We had the best time at this wonderful caravan park. It was perfect for our first trip away in our caravan. The staff were so incredibly lovely and helpful when we ran into some issues. The facilities are all lovely and clean. The grounds are well maintained and the playground perfect for our kids. The jumping castle was not available but they said they were getting it fixed soon. We weren't aware that the pool was heated so we didn't bring our bathers which meant no swimming this time but we have rebooked and will use the pool next time. They also had a food truck and a magic show on for the kids on Saturday night during the school holidays which we loved. Thank you to all the wonderful staff at Mandurah Caravan and Tourist Park for a lovely little break. We look forward to seeing you again soon!

The staff were fantastic, very helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The park was well kept, the ablutions were always clean. My brother and his wife stayed in a 1 bedroom chalet, it was lovely. We had a powered caravan site. They had food trucks, Friday, Saturday evenings 4pm until 8pm, and usually on Sunday mornings there is a coffee and toasty van until 10am. The park sends reminder and information texts about what is happening in the park. The best park we have stayed in. Will be back for sure.

Close to everything my partner and i needed. Recommended by friend, noticed its near a dodgy area around shops lots of homeless just be weary of surroundings police were patrolling. A good stay othewise.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful. On arrival, Reg pointed out that I had a faulty stabilizer leg. Before I could even think about what to do, Reg and Mick were under the van and removed the leg. Mick then helped me position my van. Even before I finished setting up the van, Reg brought back the stabilizer leg that he had repaired in his workshop. What fantastic service and all with friendly smiles. Reg and his staff work very hard to help visitors and keep the park in top condition. The park is clean, comfortable, has a high standard of amenities and the sites are very generous. Had a great time and really got looked after by some great people.

Such a great camp-site. Very kid friendly. Great playground with jumping pillow. Pool area lovely and fun slide for the kids. Amenities clean and well kept. Amazing food truck chew chew truck (food was awesome). Will definitely come back!

I would highly recommend the Mandurah Caravan Park as a fabulous family friendly getaway. They put on some great activities and events over the Anzac Day weekend. The cabins were very clean and well stocked, the pool and waterslide was great for the kids. The roads were very scooter and bike friendly… and the playground/jumping pillow kept everyone entertained. The staff were all very helpful and happy - and sent regular texts with what was happening at the park. Thank you for making it such a great place for us to make lots of memories with our friends and kids. There’s a spud shed just down the road, and the Mandurah forum is a quick drive away. We’ll be back next year, if not before! 👍🏼

Beautiful, clean and friendly park. We stayed 2 nights in a cabin which was conveniently right near the pool-awesome for our kids. Our room was spacious and very clean and tidy. The parks landscape is very beautifully designed and tidy, felt like we were on mini tropical island. Staff were very friendly as well. Thank you we will be back again.

Great Caravan Park, we loved our stay here we booked for 2 days and extended for 2 more. Staff are all really lovely and friendly. Park is really well maintained, amenities are spotless , all staff are busy keeping it in tip top condition. We will definitely stay again if we are ever back this way.5 plus stars.

Amazing clean and tidy park! Lots for the kids to do, 8am-7pm on playground would’ve been ideal but get the current time frame for all guests. Close to so many things just not walking distance but that’s not a hassle really. Will stay again for sure!

I have been going here for years with friends and family. Only ever in the tent area so not sure about the rooms. Facilities are clean. Playground is big! and safe. Swimming pool area is beautiful.

Lovely welcoming reception area and friendly front end ladies. Park immaculate and the minute we arrived a staff member was assigned to assist us with backing the van onto the site and a great job he did. We had a great stay. From the moment we arrivied and were helped by Mick into our site, there was a great sense of community spirit. A coffee van on the weekend was also very welcome and all facilities were great. Just a lovely park and we will definitely look to stay here again in the future

We had a 4 day stay with 5 kids in tow. Accommodation was great, kids activities were plentiful and we felt very safe in letting kids explore the park on their own. The facility was immaculately clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful and everything was supplied to make for a great holiday. Would recommend Mandurah Caravan and Tourist Park to everyone.

This is one of the best parks I've stayed in during my six months travelling. But what made this park stand out was the wonderful, friendly and helpful staff. From the little gift for my dogs, to the awesome, funny Mick, who assisted with parking and anything we needed. With the inclusion of an oven in the camp kitchen, I would give this park a 10/10.

