I've been looking for a good doctor for a yr. The last 3 doctors were rude. I was in the office for less than 5 min and nothing was discussed. Then I found Dr. Risk. She spent the time with me. We discussed all my medical issues and she even waited and looked at all my records from my past doctors. It's nice to know there are doctors out there that actually there for patients and have compassion. Everyone that works there are very kind. Finally my quality of life has improved. Thank you to Dr. Risk and her entire staff!

They can’t even manage to send a prescription to the pharmacy correctly. There have been a couple 3 week periods where I have gone without my medicine, I’m not trying to go for a 3rd. The receptionists are just rude and don’t have basic patience when you’re trying to schedule an appointment and your looking at your phone calendar they blow a fuse over the phone like your a computer that’s automatically supposed to know what your doing exactly 30 days from your appointment.

front end staff was horrible. the lady was rude. then she forced me to put on a mask and i was 100% fine. she said if i dont no treated BUT all the employees walking around didnt have any on... i then said "what about those workers and she said she's been around them for months and they are fine!"

I have a wonderful experience every time. The doctors are kind, they hear you out, and they always want to provide you with the best care. The staff is also pleasant to be around. I have doctors offices near where I am but I’d prefer to take the longer drive to make it here. Also there is little to no wait time most of the time. In and out, all questions answered, and more.

The worst provider I have ever seen, Was weighed will shoes, coat and bag in my hands then was told to lose weight, and work out more tried to explain I lift weights and was told that is not an excuse. Doesn't listen to anything you say and was ignorant when asking me questions about my medical history. She made me so mad that my blood pressure went up and then I was told that I had to come back for a follow up for that and then she made nasty comments to me on my way out in the hall way. Will not return there.

I just became a patient at Tristan medical, I am extremely extremely happy that I made the switch from my old provider to Tristan medical. The provider I saw is Tracy Costa. She is absolutely amazing personable, listens to what you’re saying and repeat it back to you to make sure she’s understanding you. Let you know you’re not alone in anything that’s going on with you medically or mentally. She is very understanding. I absolutely 100% recommend Tristan medical as a primary care office. Prior to coming to Tristan medical I had been getting the runaround for almost a year with my prior primary care office. I had a baby January 2022. My doctor left very shortly after and since then the Doctor Who took over each time didn’t have openings because either day brought their own patients. Or they didn’t have something until a few months in. I would make those appointments and they would cancel on me. It’s was stressful.

First appointment with Traci Costa. She was amazing and personable. I’m looking forward to seeing her as my new NP. All staff was so nice.

All staff are extremely professional and friendly. The follow thru to concerns is incredible. Would highly recommend this office and staff.

I was in a lot of pain and treated very well today. Very grateful for direction for after care as well as how treatment was prescribed today. Top notch

I showed up to the urgent care with my 13 year old and we were turned away as the person running the front desk said they only take patients 14 and older. I checked the website before going and once I got home, it states they serve patients 12 and older. So I feel like they just didn't want to see my daughter and we had to drive another 25 minutes out to a different urgent care. Pretty upsetting to say the least!

I’ve been seeing Tracie for a couple months now & she’s great! Takes her time talking to you & really seems to care. All the medical assistants are also amazing and so friendly and nice

Dr. Costa is amazing! Tracie is hands-down one of the best medical doctors I have seen. Her demeanor and bed-side manner is calm, positive, thorough, attentive, flexible, and personal. She takes her time to listen to you and never makes you feel rushed. It’s a wonderful thing to have a doctor who cares about your well-being.

The staff was great! They helped me painlessly figure out an issue with my insurance, I got in without waiting too long, my NP Ulema was absolutely fantastic, the person who drew my blood made it quick and painless, and everyone was absolutely kind. What a wonderful place!

My visit was for a follow up from the time I checked in was a great experience. I was treated with respect. I’m happy at the Tristen medical Center. I use to go to the one in Raynham. They where rude over there. Tracy is awesome and her medical assistant very sweet. I hope that this one doesn’t close.

I had an awesome experience. It was my first time there and they were so punctual and courteous! I actually remember their names, thank you Michelle, Xiomara and Ulema Felix for making it a pleasurable experience !!

