Went through drive through. Received my change $2.00 in One bill and a handful of misc change, got our food pulled ahead , wrong cookie and no napkins or straws. Had to walk back to drive through and wait for another car, I asked for straws and got we don’t have straws but we will swap your cookie. I didn’t even bother with the napkins.

If I could give them NEGATIVE five-stars, I would. Like most eateries in this area, they can't seem to get a simple order right... not only that, but as others have mentioned when you call back they let the phone ring 25 or 30 times before answering. Go to a grocery store, get your own meat/bread and make your own sandwich or go someplace else if you're out running errands and really hungry. I encourage everyone to take the time to leave honest reviews after visiting (i.e., spending your hard-earned money at) restaurants or other businesses. The only way to get customer service back on track in this country is to let owners know how their employees are doing.

Total gamble whether or not they're open any more. Today they had a sign up saying they'd close at 2 due to staffing issues, but they were closed when I went through at 1:15. This has happened to me at least 3 other times. At this point they might as well just shut down the location. There's Acoustic Cafe and Erbert and Gerbert's right down the road that are actually open when they say they will be, and they have better food. It's unclear to me how Jimmy John's has such significant staffing issues when there are like a dozen other fast food places within a quarter mile that are always open.

Its been well over an hour and my food never arrived. Called to cancel my order, did not get an explanation or apology from the manager. Will not be ordering from this particular Jimmy John's again. Terrible customer service. So much for "freaky fast"

Been having issues for a few months now on late delivery times, but today… 50 minutes past my order… I’m literally less than a mile away.. and it said it was out for delivery 10 min ago… so I called to inquire about it at 15 min past “out for delivery” their solution was for me to either continue waiting or void my order and not deliver. So I said to void it. They delivered it 5 min later. 20 minutes after they delivered, the driver came back and picked up the delivery…. We order from this location constantly at my work- at least 3 times a week. Very disappointing and unprofessional. Will no longer order from Jimmy John’s menomonie unfortunately…. This is unacceptable. To be so far behind that you can’t deliver within an hour- but claim “freaky fast” and then come back and pick up your order….. they could’ve called and said “look it’s already been delivered sorry we can’t issue a refund at this point” no- instead they had the time to come back and pick it up…. Probably delaying more orders…. Customer service- zero stars.

Poorly managed, shift managers not empowered to care for customers, ordered ahead via app for pick up but still had to wait online 35 minutes for food. they screwed up order. Wouldn’t give us a refund unless we brought the incorrect food back. Drive back and they wouldn’t come out and get the food they were requiring us to sit in drive through AGAIN to bring them back the bad food.

Total waste of space. Lousy staff.. Paid for a sandwich we never got because the manager failed to void the transaction. Will not be returning.

I really love Jimmy Johns but since Menomonie doesn’t have a lobby open I won’t go there I’m not sitting in a backed up drive through…Open your lobby you are loosing business!

Longest wait I've ever had at 2 hours 15 minutes. 3 out of 4 sandwiches delivered then had to come back.

Excellent experience immaculate venue area. Very clean and tidy. Fantastic staff. Great value for money. Sub full of meat and not filled with salad, Great option for additional salad. Plenty parking. Disable friendly. Im from the UK rare to see such high standards on these type of places.

Your typical Jimmy John's. They seemed really busy but we still got our subs very fast. Bathrooms were clean as was the rest of the interior. The Vito tasted different then I remembered.

Never again, I literally got this tiny sandwich with nothing on it with a medium drink for $9.00. Four bits it was gone. Hope you enjoy the money Jimmy, because it’s the last you’ll get from me.

Love this place. Have never been inside, but my order is ALWAYS made properly, bread and veggies are ALWAYS fresh. Just tried the pesto pasta salad for the first time, it's delicious. Oh! And their delivery drivers are both fast AND polite.

Think twice before ordering from this location. It'll take over an hour for your food to be delivered, so when you call and complain the manager will be a jerk and offer no incentive to fix the issue. Then the manager will ask the delivery driver to drive back over and take your food back 15 minutes later. This wasn't even my order or my food and I won't be eating at this location again because of how poorly the manager is willing to treat customers.

It's a standard Jimmy John's. The service is fast and polite and I love the food. Nothing special about this one, but certainly nothing negative either.