Have driven past this caravan park so many times & didn't realize how nice it was until staying here. Great pool area, cabins, camp kitchen, shady camp sites & everything is immaculate. Staff are so friendly & helpful. Would highly recommend for that little break away. Will definitely be returning.

This is such a lovely caravan park! Sandra was very helpful with information and made sure that I found my cabin as I arrived late. The park is peaceful and quiet, located 10 minutes bus ride from the shops.

Our arrival was greeted by two very friendly ladies who were very welcoming. They then contacted Mick who was only too happy to assist us with parking our van. What a great bloke. So friendly and helpful. Only regret was not staying longer. We’ll be back for sure.

Had a great weekend. The staff are all very friendly, inviting and welcoming. Usually I'm a fussy person but I couldn't fault this place at all. Extremley clean, showers, toilets etc, lawns and gardens absolutely gorgeous and well maintained. Loved the statues and water features!! Kids absolutely loved the swimming pool and the staff are very diligent at all time. 10/10 safety around the pool etc which I loved to see. Our family will definitely come back. Thankyou

Staff were friendly. Park was neat and ablutions blocks clean. Kids enjoyed the heated pool and water slide (even in winter). We stayed on a powered caravan site. Each site having it's own bin was a nice addition. Thanks

We had a fantastic time at Mandurah Caravan and Tourist Park, where we stayed over the ANZAC Day long weekend on a powered site. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, the staff were friendly and helpful and the caravan park was well located. The Saturday night entertainment by Leather & Lace was fabulous. It had me and my tween and teen up and dancing and having lots of fun. And the food trucks were great! Would highly recommend and we hope to stay again soon.

We had a fantastic stay at this caravan park. Staff excellent, facilities clean and well maintained, sites perfect with staff support to park, great gifts and easy exit to Mandurah. TV unpredictable but can cope with that. Excellent all round review. We will be back.

We had a lovely stay at Mandurah Tourist Park. The facilities and grounds are well maintained and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. We appreciated that they were able to accommodate us on short notice for an extended booking due to car issues. Close enough to groceries to walk.

The location was close to the town pubs and shopping outlets. We took a train trip in to Perth which was a nice an easy ride in. We had a powered site for our caravan which was a nice a size block situated close to the amenities which were clean . The staff Sandra and Reggie were so lovely and helpful . Thanks for making it a pleasant stay .

We stayed on a powered site. Mick guided us in and he was great we were on site pretty quick. He helped us find a mechanic to fix our car. The amenities were clean and close by. The only complaint was we were under trees and they constantly dropped seeds on the top of our van which was quite noisy.

Fabulous Park! Chauffeured to our van site …lovely gardens & pool, friendly helpful staff! Great double concrete sites surrounded by well manicured lawn. Very clean amenities! One of the best parks we've stayed at! Only a few kilometres from the hustle & bustle of beautiful Mandurah. Despite a busy popular park it was l nice & quiet with kids & dogs very well behaved. Don't miss this one!!! 👍👍👍

Stayed for 3 nights in our caravan great camp site, female showers very low pressure think the men where zapping all the pressure as hubby said theres was great. Pool great Grandson loved the jump pillow and play area, everyone was friendly and respectful of each other. Totally recommend a stay here. The foreshore is a drive away but worth the visit, you can walk to spud shed if you need supplies.

Great little park, not far away from everything. Walking distance to The Spud Shed for most of your shopping needs. Park has lots of trees and clean amenities. Well maintained by wonderfully helpful grounds staff and great customer service at the office. Great for families and dogs.

We pitched our tent for 4 nights on a generous pitch with shade cloth base.Surrounded by well maintained grass. Small but adequate toilet shower block opposite and camp kitchen nearby, it was a perfect set up. Wifi had problems but staff did their best and were all very friendly. Managed to get a dip in the pool too which was delightful.

Stayed here 6 weeks and have nothing negative to say about this park we were on a powered site, nice shady trees, swimming pool. Great for families and we are older with no kids and also enjoyed all it has to offer. Weekend food vans coffee van and sometime entertainment. The staff and owners are better than excellent, friendly and professional. Booked in for Easter. We highly recommend.

