UPDATE: 2 YEARS LATER: This Biggby needs to shape the hell up. The service has gotten slow, sometimes taking 40 minutes in the drive-thru. Inside isn't better. There is one worker with olive skin and black hair who is always giving 200% effort to keep up with orders. She deserves a raise and a promotion. The last time I got food here, one of the bagels was so burnt, it was CHARRED AND BLACK. The other 3 were slightly burnt, and all 4 had almost no cream cheese on them (see photo). The baristas are always friendly and pleasant, and my order is always tasty!

We got the iced pumpkin spice latte with whipped cream and Caramel apple cider!! Any drink you get from this location will be delicious and employees do a great job making it expect a long line though but worth it!

Favorite coffee joint!! The iced butter bear is amazing along with the strawberry mocktail! Friendly staff ❤️

Never had a product issue but… the waits are insane. During the week in the morning you can easily spend over 30 minutes (and I have) in line with just five cars in front of you. Today 4/23/22 I watched four cars pull off and leave before ordering, that was out of 10 cars total in line since I pulled in. The proprietor/owner of this location should hire one more person in the mornings to assist the two (yes two) employees that are scheduled to work every morning. You are losing 40% of your morning sales by cheaping out in employee head count during your busiest period of the day.

First time? Amazing. The drinks were on point. I went back a few days later and threw out the exact same drink after two sips. Some of the staff definitely needs to be retrained.

It was my first time at this location, (been to many, I worked for the company for 2 years) I asked for a vanilla tea latte, we even verified at the window “vanilla tea latte” -which should just be the tea bag and milk, and I got a vanilla bean latte. I don’t/can’t drink coffee and was looking forward to a warm tea latte for a sore throat. It was free and they were closing in 45 mins so I didn’t bother going back. But I won’t go here again, something so simple couldn’t be done.

The worst Coffee shop I ever be to. Races. And Poor customer service. The cashier Give me the wrong drink 3 time and got upset with me and told me that she can not replace my drink for the third time that she mess up. I ask to speak to the manager. The manager was rude and did not care to hear what I had to say about my order. I would not come back here ever again.

I normally come here with no issues. Today I came and they give me the completely wrong drink, and the employees were so rude even though I always tip them. I come inside to order another drink and the b-tch inside has such an attitude. I’m never coming back here after today, this drink they gave me is disgusting and full of coffee grounds. Thanks for ruining my day bigby. I want my money back.

Man it’s a shame I see so many bad reviews. I go here multiple times a week and never have a bad experience(knock on wood). The staff is good. A couple of times my order was off but they fixed it with no issue. Drinks are little more expensive but wayyyy better than Starbucks or Panera down the street.

Always takes 20 minutes plus no matter what you order or how long the drive thru line is. Just sat 30 minutes at the window AFTER paying for a bagel and a freeze. Sandwich was burnt on outside cold on inside. Blows my mind for how ridiculously priced everything is. Don't have these issues at other locations.

Although service has slowed significantly, I gave 5 stars because of Shannon. She's the "Flo" (from Progressive) of Biggby. She remembers everyone's names & fav menu items. When she's there, service is the best & fastest. She also shares a bday w my child. Give this woman a raise!

Slow as hell store! Feel free to wait 20 minutes for your baby bear brother mocha or whatever the hell it’s called but I refuse to ever go here again!

Delicious drinks, a crazy good loyalty program, and exceptional service makes this local spot a glorious place to get a latte. The choices feel endless. They have things with Carmel and marshmallows, mocha and blackberries. Mint, white chocolate, you name it and I’m sure you’ll find it. Plus, everything is customizable. So ask a lot of questions if you’re unsure about your voice. The folks there really know what they’re doing and they’re happy to set you up with any ongoing promotion to help lower the cost of your items. Make the drive, check them out. I promise you won’t be disappointed!

I LOVE BIGGBY COFFEE!! This store is HORRIBLE!!! They do not have enough staff, the ladies were running around trying their best. This store only takes coupons they give out??? I have yet to get coupons from there. I live around the corner.

Please retrain your new staff, and ensure they are giving optimal service. There is no reason for your business to be serving hotmilk with extra foam. I thought BIGGBY specialized in flavorful lattes that their opponents didn't offer. This used to be my favorite morning spot but now... im rather spend my money else where, unfortunately.

