The coaches only train men and those who are younger well, if you are older they don't beat you up and force you to spend on activities. If you are over 30 years old, do not waste your time and money on this site, I repeat, they do not bother you, they did not even teach me how to stand up and the guards, I had to watch YouTube videos, that is my experience and constructive opinion .

When I arrived I asked for a sample class for my son, the coach didn't pay any attention to me since I was comfortably chatting with a student. When the class started she never included my son. Ideally, they should not offer their "sample classes" since there is no attention. The space is small and without windows.
