This an awesome property. They always have great events for the public to participate in. The grounds and cabins are always clean and well maintained. There is an open cafe and little gift shop with a variety of selections

The camp is such a beautiful place, so many trees, plants, and everything nature has to offer. We went for a Boy Scout family event and had a wonderful time, the trails were well kept, the bathrooms were decent, and the staff was so helpful. Also, their summer day camp program is great. This is the 2nd year our son has attended and he absolutely loves it. They go fishing, swimming, hiking, ride on a bmx track, play games, etc. I highly recommend it for kids 2nd grade+ only because if you have an incoming 1st grader an adult needs to be with them every day, and that time commitment may not be feasible for many families.

We stayed at the fort for camping with our scouts. It was family camp, so some families stayed in the bunks and others used hammocks or tents outside. There is water at the site and bathrooms are close by. The camp ground has a gaga pit and a human foosball pit. Lots of trails for hiking and even a trading post to shop.

Fun little camp in the inside of Toledo. Faculties were good. Staff was great. They worked hard to provide a lot of options for campers for activities even in the off season.

Fantastic staff. I was there to see about renting some space for a one day non-profit event. They gave us a tour and even suggested some different buildings on site that may fit our needs.

We needed uniforms and supplies for the derby race. It's our first experience in scouts. After a bad experience at another store who supplies scout uniforms, we drove the extra time to visit the scout store. It was WELL worth it! The worker was so incredibly kind and helpful. She was so sweet to our boys. We will definitely go back for anything scout related we may need. We're excited to go explore the area when the weather warms up and are looking forward to many years at scout camp.

We went to the Halloween party. It was really cool. We were there about 2 and 1/2 hours. Three probably would have been better. It was really neat, but I don't agree that they should make adults pay the same as kids when they don't trick or treat. This makes it a little pricey for a family of four.

Need to get rid of the gaga ball pit. Disrupts the greatness of camping! All the kids want to do is play that dumb game. Other than that it's a great close place to camp.

Beautiful scout camp, I've spent many weekends there. It is not a public campground.

The camp was very nice. I enjoyed the signs all around the camp explaining the history of different areas. And the oldest scout building in the US!
