Horrible service. Appointment times do not matter, you will be waiting here for hours. The lobby has a lot of empty space for chairs, yet only has a couple chairs. 4-5 families waiting in the lobby, many of them forced to stand, including my significant other and her children. Ridiculous, fix it.

I went the first time super nice employee very good with children, and also went the second time, my daughter had to pull out her baby teeth out. Very wonderful people and caring. Am so glad I came here even with emergency. They are very good with the clients. Definitely well come again. Also my daughter was super happy❤️

This was my son first vist here in the dentist assistant here is so rude. The dentist wasn’t rude the receptionist wasn’t rude just her. Like she feel as she can tell you well he wouldn’t get candy if you don’t buy it. People are here to get their kids teeth fix not to hear your opinion. I don’t want my son to come back here people who work with children should do better in I see what that other lady commented was about a rude person it her. I know it is her mouth isn’t right to work with the people let alone kids.

We have been coming to this office for 5 years. Since then, they've moved to a larger facility because of their patient size. I have noticed that they can not keep up with the growth. They double book, the staff is overwhelmed and they are not as personal and focused on each individual. I am very dissatisfied. When I schedule an appointment, I still wait at least 45 minutes to be seen. I was absolutely through with them when I scheduled an appointment 1 month in advance and they decided to cancel my appointment because I missed their confirmation call the day before. This is a big inconvenience and unprofessional. I did not forget my son's appointment. I believe they are so overwhelmed with patients, they cancel without any consideration of your time, life and schedule. It is very unprofessional and careless. It is always something with this office. Once before, they booked someone else's child in place of my child. They didn't remember who made the appointment so they guessed. I will no longer drive out of my way to be treated unfairly. I have booked my son's next appointment at an office that is less than 5 minutes from our home. A facility that treat everyone with respect, Not a "payday". 2 stars only because they're clean.

Dr Swanson and the assistant monica and Madeline the manager took really good care of my child. Definitely she knows how to work with children.

Really nice children's dental office. Clean, staff friendly to children. I was really impressed. We are moving our children to this office.

Dr. O and manal the hygienist were really good. Came in for first visit and they are going to get me in this week for general anesthesia. Thanks to them I'm grateful. Madeline also helping to get us in this week as an emergency

My 6 year old went in for a tooth extraction and Dr. Salam was absolutely AMAZING with her! And the staff are very warm and welcoming! Highly recommended! 😊

Staff was very helpful and informative. Manal & Dr. O was more than thorough with cleaning and letting me know what our next steps are. My children was not uncomfortable or in pain. I would recommend if you want child friendly patient care.

My child saw dr Dima for General anesthesia she was great. Took care of all of his cavities. Came back today for a cleaning and my child saw manal. She was great worked well and was very friendly and kept him calm through the cleaning. Would recommend 100%