I stayed at the caravan park in March 2023 and had an extraordinary experience in human kindness, empathy and staff going above and beyond to help me. I was part of of a larger group booking with many of our friends arriving as couples with children. I was the only one without my better half there and with my two children. As soon as we arrived we found some very helpful staff members directing us to our camping location. Upon trying to reverse my car, it broke down right there in the middle of the camping ground road and got stuck in reverse. I panicked and didn't know what to do. As soon as staff members saw my distress they banded together helping me reverse my car into a safe location out of the way and reassured me they'll help me sort everything out so I can have a stress free stay with my children. Long story short, Reg, the campsite manager with the help of his team members went out of his way to find out what's wrong with my car, bought replacement parts for it and fixed it back up so that I could drive home safely with the children at the end of our trip. Honestly speaking, I don't know what I would have done and I was forever grateful that Reg has taken his time to look and fix something that he really didn't have to do and could have easily said "just call road side assistance" and go on about his day. Not only is this a lovely space to go on a camping trip with your kids (lots of shade, great playground, clean cooking facilities and great pool) but it is staffed by hands down some of the best people in this universe. Thanks Reg and team. We will be back again.

We had a great time staying here! It was perfect for our 18 month old. Very quiet and lots to do - bouncy pillow, playground and pool were all great. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Nice, clean facilities. Lots to do in Mandurah as well. Would definitely stay here again :)

Absolutely beautiful caravan park, well kept grounds, felt like we were on a tropical holiday. Pool and waterslide were lots of fun, and playground is awesome for the kids. Bathrooms are kept clean and showers have good water pressure. Will definitely stay again!

My experience at Mandurah caravan and tourist park has been the best experience I have had at any caravan park. They meet more than 1 or 2 idle aspects of a caravan park. The staff are all friendly and very helpful, All the facilities are well maintained and are better than most caravan parks. The location is perfect as well. close to the shops, pubs, restaurants, the beach, a river in walking distance, close to the freeway. While still being enough out the way to be quit and peaceful. They constantly have food trucks and entertainment. They also have a pool with a slide for the kids. They have a (slushie machine for the summer), ice cream, and cool drinks always. Also sometimes put on gin tasting for the adults. They have several toilet/shower blocks, BBQ areas, a kitchen with a fridge and TV, the bounce pillow, good size sites, all shaded All around, one of the better caravan parks you could stay at.

I struggled to get out of the park because of the size of my van and the location of trees to the road corners. Having said that the park is well maintained and the staff were friendly and very helpful. Even though the park was full, all patrons were respectful and the park was quiet after dark, thanks to the park management and procedures. Overall a very enjoyable weekend and would recommend the park when visiting Mandurah.

Good two night stay …. Friendly and helpful staff . But whilst the trees are good for shade ! Too many becomes a hindrance! With caravans and vehicles getting bigger the spaces allocated need to have less trees! We had one at the back of us and then one at the side so we couldn’t put our car there and then the one on opposite side of road hindered us getting out on leaving the site! Pool was lovely! My granddaughter loved it , she is only 5. Saturday night entertainment brilliant along with food truck. All made for a great stay!

We stayed here over New Years with a few other families. We had a 2 bedroom cabin, and the room was excellent. Clean, spacious, and had everything we need. The new pool is great - kept the kids super busy, and so did the disco on New Years Eve. Great atmosphere around the park in general, and made good use of the shared facilities like BBQ areas for meals with friends.

What a place! But what makes it is the staff. From the first call to enquire, our arrival and check in, I was helped in every way. Rob in particular was brilliant. Travelling solo with 3 small kids is never easy but he was so helpful and the kids had such a great time we extended our stay. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him. From escorting me to my site, helping me back my van in, helping me set up the awning and level the van in 40 degree heat, lighting the crab cooker daily, sharing places to take the kids crabbing, helping me move sites to extend our stay, fixing my awning, found the kids scooters when they left them around the park, even got my washing off the line when the wind blew it off, and just so cheerful each day. EVERY Caravan park needs a Rob! The office lady was also extremely helpful explaining my G’day membership and accessing me to freebies I knew nothing about. I was very grateful. The cleaners never stop nor do the ground staff keeping the place pristine. The pool and kids play area were great. I’m already looking to book again.

