LOVE! I’ve been here two times now and both times have been outstanding. Truly one of the best nail salons in the Toledo area. The first time I had Olivia as a nail tech and she did fabulous! The second time I brought my friend along and both our nail techs were personable and really took the time to make sure our nails were even and perfect. I did not catch my nail tech’s name unfortunately but he was very sweet and told some pretty funny jokes! My friend’s nail tech was Shannon and she was so friendly! You can tell she really does care about her clients. We both will be coming here from now on. Thank you for wonderful service!! It was awesome! We love our nails! My cousin and I had pedicures, our technicians Liv and Simone were absolutely all kinds of wonderful! I so prefer to come to Sandals, rather than any other nail spa. And, I have converted my cousin to the same. The whole staff is kind, appreciative, helpful etc., I guess everything they should be. I love coming to Sandals!

Highly recommend Joleen! She was so easy to talk to and did an amazing job on my nails!

The place is absolutely beautiful. I booked an appointment for 2 at 430, someone called and said they could take care of us both at the same time if we came at 5pm. Ok great! We got there, there wasn’t anyone ready for us. We went back around 515 ish. The one girl seemed so annoyed to be doing our service while the other was great. I will be back but hope for a better experience next time.

Love love love the new building! I’m super glad they could fit me in last minute and still give me quality nails. Gorgeous, professional and fun atmosphere. The new receptionist was super friendly and personable, but the one training her looked like she hated her life and never gave me a smile. You don’t have to smile, but if you want to give good customer service, I’d recommend it. Kennedy did awesome on my nails! The shaping of nails could be improved on but otherwise, I was thoroughly impressed! She was helpful with picking out a nail color and even though she seemed a little uncomfortable talking to me, I got it out of her and she did wonderful (lol). I had a really good experience, way better than independent nail techs I’ve been to.

Elizabeth (Liz) Buckley is my Nail Technician/Artist and always does such a fabulous job! She’s so gifted and talented. I show her a pic of what I want and she executes it to perfection, usually better than the original design. She educates me on proper nail care and maintenance and is not just good at her job, but is a lovely person as well. I highly recommend her!

My daughter and I got dip manicures for the first time and it turned out amazing! Love that it’s a little thicker than just the gel polish but not thick like acrylic!

First time here, booked the appointment online. The next day came in and was put with Olivia. She did such an amazing job. I have acrylics and I hate going into a salon and leaving with each nail looking different. Olivia has them all matching exactly the same. They are on point. I love them and I definitely will be back

My mail tech Nessa (the older one) was soooo amazing. Loved talking to her, if anyone deserves a raise for such great personality and service it’s definitely her!

My 1st time here and I LOVED IT! Wendy did my nails…it was a special request to duplicate a picture I had brought. She was amazing! Great job…much better than I expected! She was very friendly and the price was very reasonable! I will DEFINITELY go back again! I recommend giving Sandals a try!

Corinna was amazing! She gave me the shape I was looking for & perfected them! I left there & couldn’t stop staring at my nails. I’ve struggled to find a good nail person & I think I found her!!!

Kennedy did a really fantastic job with my shellac pedicure today. She is incredibly polite, thorough, detailed, and careful. The facility is astoundingly clean, honestly cleaner than any nail salon I’ve been to and cleaner than some doctor offices I’ve been to. Very nice experience, great for a treat yourself afternoon.

Mikenzie was a new Nail technician for me, she did a stellar job! My short nails are so much cleaner! file, buff, cuticles, so clean looking now with just clear nail polish as I requested ♥️

Jolene was awesome . Fun and did a fantastic job . I will be requesting her every time