Biggby has wonderful coffee! Their staff is very friendly, helpful and efficient. But like many coffee shops, their bathrooms are, to be polite, “in need of maintenance.”

The employees are nice, but this place is stupid slow. Even if no one else is in line in drive thru I wait an eternity. And they told me Biggby doesn’t do $3 latte Wednesdays anymore. Well, this is the only one I’ve found that doesn’t. Other locations actually advertise it.

Although they were swamped, the 3 ladies working on the morning of Saturday June 10th did a great job holding it together. I'm sure they are under-appreciated and underpaid so I just wanted to give them a shout-out, they were killing it as a team. I don't come to biggby often but I was pleased with the food I received compared to the quality of say a Tim Hortons, biggby blows them out of the water in flavor and perceived freshness.

I know this store has some issues, but this one takes the cake. Pulled up there this evening and was told “they were closed due to weather issues”. Yes a storm had gone through but it had been over for about 30 minutes. The building had not lost power because the other stores in the plaza were open. Also I could hear them cleaning/running their espresso machines. Yes I did show up about minutes before they closed, but still! You are open for twenty minutes to make money.

Nice place and nice Staff but, they don't wear gloves when preparing your food.

Elderly mother purchased drinks in drivethru. The drinks were not fully placed in the carrier and unfortunately my mother didn't notice and the fell out of the carrier and all over her car. Called and explained the situation and asked if we could pick up fresh drinks to remedy the situation, and was told "sorry, gotta buy new ones!". We paid good money for these drinks, and are not even asking for a refund - why can't I at least be compensated with a fresh beverage so I can enjoy what I paid for? Contacted corporate, so we will see what is done. Sad customer service - was a barista for over 10 years, including a biggby barista, and would never be this petty towards a customer, even if they dropped their drink outside!

Every time we go here we get reminded by one of the employees that the store is a franchise and they don’t have anything that corporate BIGGBY has? I thought all big bees were franchises I’ve never went to one that doesn’t have the normal menu items. I just think this location can do better.

Drive through was fast! Staff were super friendly and helpful. Drinks were delicious!

I don't go to biggby often, ive only been a handful of times in my life. This location might have been the first location of theirs I'd ever been to when I decided to try their coffee drinks finally. I was really overwhelmed and confused when ordering and was completely lost on what to get. It's really cool, fun, and interesting to have to many options but I could definitely see and/or understand how some people could possibly feel really stressed while ordering and just randomly pick something under pressure, which im pretty sure is what I ended up doing lol. The drink was fine if I remember correctly but whatever it was I wouldn't get it again. I always plan on coming back and find myself looking at the drink menu at least once a week, trying to decide what I would actually get if I went there, but I always end up the same way, overwhelmed. Then decide not to go get anything at all even though I want something I just don't know what lol. But one day I'll make it up there cuz I really do want to find the right drink because they make everything sound so delicious

Good place to buy Fraser Tea however terrible when ordering inside. The drive thru seems to be better then shopping and ordering inside. The lead supervisor manager is not that friendly.

My favorite go to coffee place! My preference is tea; Cosmic Chi hot latte. On occasion I have had coffee & specialty coffees. Every. Single. Time. the service has been excellent! The staff is the friendliest & so helpful with suggestions & answereing my questions. The product delicious! The staff my reason for going to this Biggby.

Today is February 11th 2022 and its 8:52 a.m.I just left Biggby Coffee through the drive-thru and the woman that Served me was absolutely wonderful. I have only been to this location a handful of times and everytime I go I get the pleasure of having an interaction with this amazingly cheerful and kind person. It's people like you that make people's day, thank you for always making mine when I come there! (They have a sugar free version of the caramel marvel, it was awesome!)

Carmel Apple Cider and the Hot Chocolates are the best! Love the staff here!Also, an all time favorite is the Caramel Hot Chocolate. Updated 04-28-2022: Regarding the PERC and the new staff, I came in today and the staff that fixed my sandwich did an awesome (P), but the one who fixed my hot chocolates, not so much on the (E), she also completely failed on the (R), but once again the store itself, completely satisfied the (C). The team today probably needs a little more training on the E and the R, if they want clients to return. Dropped my score from 5 star to 3 star!

I had a delicious yogurt parfait. My friend had a white lightening. She really liked it. Nice ambiance. Good value. Highly recommend BIGGBY Coffee.
