I had a wonderful experience at Float Clarkston for my birthday. My husband and I started in the infrared sauna (which was enjoyable and not overly hot to my surprise) and then we went on to individual floats. Neither of us had floated before so we didn't know what to expect but we loved it. So relaxing and soothing for the soul. I did come in and out of my relaxation state but was told that was completely normal for my first time.... and that most people take a time or two to fully let go. My husband had NO PROBLEM though.... Spa was super clean. We will definitely go back!!

Great way to reduce jet lag from those long flights! Love Float and everyone is simply wonderful. Have everything I need to be comfortable and I appreciate the addition of the head piece that floats with me. Just adds the extra something to make it a truly great experience.

Great experience! This was my second float. My first was in Arizona which was great but Float Clarkston was a much nicer experience. Emma was very helpful and courteous. I received a gift certificate from my wife for two floats. Looking forward to using number two!

Upon arrival I was greeted warmly and instantly felt at ease. After reviewing the space and steps, I was left to begin my process and I was amazed at all the little extras they provide (q-tips, earplugs, great smelling shampoo/conditioner/body wash, lotion and hair products for after, etc). The float itself was amazing and not at all what I had expected. It was better. I truly felt calm, at peace, and meditative during my float session. My body felt very relaxed and the atmosphere was so wonderful. My entire experience was pleasant and everything I could have hoped for. I’ll definitely be returning for more floats soon. The only thing I wasn’t fond of was the smell of the salt water (I’m hyper sensitive to smells though) and it wasn’t terrible or off-putting, just not what I expected.

I had an amazing massage. I was very greatful that Shelia was familiar with my lymphatic condition and she knew exactly how to take care of it. The environment is always relaxing and extremely clean. I love the float cabins too. Extremely comfortable especially for someone who is claustrophobic. I highly recommend Float Clarkston!!!!

Wow! I was given a float for my birthday and it was amazing!!! This place is beautiful and super clean! The experience helped me realize that I don’t know how to be still, but how necessary it is in order to process and recover from daily living. Truly a hidden gem. Over the past several months our family has visited Float Clarkston a number of times for massages and to use the infrared sauna. Shelia Cope’s massage therapy technique and treatment is exceptional in restoring the body’s natural balance and holistic energy flow. The high-end infrared sauna is very clean and comfortable. The room which holds the sauna is tastefully decorated to create a peaceful and relaxing ambiance. Beyond the reception area, as you enter the spa, you will find a cozy transition room with a water feature and a generous selection of teas, inviting visitors to pause and calm one’s mind prior to or after their treatment. The staff have always been very pleasant, welcoming, and friendly. The experience is healing and restorative.

This was my first float ever! I really loved it and will be doing more. Float Clarkston was really nice. Super clean. Really nice layout. I don't remember her name but the woman at the desk was super friendly and gave me a very nice, professional tour of the place. Will definitely be going back, and I highly recommend anyone else to check them out!

This was my 1st experience with floating and I wasn’t completely sure what to expect. However, once I entered my private room, showered and started to float I was in heaven. I floated again the following week and will be getting the monthly package because each time I float I walk away feeling relaxed, pain free from tight muscles and stress free. I work 60+ hours at a very physical job in a kitchen feeding residents at an independent living facility and this 60 year old needs a way to de-stress, relax and floating is now my favorite way! If you haven’t tried it I highly suggest you do!

I had a fantastic first experience and impression...very serene surroundings and relaxing float. The environment and decor was very peaceful and serene, as well. The staff was super friendly and welcoming too. The spa was super inviting amd warm, as well as charming. It was an all around excellent experience! I'll definitely be back for another float, very soon!

What an awesome experience visiting Float Clarkston. There is nothing that they have not thought of to make it a perfect experience. Sandy is super knowledgeable and ever so pleasant in showing you the ropes. Hands down one of the most relaxing things I have ever done for myself! Highly recommend Float Clarkston! It is such a beautifully decorated and peaceful place…better than I could have ever imagined! Don’t hesitate in trying this!

Float Clarkston is my peaceful oasis. My favorite spa escape in metro Detroit. The peace and calm you feel when you walk through the door, is totally immersive. The owner selects only the most skilled massage therapists. I recently had a massage from Nicole - it was phenomenal. An infra-red sauna, a float, and a massage is a blissful getaway. Highly recommend treating yourself to Float Clarkston.

My favorite way to care for my whole self! Not only does floating feel so good on my body, but my mind seems to go exactly where it needs to, in the very best, dream-like state! I would go every day if I could! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and so clean! I love it here, if you can’t tell…