We have been to this caravan park a couple of times and every time the staff have been so friendly like family and they remember your name when you come into the office. Also quick to helping you have Any problems. Plenty to do for kids.This weekend they held a raffle for the campers. 2 nights they have different food vans. Get regular updates via mobile. The amenities are very clean. Close to town and eateries. Recommend to everybody

Great Tourist Park with lovely facilities. The staff are very helpful. Upgrading the pool area. Can't wait to have a swim on next visit. Would like to see the main toilet outside area, upgraded where it's slabs/concrete. Very unsafe.

A great caravan park that clearly puts a lot of effort into the 'extras' that can make an enjoyable family experience. Having the pedal carts free during that time period was an unexpected highlight ... it saw many more of the kids in the park interacting with each other and having fun despite the inclement weather. May I humbly suggest you keep access to these free (or offer kids campers 1 hour per day free access if you need limitations) - it is something we have not had at any other park and it would entice us back again. Must also mention all staff were VERY friendly and easy to deal with. Thank you!

Beautiful set up lovely little gazebos. clean and fresh. The kids had a blast on the buggies. The pool area is a great. games galore. big bounce pillow.

Cleanest, neatest Park we have stayed at in six months of travel. staff very friendly and accommodating. We were escorted to our site upon arrival. Hubby was directed into position. He managed to follow instruction without going off script. happy wife, happy life.

Really loved this place. Absolutely charming. Very clean and well maintained. Fantastic location to everything. Spud Shed very close for any last minute things. My favourite part was the staff. Everyone was lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Keep up the great work!

We made a last minute booking here to camp with friends. They were happy to accommodate us wanting to have sites together. Shannon was absolutely lovely, the caretakers are lovely, and we had a blast. Will definitely be back very soon! Only 20 mins to Tim's Thicket, and 5min walk to the estuary for crabbing. Ablutions extremely clean and we'll kept. Grounds were just beautiful, especially with all the ducks saying hello in the morning.

Staff were very friendly professional and accommodating. All amenities, bathrooms, pool, laundry, camp kitchen were spotless as well as very well maintained grounds. Location is not fancy but you don’t realize when you are in the park as the grounds and very comfortable with lovely trees and grass.

Having stayed in a few Caravan Parks before this place is the best!! All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The office staff go beyond any expectations eg. Printing off required paperwork. They are always extremely welcoming with a smile and display utmost Professionalism at all times. The amenities are all excellent, the toilet block always smells amazing and is so clean. Gardener's maintain pristine grassed areas and are always working in it. The other facilities are perfect and in excellent condition. The playground with bouncy trampoline is in perfect condition and the children are always having a great time. Every week they have free bread, pastries and other items available. The permanent residents are extremely friendly and maintain immaculate gardens and surroundings. You'll need to book early because this is booked out very quickly!!

Site was extremely tight. There would have been no hope of actually reversing in to it, we were lucky that we could drive across sites to get in. Just as hard to get out. The grounds staff were extremely helpful. Downside no water hookup for the last two days of our stay due to a burst pipe. Would we stay again probably but we would choose an ensuite site which were huge.

An absolute credit to the owners and staff, immaculately kept park and facilities. One of the best I’ve seen. Everyone was friendly and professional. Was wonderful and quiet for our first few days of a 5 night stay on a decent sized site, tranquil, (except for continuous lawn mowing but I guess that’s to be expected with a well kept park) thought for sure we had found a new regular park to take the caravan, until the large masses of young loud screaming children came as part of a school group apparently, running wild throughout the park with little to no supervision from what we witnessed, all day until around 10pm... Kids are kids, yes… but this was next level…! It was what I would expect at xmas school holidays (when we avoid) So indeed a wonderful park for families it seems who are very well catered for at this park but if you are child-free then choose your site and timing very carefully! (as we thought we did, being off-peak, mid-week, not school holidays etc, maybe we just got “lucky”) Hopefully a more relaxed stay if we chose to visit again

Had a lovely few days away. Great campsite, staff very friendly, amenities very clean. Pool area looked inviting and did feel like it was heated, but we didn’t bring our bathers.. Coffee from the machine was nice. We loved the birds that came to say hello. Will be back!

