Called and left on hold for five minutes and it hung up. Tried again while driving to the shop and didn’t pick up and as I walked into the shop when I asked why they hung up on me or didn’t answer I was told they were busy and I should order online anyways. I filed an online complaint a week ago and still have not heard anything a week later. It’s obvious why this chain has gone down the tubes and is not relevant anymore locally. Customer on phone is just as important as the physical customer and what a great way to lose business

They’re amazing! They always accommodate my meals and special requests :) I have a dog who loves the chicken, lol. I always get a pound on the side, and they place it in a small container for her. Side note: I’m very picky and observant when it comes to eating at franchises. This the place is very clean and the customer service ROCKS! I’m always greeted with a smile and feel welcomed! I haven't had a sub from here in 8 years. It was a nice way to enjoy an area I used to call home. The staff was friendly and that jumbo sub snapped!! I'm a sleep excellent tonight

Was delicious got the Korean BBQ steak and cheese// my man got the pepper jack steak n cheese or something mine was amazing & cooked great by the 3 ladies that worked today.

This was very delicious, this place currently has some of the best staff members ive seen, there very informative, understanding, and quick but efficient there job. Definitely stop by on your way through. I had stopped by to grab a thanksgiving sub, because I actually missed out on a traditional Thanksgiving with my family sadly 😢 but I remember they made it. THEY CAME TO IN WITH A DELICIOUS SUB OPTION PERFECT FOR THE TIME😄.

I tried placing an order online. Showed up to pick up and couldn't figure out how I needed up my now missing order. The crew worked with me to figure it out and promptly started my now pace order immediately and with smiles on their faces. Thank you for your wonderful crew!!!!

I can't thank the team at D'Angelos enough for their fantastic catering service! We recently ordered over thirty sandwiches for a business lunch, and everything was perfect. The ordering process was easy and efficient, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The sandwiches themselves were delicious, and everyone in our office raved about them. Overall, we had an excellent experience with D'Angelos and would highly recommend them for any catering needs.

All of the staff were so friendly during my visit, but Melony and Jamie go above and beyond! Restaurants need more friendly, hardworking staff like them! :)

I called the Brockton Store on Pleasant St, Gail the manger answered the phone and she was very helpful in helping place my order over that I was having trouble doing online. When I went to pickup my order, it was nice to walk into a clean restaurant and be greeted not only by Gail but also by the other workers. Everyone had a smile and very eager to help. Thanks for the great EXPERIENCE.

I’ve been to a few different locations but this one is by far the most well kept, efficient and customer service oriented. The manager Eric is a great part of the their team. I’d definitely come back.

I used to love it ! Pleasant street has really put a bad taste in my mouth , this new delivery system is a screw up . 3rd time placing an order nd I haven't received it . Mind you I'm pregnant you can see how frustrating waiting 2 hours for food would be ! Also who ever is answering the phone doesn't seem to sound like they are very happy to be working for the company .

They make a great steak sandwich. To bad they closed some locations. Someone needs to buy the company and revamp the place. Good workers work there

ordered about 40 dollars of food and there wasn't the main ingredients of the menu items like chicken. it seemed like they were low on chicken and instead of calling me to change my order they just made it bare and threw it in a bag and got a 1 star review
