Stayed here for 7 days, would absolutely recommend it. Location is very central and has parking. Rooms were clean and a good size, and the kitchenette well stocked Occasionally the breakfast buffet got a little stale but the staff were always happy to make fresh stuff.

This is my second trip to Mexico, and I made it clear to my company that I will only go if they book me into the Obelisk. I won't consider staying at any other hotel. The place to stay when you visit Mexico City. the location is great in the heart of the beautiful Polanco district . All the staff is great and always helpfull. A special recognition to... - The site manager, Emilia. - Daniela and Cynthia from the sales team. - The reception team including Felipe, the Butler who is always at your disposal when you need advices or informations about Mexico City. - The restaurant staff of which, Manuel and Javier. - The house keeping team and the maintenance personnel who is doing a great job.

Wonderful boutique type suite hotel. Very Pleasant staff in all areas.Very clean rooms and grounds. Breakfast is included with stay and was sufficient. Very nice area Of Polanco close To many points of interest. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Fantastic, very quiet location in one of the best areas of Mexico City. Very spacy with a roof terrace, Gym, and garden. Extremely friendly staff! I got personal support from Erik. He is a crack like most of the service staff in that Hotel. Free Wifi was not very stable in my room but all in all OK. My room was big and clean, very good bed. Look & Feel is a bit outdated but it´s Ok as I got the hotel for a very good rate compared from to the rest of CDMX Hotels of this standard.

Hotel is slightly dated but grounds are very clean and the staff is extremely accommodating. Erik Ruiz is extremely helpful and would assist anyone on anything one needs, including a pleasant conversation at the end of a long day or making sure everything is exactly as the guest wishes. The ambiance of this hotel is similar to a familiar place where one has lived for a while. I recommend this hotel.

I forgot to mentioned Mr Emmanuel the Chef, always asking in the morning when I am having my breakfast. Thank you your service and keep it up. You have been great.

Staff is great and helpful! Breakfast is super poor and I had problems eating there. The worst problem is the room: SUPER hot and the a/c makes A LOT of noise. Some rooms don't have air conditioning. Be aware.

This place is incredible. Small building right in the heart of the excitement of Polanco. Everything is walkable and extremely safe. Great breakfast and very clean (albeit somewhat small) rooms. Also comfy communal space to sit and relax after a day out. However - the best part has to be the friendliness of the staff. We connected with Mr. Eric the first day when he helped us with our suitcases and proceeded to literally walk us to a spot we asked him about finding (Many blocks away - in the rain). He has been so delightful ever since. Great tips, conversation, and generally friendly vibes from Mr. Eric and the front desk staff. Will DEFINITELY be back. Erick and Helana who work up front were absolutely amazing. We left our passport in an Uber on the way to the hotel and didn't speak Spanish and they helped us get it back. They were the silver lining in a very stressful situation. All of the staff was very kind and considerate, would definitely recommend you check this place out!
