to our end of the table, because she barley checked on us. When we asked for more ham at our end of the table she said the other end has some, so she didn’t bring is anymore. When dessert came, our end of the table didn’t get cheesecake. When we asked her to bring 2 more apple desserts, one for each end of the table, she rudely says she doesn’t control how much food comes out . So our party of 12 had to share 1 plate of cheesecake and 2 apple tarts. When we got the bill , we gave her 4 cards and we wrote on the receipt how many people per card by last 4 digits to charge. She left with an attitude. When she brought check back, she made sure to let us know that A tip was not included and the proper way to tip was on receipt. Our family decided to never do a holiday here again. We have been here several times including renting out the banquet room, and have never had bad food or service.. usually the food is on point and we don’t have to ask for more and service is excellent. This was a big fail for a holiday . If Karen was unhappy working a holiday, then she needs to not take her anger out on her customers, and Karen needs a refresher course in customer service. We won’t be coming back for quite a while.

Our family of 6 dines out every Saturday night. It is hard to find good, quality waiters and waitresses. However, this past Saturday we had the pleasure of having Ian as our server. He was FANTASTIC!! Very polite, always had a fresh drink ready before we had to ask, brought the dessert menu before we had to ask, brought more bread before we had to ask, and most importantly, got our specific order correct the first time around. It was amazing! If I’m taking the time to write a review, he MUST be stellar, and Ian was!! Thank you to the kitchen staff for making great food too!! On a different note, it was cold in the restaurant, due to the door. We love coming here, we’ll definitely be back!

The service was the star here. The server was fast and efficient. She got everything correct. The food was not very good. I ordered garlic bread and whole wheat pasta with meatballs. The marinara sauce is overly sweet and the garlic bread had a bad after taste. The meatballs were ok. My husband got chicken Marsala and said it was ok but didn’t have enough sauce. I wouldn’t return here again. It cost over $86.00 for two people with tip.

Maggiano's is a good Italian chain restaurant. They are willing to customize dishes to your liking. I went with a large party, which the restaurant was not staffed to handle on a Saturday night. Our server was split between two large parties and several smaller tables. He was kind, helpful, and accommodating. Unfortunately, the service was very slow due to the amount of diners our server was assigned. Just know that if you go on a Saturday night or have a large party, the food will be good and you will be there for a while.

For a chain restaurant Maggiano’s was a pleasantly good dinner out that satisfied the Italian craving. The staff and environment really do a great job making this place the positive experience that it is. Everyone is hard working and ready to handle a crowd while also being very personable to our dining experience. It’s great to see a place like this showcasing how much it takes their business seriously. The staff gave us a goodie bag at the end of our meal for being first timers and we now know we have another solid Italian option close by. The food was good, not great as it’s more chain style in taste but overall it was a positive experience.

The bartender could have given us better service. We had to keep looking for him to get things which I do not prefer to do. The food was delicious.

Hands down the best meal my family and I have had out at a restaurant in a long time. Delicious food and huge portions! The server was phenomenal and very knowledgeable of the menu. When she became aware one of our diners had food allergies she made sure the Chef came out, and he helped our family member customize and select a dish she could safely eat. The restaurant was clean and beautiful decorated for the holiday season too

My family came in with a large group (18 people) to celebrate Father’s Day and it couldn’t have been a better experience. The servers were so polite and attentive, the food was delicious, portions were huge- we did family style and there was more than enough for everyone and a ton of leftovers. You never know how dining with a large group and several kids will go, but at Maggiano’s it was an awesome experience. We will no doubt be back!

My son a friend and I went to Maggiano's in Annapolis. There was no long wait. I had called ahead. We arrived about 30 minutes early. There was no problem. The staff were so kindhearted. The food was great, we had a great time.I look forward to going again soon.

Maggianos is always consistent good food. I had the egplan parm with chicken parm on top. Kat was our server she was great. Courteous, friendly and personable. I'd give Maggianos 4.5 stars Google won't let me do half stars.
