Terrible experience. Doctor pushes hard for the sleep study even when it's not needed. Went in, told him I hit my head a day or two prior and was out of it. Told him I had memory issues, etc. He said I should do a sleep study and set me up for a bunch of test that I ended up not doing. He never checked out my head after I told him I have a history of concussions and just hit my head and why I was there. 3 days later I was in the hospital. The reception was terrible too. They wouldn't call my insurance to see if any of the visits and sleep studies were covered. They wouldn't give me prices, they said that's my responsibility to figure out. I've never had a Dr. office do that before. Everyone is unprofessional. Cancelled all appointments and never went back. I don't recommend this place.

I suffered from migraine since 2000. I never forget the day I visited Rochester Neurological Center in 2013. in the clinic, from the first check, I got the right medication that relieved me from what I had. Dr. Khan and his staff were respectful and helpful. Even out of the clinic services I rated 10 out of 10. They are always available for you just call and ask. Thank you, Dr. Khan

Dr Khan did an excellent job taking care of my sister. Very kind and friendly. Explained everything in great detail. Support staff is very friendly. I would have no qualms in recommending them to friends and family.

Dr Khan is an extremely knowledgeable and a compassionate physician. He carefully listens and communicates issues thoroughly. It is a very professionally run office. Appointments are on time and the front desk staff is knowledgeable and efficient.

This is by far one of the Worst and unprofessional practices Iv have ever encountered. The staff is the worst and the dr khan himself seems like a complete narcissist. No one literally answers the phone as you are always directed to a voicemail during business hours. I finally got a hold of someone because the incompetent staff gave my dad a testing order form without any ic9 code on it . Then when I decide to let them know they end up discharging my father as a patient cause they can’t handle when patients call them out . The staff and this Pakistani dr is trash . This is exactly why I can’t stand Indian and Pakistani physicians they are the absolute worst humans to deal with.

Dr.Khan is a very pleasant doctor who will take time to listen and understand the patient. Dr.Khan is my mothers doctor who took excellent care of her during her visits. He was very patient with and did everything possible to keep her comfortable and satisfied. Also, Dr.Khan's staff were highly appreciated for being so kind and helpful. We had many pharmacy issues and they stuck by our side till things were taken care of! Would highly recommend!