Super friendly cooperative staff who just go the extra yard to please the tourists. The park was always kept clean and tidy with fantastic facilities. I will definitely be back soon. This park is great for kids and us old retired kids too.

Our friends stayed here,we visited. But wow it looks amazing. Great camp kitchen,apparently heated pool. Pool slide,pedal tries. Very well maintained. Helpful staff.

We stayed for 7 nights over the NYE period. Location is fine, facilities are good - toilets are newish and clean, grounds are well kept, they had nightly food trucks and kid friendly party on NYE. Our kids loved using the buggies. There park wasn’t overly massive which I like. My only grumble would be the price. We had 2 adults, 2 kids and 2 babies and we paid $100 a night, with a 7nt min. It’s the most expensive caravan park we’ve ever stayed in.

This caravan park deserves the high rating...clean ablutions, excellent groundstaff who are friendly and helpful when parking the van. A beautiful new heated pool was installed that has a slide for the kids...dedicated kids play area. Large powered sites with plenty of shade..what are you waiting for?

This is such a lovely park, all of the staff were friendly and helpful, really welcoming. Great & clean park/facilities and we absolutely loved the live entertainment and food trucks, such a fantastic idea! We'll be back for sure

Our first camping experience with our 21 month old. The staff catered for us to be positioned next to our extended family who were also camping there. They also allowed us a later check out, which was very helpful with a toddler. The caravan park is VERY clean, has great facilities and the new pool area is beautiful. We loved our 3 day stay and will definitely go back.

This place was fantastic for my kids and our family. Very clean and helpful staff. Extra food trucks and music over the long weekend. Kids loves the pool area and jumping pillow. Lots of fun. Craft activity for the kids. My kids made a birdhouse and a mini toolbox. It felt like a community around the food trucks area.

Fabulous park, meticulously run. Pleasant park staff and greeting on arrival at the office, also with a cool well stocked gift shop. Pool is a fun , clean place with a slide which everyone enjoyed. An adjoined shaded cabana for parent to be nearby, with a coffee ☕ machine. Lovely shady trees and pretty planting. Food truck was a great Saturday night meal. Ablution blocks very clean and pleasant to use. Sites roomy and well tended with guidance as your arrive. A+ for this park. Will be a regular holiday stop.

An excellent caravan park. Short drive to main Mandurah waterfront. Park has everything you need - pool, coffee, reading area. Plenty of covered cooking islands. Facilities are well presented and clean. Children jumping mattress, laundry and dump point. Grassed areas. Only negative is narrow streets which limit some site access. An added bonus were the TV coaxial cable available at most sites that enable you to get all TV and Radio stations. Ground staff were excellent. Certainly recommend.

We had a powered site for our caravan. Initially booked for three days but extended to seven. Park management and staff were so friendly and helpful. Amenities and grounds are excellent. We were so impressed with everything. Location is ideal and park is set up for all types.

We have had a fabulous 4 day break at this park. The staff were so friendly and the facilities were spotless. Great location, the kids had a ball riding their bikes around the park. Cannot recommend this park highly enough. The food trucks were great, as were the band.The park has a wonderful atmosphere. Will definitely be back. 10/10

Amazing, Fantastic, The best place to spend few days away from busy Perth. Extremely satisfied with the cleanliness of the entire place. We stayed few days at the 3 Bedroom Brick Vila. Can't fault it. We arrived on a 40 degree day and walked in to a fully air-conditioned Heaven. The pool was also very relaxing and the water was almost warm. We had a ball just wish it was little longer. Most definitely will be coming back soon.

We have stayed at Mandurah caravan and tourist park twice now in cabins/villas. Both times the rooms were super clean and comfortable. The park is very family friendly with a lovely little playground and a super fun heated pool with a slide! The beautiful ladies at reception were absolutely amazing and even went out of their way to find a specific item from the gift shop that my son remembered from an earlier visit, even though it was older stock and no longer on display. Thank you and we will be back!

The services and staff was excellent nothing was too much trouble and we felt really welcomed. Everything was exceptionally clean and well laid out. All the little details like access to the heated pool kitchen and coffee machine was well thought out making our weekend away such a relaxing experience. We would highly recommend to anyone wanting a cabin, ensuite powered campsite or even just to pitch a tent. Super clean and safe we would definitely use again when we next stay in Mandurah.