I arrived to urgent care without an appointment, staff was unexpectedly under staffed. They were polite , courteous and efficient. I was able to see a Dr and get needed meds . Would recommend

Been going here for 6+ yrs and have never had issues with any of the staff Dennis Loura is great along with Dr Risk who I used to see. My only issue is billing I pay out of pocket and sometimes I think the pull numbers out of the air

I suffer from chronic back pain due to a disc issue. I had a flare up and when I called to get appointment, I was given an appointment the next day. I was seen for my pain and treated quickly and with kindness.

As always I was treated as a VIP at Tristan Medical. The front desk staff are terrific and I never have a long wait to see the NP. I highly recommend this Medical group!

Well I met the new nurse practitioner and she seems nice I can't pronounce her name it begins with a u but she very nice and very professional seems like she knows what she's talking about which is good because I've been going there for 10 years and I don't want to have to find anywhere else I'd rather continue There so her presence is important as my Prime Mary provider it's important to me that I like her and she does a good job and I think she's going to do just fine she's very nice and professional and so is the whole staff there that's why I love the place everybody is awesome over there the girls at the front desk they crack me up they're very funny I can't wait till my next visit who says that for a doctor visit LOL keep up the good work dang

Staff is friendly and attentive. Ulema Felix is wonderful, with an excellent manner in how she treats her patients.

Ulima Felix, N.P. is so professional and compassionate! She should teach her perfect bedside manner to doctors and nurses! A Healthcare Professional that actually listens, supports and comforts. She balances on a mutual respect, not better than, more like when a doctor was a trusted and learnerd friend.

All of the staff are incredibly pleasant, kind and professional every time I go there. Dr. Ulema is superb and the “BEST Doctor “ I've ever had. She listenes, she is highly knowledgeable professional, ready to listening and open to discuss options without imposing her own views and opinions. She not only an excellent professional she is a great human.

I went in for a 10:30 appointment and was taken in with no wait. The receptionist took care of check in right away. The nurse I saw was OUTSTANDING. Terri Sullivan was amazing as well. I went into my appointment with some serious health concerns. They ran some tests and bloodwork to make sure everything was ok. The referral department is referring me to a specialist that accepts my insurance. Which makes it way easier then trying to find one that accepts my insurance. I didn’t feel rushed during my appointment at all. Terri and her nurse/ assistant we’re very caring and understanding. Overall 12/10. I will never go any where else!

Having been injured at work, I immediately contacted Tristan Medical. They were very accommodating and gave me an appointment the very next morning. All the staff was and continues to be, very helpful during this healing process. I would definitely recommend Terri Sullivan, NP and her staff at Tristan Medical.

My first time there at the Brockton facility and I really liked my NP; Tracie Costa. I think I finally found someone I can develop a healthcare relationship with that isn’t condescending or seemingly uninterested. The staff at Norton did not impress me (other than Terry Sullivan). I do believe I have found my ‘go to’ medical professional. Tracie was awesome! I will recommend her to others.

I was originally scheduled for a Friday and we got a snow storm that made them close the Norton facility and I really needed the physical done. So they booked me for the next day on Saturday up in Brockton/Easton area and everything went great. I was even lucky enough to have gotten the same nurse that I was scheduled with in Norton. Great place and fantastic people at both Norton and Brockton/Easton. Especially if u need a Saturday to go for a physical.

I’m a new patient and my experience was a 10/10 all around. I was able to get an appointment on the same day and every staff member was great and welcoming. Great Front desk staff and nurses

Tracy Costa and her medical assistant are totally and truly the most amazing Healthcare professionals I have ever been to . they take their time with you they are comforting they know exactly what they are talking about they are so extremely thorough kind and they make you feel so easy and comfortable I wouldn't go to any other doctor I just think she is truly amazing Tracy Costa and her assistant

This was my 1st visit with Tracy, and I felt like I have been. Going to her forver. She's very nice and truly listens to what I have to say. Glad I switched! Staff was very Friendly also which is a plus.

I actually see Dr Rizk for pain management. I am extremely thankful for Dr Risk and her MA. They are both pleasant and caring. I had an appointment 4.28.22 but got a flat on the way there so I was late, I called and they were able to fit me in a little later that same day. This was very important to me as I had torn a tendon in my hip and needed to discuss treatment with the Dr. It was also necessary because I get Thursday and Sunday off but obviously can't get anything done Sundays. My Thursdays are completely filled with the multiple Dr's appointments so if I missed the appointment I would have to wait another week week which as I said is difficult because I had other appointments. As I said they fit me in later that day
